Well it is blatantly obvious some reviewers are bias fanboys and some purposely just like to give controversial reviews to get clicks

Still waiting to play Cronus....waiting for it to become available to rent from the place I rent games or for a key below £20 to become available

So is it the band wagon jumping game that's taken no.1 spot then ?

I played and completed silent hill f recently ...really enjoyed it....I'm not a fanboy so I ain't going to throw a tantrum that it's not connected to the town silent hill or wateva ...just a good game

If I had to pick a goty for me...it's probably ds2...followed maybe by Kcd2

Personally think Clair obscur is hugely overrated...don't get me wrong I played it on release and completed and enjoyed it...just don't think it's the best thing since sliced bread like some people think.

Also for an outsider I really loved...Baby Steps

Way to low...would be in my top 3 along with Death Stranding 2 ..and hmm not sure what else lol.....but no not Expedition 33...which is a good game, i just don't think it's anywhere near the levels of brilliant its being made out to be

Personally thought Death Stranding 2 and kingdom come 2...off the top of my head were both far better games

@Rezium Almost as predictable as the band wagon jumping to hype the game was...it was so predictably obvious it would sweep the awards weeks ago with the media hard on for it

Nobody is doubting the game was good ...but people making out it's a generational game? Erm how ? In fact I would go as far to say if this game was made by a huge studio on a bigger budget it would have scored more around the 80s on meta and not won

@StitchJones I have been getting grief on other sites because I said it's not a generational game .... apparently it is ....don't see what atall about this game could make it considered as such ....but sheep will be sheep I guess

P.s I liked the game but it was just good... definitely played better games this year ..but you would think it had broke new ground and done things that have never been done the way people are going on about it

Last time I saw this ...it never looked like a remake...it looked like a bad remaster at best

Even if all games performed better onit ...it wouldn't be worth it in my opinion.... especially if you already owned the base ps5....but the fact so many games run worse than even the base ps5.....what a big waste of money ...never get mid gen upgrades if you already have the base

Was a brilliant sometimes very frustrating game which I found very amusing and somewhat heartfelt

Wasn't really that bothered about this ...but that combat has me intrigued....I liked Kingdom come 2 combat

Was my first vr and most likely will be my last ....simply put I CBA to play onit ...it's a real chore for me ...I prefer to just sit back with a normal controller and normal TV

I don't play cod every year by any means ..but Sheesh cod is what it is ....an easy to pick up, great controlled game with usually a decent campaign to play through ..that can provide a multiplayer FPS fix that requires limited skill ..can go years without playing and still pick it up and still be decent at it

But everytime one is mentioned everyone loves to pretend they dont play it....and we all know the vast majority do lol

I just can't see this game being anything but a train wreck....everyone associated with it seems to be stressed to high heavens ...people leaving ..people already making excuses for the game and claiming there is a conspiracy against the game etc etc

@Artois2 Erm in terms of sequels/prequels to games most of which are reskins(how different can you expect them to be:S)...this game is quite different...and that's were most of the praise or criticism has come from....sounds like you haven't played it tbh ....also it's literally blatantly obvious the fact it's on gamepass is going to massively impact steam player numbers FFS lmao

And if you didn't like doom eternal then that's your opinion not fact ...and an opinion that's clearly in the minority

Tried to enjoy the game ..just found it so boring...think I'm done with assassin's creeds...they are all the same and I just don't enjoy them that much

I used to love GTA 4 online ...used to love playing race .....but oddly never got into GTA 5 online

@Oram77 No not really but alot of people like it....I personally could live without that feature.... different strokes for different fokes ..example I never got the overblown reaction to dualsense....everyone making out it's the best thing since slice bread ...I literally thought I must have broken ps5 controllers when I first got my ps5 the way fanboys were making out they could feel the weather and the different terrain they were walking on lmao ..it's barely no different than standard vibrate of Xbox controllers

@Oram77 Pretty simple what he said....means you can jump from one game to another and pick up were you left off ..on playstation if you open up a new game it closes the last game completely so you have to boot it back up from the start....

@OldGamer999 True...would be zero point to keep Xbox now if they got rid of day one games on gamepass etc ...aslong as they keep it the way it is, it more than warrants buying the next Xbox just because the amount of money saved on games at no extra cost day one

@OldGamer999 But some weirdos are more 'concerned' about how many millions the publishers/developers are raking in...so it's an outrage if you dare play games on gamepass and not support the developers by spending a full fat £60/70 on a game (even when it's third party games in which the developers have obviously made deals for it to be on GP)

I mostly get games digital now mostly out of convenience of not having to get up and swap discs lol....but I do still rent games ..so I hope physical doesn't go....I still collect dvds though...I will never go digital with movies etc

Did the showcase show something different? Cause it just looks the same as every Borderlands to me....and don't get me wrong I played alot of Borderlands with the missus and we both really enjoyed it for a while ...but then it just became a slog ...3 was a chore to finish ..didn't finish the pre sequel ....so if it's more of the same ..won't bother personally

@UltimateOtaku91 You really think if Nintendo or Xbox didn't announce the price increase ps wouldn't also? ..they defo will and would have known long before their competition announced it that they were doing it.... They are all as bad as each other

Only a matter of time before ps make the same announcement..... What happened to hardware getting cheaper as time went on....not more expensive....crazy

The it's a Bigger map line is more of a turn off nowadays....have given up with Shadows after about 10 hours...just fed up of big maps were you just are riding from point a to points b....and it's just big gaps of nothing

Doesn't bother me In the slightest....I hope it sells brilliantly on playstation so it funds Xbox to put more great games on gamepass day one
