@Jaz007 your comment is wrong. The PS5 version has nothing to do with the PS4 version. They make the game using PS5 tech for PS5. They don’t make the game for PS4 then boost it a bit for PS5. Like i already said but you fail to respond the best looking, best designed PS5 games are TLOU Part 1, Ghost of Tsushima, Demon’s Souls, Uncharted 4, Ratchet an Clank. Only one of those is PS5 exclusive, the orhers are on PS4 an even PS3. Answer my question, did PS1 hold PS2 back?

I defended Sony remaking The Last of Us. That is arguably the best Playstation exclusive to date, it’s a lot of folks absolute fav game an Naughty Dog wanted to make it how they wanted to make it for PS3 but were held back by tech restraints. This is too much! This game is only about 5 years old an altho good it’s not on the same level as TLOU. This would be totally pointless imo. I’d rather they remade all the Uncharted games, Uncharted 1, 2, 3 and 4 are fantastic games. 2, 3 and 4 are way better than Horizon.

@TrickyDicky99 how??? They use PS5 tech fo make a PS5 game. What exactly do you mean by game design? You want bigger games? This has never been complained about in past gens. No one moaned that PS1 held PS2 back, PS2 held PS3 back an so on. Sony have approx 120 million PS4 customers. About 22 million PS5 customers. Lets assume everyone who owns a PS5 owned a PS4, so that’s still approx 98 million PS4 customers. Would be rather silly to abandon them at the mo.

We have never had games stop being made for previous gen on the day next gen comes out. Yes Ragnorok is as good as it could be. If they made it in 6 years time for PS5 yes it’d look better. Compare a game from 2 years in to PS4 life to say The Last of Us 2 and there’s a big difference. Nothing to do with them making games for PS3. Take Returnal, a great looking game an PS5 exclusive. Uncharted 4, Ghost of Tsushima, both PS4 games an both are more visually impressive on PS5 than Returnal. The best looking game to date imo is The Last of Us Part 1, a PS3 game!!

@Th3solution job simulator on VR has a call centre job, a mechanic, a chef, and a till worker in a supermarket. That’s pretty cool.

It’s really not a big deal. No one will drop the PS5 an switch to Xbox for COD. If you really love COD then just buy a Series S. Costs the same as about the next 4 COD games. I have PS5 an XSX so all i’m hoping is that everything goes on Game Pass day 1.

The PS+ games can be very hit an miss. I’m more lookin forward to the Tennis game that hits Game Pass in a few days. Playstation should start a vote on 1st of each month for next months games. They could give us a decent list an the top 3 voted for by the last Monday of the month is wat we get.

@Blofse try an Oculus Quest 2 with Starwars pinball. There are about 10 real life Starwars arcade pinball machines an ya literally there in ya Starwars man cave that ya decorate with things ya win on pinball. It’s very realistic and very good.

For someone new to gaming i’d recommend PS+ over Game Pass. Simple reason the games are better. Game Pass has day 1 exclusives which is great as a few are really good but PS exclusives are on another level. Only difference they’re not day 1. If PS put exclusives on day 1 the hit would be huge. Less money means less investment for future games. The quality would drop. I don’t mind paying £50-£60 a few times a year for games that will blow my mind.

I love team death match on Cold War. The maps are good but it also has a load of old classic maps, every one of my past favourite maps are there.

No!!! I usually speak up for PS+ games, had a few decent ones but this month no!! I mean God of War is an incredible game but surely everyone who’s even slightly interested already has it or had it. You’d have thought they’d give us something a bit special in light of the forthcoming upgrade.

@z0d15g0d the series is gonna be really padded out. You might see the things you mention, maybe some back story from Ellie, Joel and Tommy. Neil Druckman said of the game he had loads of ideas which he had to drop due to time and game size. I get your point about the Joel hiding thing but that will depend on a lot of things. If they get the camera angles right, the scene, the music and if the acting is good they can still pull it off. You never watched a movie or a series where ya sat on the edge of your seat?

Can not wait for TLOU. Knowing how amazing the story is, knowing Neil Druckman is a director, i think it will be epic. My fav ever series is Breaking Bad, nothing else comes close. I’m hoping and quite confident TLOU will.

I thought State of play was pretty cool! Ghostwire Tokyo an Forspoken look fantastic, GigaBash looks to me like a PS5 version of SNK’s King of Monsters. Trek to Yomi looks great, will be interesting to see if it can better Ghost of Tsushima, they look similar. The Dinosaur game at the beginning looks great. Then there’s the turtles games. Is that like every version of Teenage Mutant Ninja video games ever released? Look on the bright side, you could be an Xbox fanboy. Only games i’m hyped for on Xbox are Starfield an Hellblade 2. We’ve seen nothing of Starfield, just drawings an hype an Hellblade looks great but we’ll av to see if Xbox devs pull it off.

I currently have bout 400 gig free on my SN850 an bout 35 gig on my PS5 SSD. Got Sifu, Horizon, Gran Turismo 7 an Lego Starwars Skywalker Saga on pre order. Pre ordered Elden Ring on Xbox Series X as i only av 5 games on that, 29 PS5 games on my PS5 an bout. 100 PS4 games on my external.
