Re: Xbox Explains Why It Shuttered Beloved Hi-Fi Rush Developer

@tangyzesty I agree with this. People lost faith in Xbox and MS isn't capable anymore to fight against Sony. People want a PS5 and if a game comes to Xbox they'll wait on PS5 even after gamepass, cheap console, multiple acquisition, COD D1 Gampass, etc, etc. They simple don't care anymore about the brand, a new competitor should step in.

@somnambulance It was my biggest disappointment yesterday tbh. It looks like a Kena: Bridge of Spirits made in Xbox (i didn't like it too much back then). At best it will be an Hi Fi Rush 2.0: Great game but a flop according to MS.
Besides, the stop motion is so cool but why the gameplay "flows" normally? this choice really is weird, maybe because a stop motion action game is less readable but if it's true than don't use stop motion totally

Re: Many, Many More Major Xbox Games Are Being Plotted for PS5

@K1LLEGAL Sadly i think Xbox (the console) is fated to die, expecially after the multiplat strategy and the low number of console sold. It might be an hot take, but I think that Xbox isn't capable anymore to represent a real threat for Sony, even after all these acquisitions (just look at the last state of play, it seems almost like they don't care about the 2hr showcase of MS), so maybe it's time to a new company to face Playstation

Re: Round Up: What Was Announced During Sony's State of Play Livestream for May 2024?

It was okay, Astro looking really and Concord has a lot of charisma in my opinion.
The issue here is that this is the "E3 period" event and we wanted a Playstation showcase showing the big AAA games.
It must be said tho that this year is a lot better than 2023: Astro, Stellar Blade, Concord, FF7 Rebirth, Helldivers 2....but it's time to see what Playstation Studios are cooking

Re: PlayStation Mobile Job Listing Reveals New Insight into Sony's Smartphone Strategy

Idk, mobile market can really be a golden mine but at the same time is totally another story than console market. I can't really think of PS IPs that could be a mobile hit at the moment.
Just look at Mighty Doom: strong IP, very fun game (really, it was almost a drug for me) aannnnd they're gone.
If i remember correclty they'are developing an AAA mobile gaming with Neon Koi and that scares me a lot. Imo the best way to succeed in mobile gaming is creating simple games that can go viral, just like Helldivers 2 did on console and pc.
