Probably one of the better ps designs...but still not that great

They are awful at custom pads

Ps5 was my first ps console since the PS2 days....and both death strandings have been potentially the best games I've played on the ps5

So this is a real coup for Xbox in my eyes.

Received my rented copy today...so I will play it in it's current state for better or worse

Not really been paying attention to much noise about the game, I will judge it myself

Will be renting this ...glad I saved my purchase for Dawn of the bloodwaker ...while initially feeling a bit clunky....loving the game

So we will have a fallout spin off from Obsidian and then fallout 5 from Bethesda ....well atleast when the first one of these comes out in 5 years we won't have to wait another 15 for the next

So just a few days after people lost their digital movies.....they make a digital only console only

Gone from a nailed on near release purchase ....to a just not sure if or when I will get one....depends what Xbox is doing...if Xbox still has disc then they will be day one

Well I've just gone from most likely to buy a ps6 day one to almost definitely won't be

I rent alot of games and it saves me a fortune while getting to play all the games I want....so this is big negative for me

My ps5 disc drive has put the blue stopped working ...was about to play saros for the first time.....think I am done with playstation now untill ps6

Really hope this turns out good...has my eye init for a while...and looks great here

As an owner of both consoles ....I hope this is true

@DennisReynolds The real reason a woman (Jodie Whittaker) was cast as the Doctor in 2017 was that the incoming showrunner, Chris Chibnall, made it a strict requirement for taking the job.

So basically it was never about the right person for the role was it

Like I said we all know the real reason ...about the same time all this kinda stuff was happening ...not about the best person for the role ..about box ticking

And what did it end up doing to the show? Ran it into the ground ....awful show runner not interested in casting the best person....more interested in box ticking and a diversity hire.

P.s I gave Jodie a fair chance....I don't even blame her for her doctor being atrocious...I blame Chibnall

@DennisReynolds Bit odd that the show ran for a whole 48 years before it was even mentioned that a time LORD or time LADY....could swap gender...never once mentioned nevermind happened in 48 years of episodes and a movie ...despite shed loads of regenerations

We all know exactly why they did it

The Doctor -Doctor who

Expected quite abit more....thought with them deciding to go just before Xbox that they had something special to show...but was kinda meh

5 out of 10

Liked the look of the ILL game, wolverine I will get because I'm a big fan....god of war ...I want to play as Kratos ...but looked alright... will probably rent it

I just grinded(for not particularly long) 2 different areas and got my weapon upto 6 or 7....made it significantly easier lol

Did my first tower thing

I've already bought it going off the stellar reviews ...despite never hearing of the game untill the other day.....

Might start it up later

See the fruits of this in 8 years lol

Well I had no plans to subscribe back to it anyway ...but at this rate I doubt I ever will again

It's crap compared to gamepass ...and one has decreased the price ...the other increases...brilliant stuff playstation

Yet everyone always makes out nobody cares about cod anymore lol

GTA 6 better beat it after all this time....best do something to amaze ...even though that's harder and harder these days

Need to return to the second to finish it ..don't even think I got that far...and I must have got distracted by something else lol

Finished the first one

If you waited this long....may aswell wait for the ps6

@MJF I said in this comment section....and the majority have said it's a good/great game but not a masterpiece like people like you have made out....aka overrated

@MJF Just the general consensus of this chat echoes the sentiment....that it's just a good game that's been blown out of proportion

But sure we all just don't get it lol

@MJF Quite confident that in time ...expedition 33 will be acknowledged as overhyped and a classic case of band wagon jumping

@BowTiesAreCool "single best soundtrack album of any type of entertainment, excellent art style, the story and twists will go down in history."

Lmao

Guess you haven't been exposed to very much media atall

Think it's become ridiculously overrated ...it's a good game and I enoyed it ...but people coming out with stuff like it's once in a generation game lmao

It wasn't even goty in my opinion...think death stranding 2 and kingdom come 2 are better games

Want it to be good ..looks good ....kind of expect it to release to average reviews ...sigh

Have no real desire to play this game again personally....I always thought it was just a standard assassin creed game....didn't think it was any better or worse than any other of the games

Re7 is my favourite...I've just started this one....so obliviously liking the grace sections....and the Leon ones are alright .

@PloverNutter Well obviously Xbox games are going to sell better on playstation....they are on game pass day one on Xbox lol

Underrated game.... literally just platinumed the game the other day

Should have been rated atleast mid 80s bare minimum on Meta

Was going to get this day one even if it got 70 odd on meta ...but the reviews have been far to abysmal for me to waste money on a game seemingly so bad....shame....even if it gets fixed by patches....by the time it does I will have moved on

Barely played blops 7.....just meh....waiting for the next cod...might be somewhat refreshed by then

Deus ex are such good games.....shambles that it's been 10 years since the last ..and no new one in sight

If true ...makes me question why anyone would blow so much money on a pro now when the ps6 could be a year and a half away

Didn't have any interest before.... certainly don't have any interest now ...will be waiting for the ps6 and project helix

Only thing this price hike has done has made me think maybe I will be able to sell my ps5 and get abit more money to put towards the next gen console

The days when towards the end of a console life they would be drastically cheaper....but it cost over £100 more than they did on release.....insane

Only games that warrants such a budget is GTA ....you know that's going to stick around for a longggg time....games like heretic Prophet will be for most one play and done...I will rent it

It's okay though because more live service games in the future

@DennisReynolds I was more talking the actual game itself... Not performance....although I personally never had many issues with the game and I had it day one on Xbox one ..only issue I remember was the load times

Crimson desert does not seem to be anything that special ...and patches are not going to magically put it anywhere close to the witchers level

@tameshiyaku The Witcher 3 was brilliant day 1....and cyberpunk was obviously a great game plagued by performance issues.

Crimson desert issue are it's just an average at best game it would seem

In recent weeks I have become intrigued....but nah these scores don't warrant the investment this game needs....it would have taken alot of high scores for me to take the plunge .....got enough of my plate game wise

I bought this game day 1....I was hoping it would be the game to get some worth out my psvr 2.....it wasn't

This is getting slated....but personally the jump in quality even if it's the dreaded ai everyone loves to hate ...has me very intrigued

No desire to get this game ...but this stinks of they know it's not running well on consoles...

'let us cook' ....the game has gone gold and is out in 2 weeks

They know people will still buy this game day 1 on consoles either way ...all they care about is getting the money....then they will apologise when it runs inadequate and say they are working on fixes etc etc

If it was more god of war....they should know that everyone wants more Kratos...not this

Should have been God of war Egypt....If that's ever to happen....it's gonna be so far off now....sigh

I would have no issue with a game with another main character....aslong as it was aswell as not instead of a Kratos game....I want to play as Kratos ....

So a new Kratos game could be a long long time away now....sigh
