I get letting them use the Bravia branding but its a horrible idea to let them use the Sony name and logo

Let's wait and see if Schreier agrees with him

@Gunnerzaurus 100% this, if Widowmaker didn't exist then Black Widows kit in Rivals would've been based on something else, maybe Skye from Paladins, and the sniper role would've likely gone to a marvel hero more akin to the TF2s Sniper or Strix from Paladins. I love Rivals but people don't seem to realize how much netease kit designs are inspired/copied from other games especially Overwatch and Paladins

@Solingo_Bill Sadly i could see Compulsion closing down the second the game releases, seeing the rumours of how bad their work culture is and the absolute state we happy few launched in does not paint a good picture for their future

Damn the leaked images where right thats not Jason Voorhees thats Jason Swolhees

Bluepoint also shot down rumours before the official announcement so its not completely dead in the water just yet

Sony seems to love Scandinavian devs but hate UK ones

With the smoke cleared it seems this is more than just redundancies, most the devs behind the new Blizz game have been sacked and a few artists and designers from the Overwatch team have been cut lose

This might be a good change
There are games where one supports exclusively heal there irl friend
Or games where a Genji in the backline just screams "HEAL DIFF I NEVER GET HEALS BLYAT!"
But this will definitely shake up the meta in more ways than one

Wasn't Pixelopus rumoured to be working on a into the spiderverse game before they shut down?

2 am! On a thursday!
Fudge no
I'll read the article a few hours later

I love the logo, The name is a bit silly but still better than savage

It was definitely better than the PS showcase
But sadly I don't think we will see most of those Xbox studios games anytime soon
Clockwork and Fable will probably go MIA for another 2+ years if we are lucky

They showed gameplay for Avowed so I'm suspecting that'll be the next big game after Starfield to come out... maybe the gameplay definitely needs a little work

The whole showcased made me wish Sony showed us more of games not coming out anytime soon

Is it Sonys fault again?

I'm willing to bet PvE was cancelled before Overwatch 2 launched

@Sakai I'm guessing Foss patents is that guy Florian Mueller on twitter.
I've never heard of him till the block news, but going through his twitter he seems a little... unhinged.

I hope the synthwave looking shirt will be available here in South Africa
Come on Koodoo don't let me down

Kinda heart breaking
Would love too see PSVR2 and PC support before ending the updates

i can see it now
My teams lifeweaver and the enemy road fighting over who gets to pull our rein into the illios well

damn I remember back in the day on bush camp, me and my friends speculated if the PS3 will ever exist, we didn't even have proper Telkom internet in my small town back then to check, god i feel old now

Sigh.... It had to be paradox
Hopefully the Paralives devs don't have outrageous DLC practices like Paradox and EA

I've got a feeling this will mostly go to the film division
SIE will probably get a few chunks of it for small studios like Ballistic Moon

I've actually been craving a good fantasy game
But if its built with F2P and GP in mind nah

Wont be surprised if its the same with Rocket League

@themightyant another good reason for the PS2s success was the fact that it was a cheapish DVD player
My Gran dad had 3 PS2s just to watch DVDs in different rooms never once played a game on them himself

I doubt it, as soon as the Switch 2 is announced sales will slow down
Unless Nintendo wait another 3 or so years for the Switch 2

isn't she the union buster ABK hired?

Yea its a real sh*t show, me and my sister have been struggling to rank up for ages, we get to silver 1 and get matched with gold 1s & 2s
Win 7 games in a row, nothing changes
lose 2 or more games then expect a de-rank to silver 4/5 when it comes round
Its like it doesn't want us to get the gold rank rewards end of season

I just want a PS5 slim

wow its already on its 3rd battlepass.. shocker
And like most mobile games they don't use regional pricing

hopefully we will see meatcanyon Bugs Bunny next

Played the alpha on PC, sad to see my Shagworthy skin ripped from me and put into the premium tier of the battle pass

Same people that own Avalanche studios, At least its not Tencent

Its available in South Africa too

Inzone? that sounds kinda silly
Should just keep them the Sony branding
or just Bravia for the monitors

theHunter Cotw is a good game with some problems but still fun to play, looking forward to theAngler so long as it like theHunter Cotw monitization wise
We don't need another fishing planet

I'd rather they buy Konami tbh

South Africa is getting PlayStation Plus Deluxe aren't we... PLEASE give is streaming

The only purchase I'd be happy with is Konami, they are literally doing nothing with there games
Just buy the bulk of there IPs and what devs they have left
They can leave Yu gi oh, PES and the pachinko machines to what's left of Konami

@ATaco I think Embracer Group might be the biggest in terms of studio amounts, They have bought and merged with a few big and small studios the past few years

@Avaloner They have made a spin off though Minecraft Dungeons which is on PlayStation

Looks like the perfect candidate for PS+ in a year or two, I'll wait till then

Hopefully Sony feels inspired enough and brings back PS All-stars

Data is real but damn... so many games mentioned here make me think they are just placeholders or jokes by some random NVidia intern

I remember Gods will fall and Gods fall being the rumored name for Injustice 2, I mean its possible WB/NR took the name but damn it feels out of place now days
and Bayonetta 3... i don't think Nintendo will ever allow bayonetta out of there hands anytime soon

I literally just bought Predator Hunting Grounds at 90% off from my local computer shop what luck

Chuck Testa?
Dio?

@mrtennis1990 Its Konami so its a digital pachinko machine

There is a South African in the game so its by default the best COD game ever made

It joins the elite ranks of Far Cry 2, Uncharted 4, Titanfall, Rainbow 6, Battlefield 2042 and MGS 5

Articles like these make me wish for a second PlayStation all-stars game

Ffs not exclusive again!
Hopefully they'll be Takealot exclusives in South Africa
Too much of a pain to important them

@stefan771 Lazy interns
Not to long ago nintendo used a fan made cactus design for a super mario theme park ride

wtf why is South Africa excluded
EDIT: It let me sign up anyway
