I'm still in the middle of KCD2's hardcore mode so probably a month or two down the line for me. Maybe a bit of Indiana Jones and Doom in between. Def looking forward to it as I loved Oblivion back in the day.

Will def check out Bloom and Rage now that it's complete. Dontnod games are always worth at least a try. Wish they'd just make a Vampyr sequel though.

Remember when Veilguard had 80k players on steam and was therefore really successful? Yeah.... I don't buy these stories until the dust has settled or there's some actual sales figures.

It made a great first impression, but I'm liking Shadows less as I get further in and the repetition starts to grate. Just more tasks for cookie cutter characters I won't remember an hour from now. Oh, for an Ass Creed that rolls credits under 20 hours again.

It's a good sign for the game tbh.

The global illumination tech makes the world look stunning. I usually struggle to tell the difference tbh, but this looks like a clear quality mode game.

Tried the demo. I find it a bit hard to reconcile the traumatised gangster from Yakuza Zero with this wacky pirate dude who has magic powers.

It's a wonderful game. Very immersive and creepy. Great sense of progression when building up your car too. Just wish there was more of it which, hopefully depending what this next update is, is not too far away.

Unless the reviews are stellar, this one can wait a while.
I hope they've improved the p*ss-poor voice acting for npc's.

Finished it yesterday. Utterly fantastic game. A well deserved 10/10. Bring on hardcore mode!!

Max Payne was my favourite when I was a kid. Can't wait to see the remakes and quietly hoping for Sam Lake's beautiful mug for Max.

It's interesting in games that individual creators aren't valued and followed more than companies. Maybe apart from Kojima. Like you don't go see a Chris Nolan film and think "damn, what are Universal going to do next?" No. You wanna see the next Nolan film. We should look forward to the new games from the talented people who made them, not the zombie brand names they left behind. Eg. Exodus from the Mass Effect creators, not whatever Bioware scraps out.

Had this on Dreamcast. Really loved the concept but always got a bug where a certain location wouldnt appear on the overworld map and that was that. Would pick up a remaster for sure.

They haven't seemed to care about parkour since Unity (still the best one), so this is great news.

There were a couple gay characters in the first game. One in the monestary Henry could be supportive and do a little side quest to stop the senior monks being hard on him, or tell him he had the devil in him and act disgusted. I imagine it'll be the same here with a step further for those so inclined. All about the choices.

I used to co-op them with my brother in Ps2. Fun memories. Haven't played any of them in many years now, but the demo for Origins really won me over (until Lu Bu showed up and beat me into the dirt.)

They're above average videogame junk food. The Five Guys to Ubisoft's McDonald's. Forbidden West was a great graphical showcase for PS5. Zendaya for Aloy!

Sadie Sink is a great shout for Aloy. But let's face it... They're probably going for Zendaya.

Why wouldn't they embrace DEI? Games that do are very successful and certainly don't flop spectacularly one after another. It's like he doesn't want to make money.

I'm just shocked and appalled at how monocultural that small inbred medieval village in the middle of nowhere looked. Made me vomit in my mouth. Ciri looks awesome though.

Always enjoy Obsidian games. Hopefully they get a nice big sock in that art director dude's mouth before he drives away too much of the audience.

@jvecc it's not too imposing. Just eat once a day, (there's a lot of free food potsaround) and sleep a few hours. You get perks that lessen the effects later on too.

Glad to see Wu Kong make the final. A great example of proud cultural representation as art / entertainment.

Is there no other way to stealth that isn't crawling around at knee-height? Not a fan of that aspect, doesn't seem very Indy.

So looking forward to this. The originals fit so well in this connected universe remedy is making, with the dreams and norse myth references. Also, fun fact, Rockstar has only released 2 games since Max Payne 3.
