I still went for CO and will wait in Oblivion because this is my busiest time of year for work and Oblivion just takes way to much time. I honestly don’t see how the CO OST won’t win most awards. It’s absolutely incredible. Also the VA is top notch.

I’m so excited to replay these. For some reason I remember these games being super easy but I could be wrong so the mention of the difficulty spikes was surprising. Im totally fine with this though because I love grinding in these old school JRPGs.

I’ll get this eventually but my April purchase will be clair obscur

There are not a lot of huge April releases plus it’s right around the corner. This isn’t a huge shock tbh because they are both highly recognizable brands.

@Zeroo this is pretty dramatic. It’s very easy to ignore a “fanbase” and just play what you want to play. I don’t know why people care so much what other people on the interwebs say.

It didn’t fix mine and many others corrupted save issue.

I love when a big game reveals the release date only a few months ahead of time. So fricken hyped for this. I had to stop watching the trailer because it showed to much.

I really need to give the first one another go. I’ve started it a few times but for whatever reason I stopped playing after 10-20 hours.

It’s a 9 for me. I expect it to be a 10/10 once the DLC is released. Iceborne and Sunbreak were outstanding.

I’ve always been pretty terrible at MH games so it’s fine for me. I haven’t carted yet but I’ve definitely got close. Hopping on your chocobo is a little OP though. The story part is basically just a huge tutorial geared more towards newcomers which makes sense. Harder monsters will be coming and the eventual huge DLC will be significantly harder.

My biggest complaint is the story is ridiculously boring but MH isn’t known for the plot.

Suikoden is so damn good. I hope it sells well and they remaster the others.

I am not good at mh but I enjoy it. The “game is too easy” will most likely not apply to me.

Veilguard was my first dragon age and I had a great time with it.

Between KCD2, MH Wilds and Yotei there already isn’t enough time this year. Oh and GTA VI. I’ll wait until it’s half off which won’t be very long.

This game is so mid. Maybe 6.5/10 and the remaster will make it 6.7/10. A remaster is just stupid but they obviously think they’ll make $$$?

I gave in and bought King Come 2 and oh my gosh what a great purchase. Haven’t even gone to the wedding yet nor will I for a long time. I love how a lot of quests really don’t give you anything but the act of doing them increases your various stats so they are more then worth it since the quest stories are so damn good. carrying a drink dude on my back for 30 minutes actually ended up being fun. The only thing I hate is LOCKPICKING on a controller. It’s so so so bad I just murder everyone for keys.

The issue is there is zero chance I beat it before Wilds comes out. Maybe it will be a good thing because I’m sure there will be some patches out for wilds in the first weeks

That was pretty good. Stoked about Saros. You’ll never please the Debbie Downers and Negative Nancy’s though.

This is near the bottom of my list of worries. I’ll survive.

After the latest Pirate Yakuza trailer I think it’s supplanted itself as my no. 1 most anticipated game this month (year?) but MH Wilds looks amazing too.

I hope so. I personally hate playing online with other humans.

@Nepp67 Based on what the developer said it’s 30ish hours for the main story but there is also side cotent. So probably around the same amount of time as GoW or FFXVI.

Good. I’m terrified to see how much ps6 will cost by the time it comes out. I should start saving now.

I’ve been feeling the cozy games lately. Just finished Dave the Diver which was awesome. Now going to start a new game of Stardew. I considered starting the early access for Fields if Mistria because my friend won’t stop talking about it but I’ll wait for the full release.

This looks great. Why is it only 49.99? I’m not complaining lol but I’m just surprised by the price.

Started Dave the Diver and I’m absolutely addicted to the gameplay loop. Its such a cozy little game.

Miserable people love to make others miserable along with them. Unfortunately miserable gamers seem to take this to the next level. Just ignore them and they can’t win.

Fantasian was a lot of fun. Definitely has that old school snes era jrpg vibe. But I don’t think it’s worth 50 bucks. That’s a bit steep.

They should have just named them Part 1 2 and 3. I still find people who aren’t familiar who think rebirth is a definite edition of remake lol. They seemed to believe that everyone knows FF7 when in fact there tons of people playing for the first time.

I’ve been watching lots of sci fi/space movies lately (Prospect was really good) so I think I’ll give no man’s sky a try. I played a few years ago and had fun but it sounds like the updates have made it even better. We will see. Also pretty close to finishing Veilguard but taking a break for a bit.

Dragon Age: The Veilguard and having a blast. The ranger is a really fun build.

The Horizon live service game Guerrilla is working on makes me nervous. Great studios wasting so many resources on a live service flop is awful.

7.5. Would be 8 if there were checkpoints during required stealth missions. It feels like the game is trying wasting my time for no reason.

This is awesome. Based on what I had seen I knew this was going to be a banger but a 94 on metacritic sheesh. FF7R is my goty but I’m bias. Won’t be surprised at all if AB wins though which is great for Sony! Give me more games I can play with my nephew please.

I remembered reading a book named Captain Blood so I looked it up and yep it’s based on the books Captain Blood that came out in the 1920s.. weird

Like a Dragon IW. Damn I finished Ff7 Rebirth and started IW a few days ago. I don’t know which game I like better tbh. Between IW, ff7 and persona 3 it’s a crazy first quarter of 2024 for jrpg fans.

@NEStalgia it definitely was for me. This game crept up on me. Played the demo and was sold.

@RudeAnimat0r Pentiment is absolutely bonkers good imo. I love that time period in history so it was extra great.

Ff7 Rebirth. I was hoping to finish it before Dragons Dogma 2 comes out but that’s definitely not gonna happen. This game is massive but I’m loving every minute.

@MUG3NHC I haven’t noticed any glaring issues tbh. I don’t tend to spot graphical issues very often though. I do have an extremely poor vision so maybe you’re on to something lol

FWIW I have zero friends that play this. I actually met a few cool people on the discord that are patient with my suckiness with shooters.
