@Mostik personally I’d say stellar blade and wukong are equal but obviously different. Both superb though so have fun with stellar blade!

Shame I enjoyed the original back in the day even if it didn’t look like Ubisoft originally advertised.

I’m honestly well up for a ps6 delay. My pro has hardly been pushed enough yet for my liking.

Not only that but diminishing returns means the next gen will be an even smaller leap visually with the possibility of lengthening development times even more. Will the ps6 gen mean we get one first party game every 2 years? No thanks.

@OldGamer999 yeah agreed and I feel the decay coincides when a lot of the good big execs left like Andrew house, Layden etc and their replacements like Jim Ryan and Herman hulst not being good enough frankly.

Capcom seem to have the golden touch at the moment and I’m here for it.

Man I miss the old Sony blowouts of the ps4 gen. Mad to think we used to get a great show at e3, Tokyo games show, gamescom and psx.

These days I’m just hopeful I’ll get one first party game a year I’m into. Luckily third party and Xbox are stepping up!

It looks good and seems to retain the British humour and quirkiness of the originals which is good considering Peter Molyneux isn’t involved.

Queens blood was excellent. I rarely get into these side quest games but this really hooked me!

Nice one Ubisoft FC3 is the pinnacle for me so glad it’s getting better.

Now all we need is improved enemy AI. That’s always been the weakest link in these games in my opinion.

This series by title and release cadence seems really messy.

I loved the 2018 GoW and was really looking forward to ragnarok but for some reason I just got bored of it half way through and left it.

Maybe I should give it another go.

To this day I still believe I was unbeatable at speedball 2 on the Amiga! No doubt that wasn’t true but I’d have at least given you a run for your money.

@PuppetMaster @NathanKang ragebound and shinobi likely sold a lot less than the top games so less people likely played them and voted. If all games sold equally I’m sure there’d be some changes in rank.

It would be good for PS to republish this list taking into consideration total sales to the ratio of votes. Or am I just being too geeky? 😅

@Fluberuper that’s what I was going to say. This would have been deep into development by the time E33 came out and changing whatever they had to make it look like E33 in the 9 or so months since is highly unlikely.

Consoles just aren’t as big in Japan as they used to be period, thanks to mobile gaming etc.

I think there’s lots of other things adding to the Sony decline as well though such as them moving their HQ to the US, the massive size of the ps5 for small Japanese homes, pricing, exclusives becoming multiplat on pc, Xbox, S2 and much more…

E33 is a great game no doubt but there’s a serious lack of donkey kong on there for my liking.
