@jrt87 Sure thing sure thing....have a 65 inch oled c2.....maybe I just you know play games ...and I don't sit there squinting my eyes looking to see I can see a few extra blades of grass...or an extra tree 2 miles off in the distance....

We all know the kinda people these 'upgrades' are for...no normal person Is going to notice anything In motion graphics wise...that's pretty evident when digital foundry are needed to tell us differences...and side by side zoomed in screenshots are needed to notice minimal difference

Oh right that's lovely ....defo going to pay £700 now I know that if I pause the game and screenshot stuff and put it side by side and look closely I will be able to see one is abit clearer ...take my £700

Atleast I can genuinely see a slight difference for once though ...sure I will be told this is like night and day though by the people who need this...even though no normal person is going to notice these differences while gaming

What's considered a big graphical upgrade now days is so minimal we need experts to tell us which games look better....or to pause a game and get it side by side and be like ohhhh yeahh I see them few extra blades of grass etc etc ....says it all really ....zero point getting the pro

Another reason the pro is even more pointless....even if you ain't got base ps5...may aswell wait for ps6 at this rate with the lack of games...and the fact many games are still releasing on ps4 lol

I would defo get a pc over the likes of a pro...I did actually have a look...but gave me a headache with all the specs and stuff ...I obviously want a good one but I ain't paying something ridiculous...my max would probably be £1'200....I will most likely just wait for the ps6 and next Xbox

@Almost_Ghostly There are literally no guarantees about frame rates though....they feed the same pr everytime they release hardware....as for ray tracing...I think its a complete waste of resources most of the time...but they will probably push stuff like that at the expense of frames ..so it's just going to be the same old song and dance just slightly better than the base ps5

@Pranwell Yes all us people can afford to own a house and a car etc etc....but we can't afford a ps5 pro....nothing to do with something called principles....but if you wanna pay £700 for minimal upgrades ..you do you..bless ya

Night and day but guarantee we will all be looking back and forth between screenshots ....racking our brains trying to see the difference...then be like oh yeah few extra blades of grass and that tree 2 miles in the background looks abit crisper

They don't even bother supporting the vr they have now....one first party game...and no others on the horizon

So little point getting a pro just for this game....it will be on the ps6 and ps7 anyway

Don't play the game ....played the first at launch abit and completed the campaign I think kinda....did try to play the second several years after release and I had no idea what was going on....and all the ai seemed to absorb my bullets so...gave up....

I for some reason assumed the last dlc was the last one before they where moving on

@LogicStrikesAgain Pretty sure you are right ..they will push tech in areas we don't even care about or notice and once again sacrifice FPS even on the pro....so the usual games still won't even hit 60 FPS on the pro in the near future

All games are going to basically look identical on the ps5 and the pro...so the only real benefit they can sell is that this will run games at 60fps that the base ps5 cant is all I'm saying

No doubt people will still buy it...maybe I even will on a impulse at some point ....but that's only so one my kids can then just have my base ps5.....but seriously what's the point ...all I can see this being is a 60 FPS machine that we where promised before....and even then some games still probably won't be able to manage it with any consistency

Probably a good thing concord has next level flopped and astro has got universal critical acclaim just at about the same time

Only way I can somehow wrap my head around the mentality is to put myself in an earlier version of myself ..no older than 11...when I would get so excited for things I couldn't wait....but now as an adult it just seems ridiculous that people are paying sometimes as much as £30 just to play like 3 or 4 days early...pretty sad tbh

Never played a Warhammer game outside of pc games my brother had like 25+ years ago ...but I have pre ordered this one(standard) ...thought the game looked good and seemed to offer a nice package of content for multiplayer and single player....don't seem to get that as often nowadays
