Update: NVIDIA has now responded to yesterday's possible leak of unannounced games, suggesting many that are part of the list aren't real as they're used for "internal tracking and testing" instead. Courtesy of Wccftech, the company's statement reads:
"NVIDIA is aware of an unauthorized published game list, with both released and/or speculative titles, used only for internal tracking and testing. Inclusion on the list is neither confirmation nor an announcement of any game."
"NVIDIA took immediate action to remove access to the list. No confidential game builds or personal information were exposed."
Original story: Okay, you might want to get comfortable for this rumour, because it's a big one. It's all to do with GeForce Now, Nvidia's game streaming service. Basically, someone called Ighor July found a way to open up GeForce Now's database and take a look inside — and it's absolutely stuffed with references to all kinds of unreleased games.
To be clear, the data is real — you can even go and check it out for yourself if you have the know how. This isn't a rumour based on some random social media post.
But here's the thing: there's no guarantee that these games actually exist. Some might be on there purely for testing purposes, while others might be codenamed or even cancelled. As such, we wouldn't recommend taking any of this information at face value — but it's still incredibly interesting stuff.
So, what have we got? Well, where to even begin. The following unannounced games have apparently been spotted or referenced (as catalogued on Reddit):
- Chrono Cross Remaster
- Final Fantasy Tactics Remaster
- Final Fantasy IX Remake (possibly just a reference to the recent remaster)
- Kingdom Hearts IV
- Resident Evil 4 Remake (previously rumoured)
- Street Fighter 6
- Dragon's Dogma 2 (previously rumoured)
- Monster Hunter 6
- Grand Theft Auto Remasters (previously rumoured)
- BioShock 2022
- Mirror's Edge Remaster
- Untitled Respawn Game
- Titanfall 3
- Tekken 8
- The Talos Principle 2
- Crysis 4
- Batman Arkham Knight Remaster
- XCOM 3
- Injustice 3: Gods Will Fall
- Destroy All Humans 3
- Sniper Elite 5
- Cities: Skylines 2
- Fight for Middle-Earth
- Mortal Kombat XII
- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Remaster (recently debunked by Activision)
- Helldivers 2
The database also mentions numerous Sony-published titles, potentially suggesting that more of PlayStation's first-party games are heading to PC at some point.
This specific list includes:
- God of War (2018)
- Horizon Forbidden West
- Gran Turismo 7
- Demon's Souls
- Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart
- Sackboy: A Big Adventure
- Ghost of Tsushima
Again, we should stress that all of this information has supposedly been pulled from GeForce Now's servers, and that some of it could quite easily be misinterpreted. What's more, this leak is ongoing — people are still digging through whatever they can find.
What do you make of all this? Do a double take in the comments section below.
[source ighor.medium.com, via reddit.com, reddit.com]
I got you, lie
Seriously though, the Devs of Talos principle have mentioned there is a sequel but i can't remember whether they said it was early in development or on the back burner or what
This list also had Mario Games and Fake Moral Kombat Fan Games so who knows where they pulled this from. And Monster Hunter 6 doesnt exist at all too haha. There issnt even a MH5
Titanfall 3 ?????????????????
Forget the rest that's all I want!
Smells like bs to me.
I love seeing NetherRealm titles mentioned, regardless of this being true or not. I can’t wait for their next game.
So many publishers take care that their PC games cannot be played on GeForce Now, and now we get this impressive list of games?
Chrono cross before chrono trigger? Outrageous.
No way square are remaking ff 9 when 7 is ongoing and they are working on 16. I wish it were true given its my fave game - and i know the tv series is coming, but a remake is the stuff of dreams.
“ Final Fantasy IX Remake” LMAO
"Monster Hunter 6" They do know Capcom doesn't do numbered sequels with Monster Hunter right?
No chance. One or two fair enough but there are way too many wishful thinking projects
Yes, of course.
Also Metal Gear Solid 6 with Konami and Kojima Productions as partners.
Let's not jump to conclusions here now. Couldn't imagine Ratchet and Clank making its way to PC tbh I mean let's be realistic here, God of War perhaps but not Ratchet and Clank.
I have GeforceNOW... But I will be so happy if I can get Gran Turismo 7 running native on SteamDeck.
Maybe I'll just get a PC next-gen then I really really really HATE PlayStation Exclusives going to PC :-/ + All those remasters(ok I wouldn't mind a MGS1 one but that is it really) they just bore me to death to(like seeing games being cross-gen games to) I still LOVE PlayStation tho
Also KH4 is like 10 years out
A Final Fantasy IX remake would be a dream come true but we won't be seeing that in at least 20 years or so....
Final Fantasy IX Remake, Street Fighter 6 and Dragon's Dogma 2 would be among my most wanted games of all time, so I hope this is real.
I don't see demon souls going to pc before bloodborne
So you're saying a random guy just randomly stumbled upon a list of some of the most anticipated and biggest titles out of nowhere? Yup. Nothing dodgy here at all.
I don't know, some of these sound a little... fake, like 'Fight for Middle-Earth'? 'Destroy All Humans 3'? But no mention of the Destroy All Humans 2 Remake? Plus Destroy All Humans 3 already exist. 'Kingdom Hearts 4?' yeah okay, I love Kingdom Hearts as much as the next bloke, but that ain't happening anytime soon. Also Trey Parker & Matt Stone are working on a 3D South Park Game, but no mention of that. Resident Evil 4 Remake, anyone with a singular brain cell could have predicted that. While I do believe Injustice 3 is in the works, 'Gods will Fall'? Wasn't that the fan-given name for the game via Wiki Fandom? Monster Hunter 6? When was the last mainline Monster Hunter game given a number in it's title? The rest just feel like wishful thinking and educated guesses.
tbh lot's of these games sound like a wish list to me.
Don't get me wrong but there's about as much chance of these being true as my dong being 16, inches long
Destroy humans 3 aint it supposed to be 2.and im prettry sure dragon dogma 2 and monster hunter world 2 is coming.word up son
@Olmaz You hold down R2 and move your stick forward until you beat the game. There, I saved you money and waiting around for it.
I really hope this comes out to be total hogwash haha. That’s a lot of retread ground, right there. OK, yes.. I would play the heck out of another XCOM, but is anyone really calling for Call of Duty remasters?! That’s about as insane to me as like… NHL 2018 Remastered.
Chrono cross remaster?? Yes please. If that's true...maybe, just maybe, we can finally get a 3rd Chrono game or a Bluepoint remake of the OG. I know licensing and ownership issues have been a huge problem for the needle moving on that franchise but they are 2nof the best rpgs of all time
Batman Arkham Knight remaster.
Just give me that. Please. K thx bye
Bioshock 2022 😮😮😮
Final Fantasy Tactics Remaster
Yes please. This list looks more than a little fantastical though...
This isn't real it's a fans wish list if anything.
The Talos Principle 2 ... heh, that's interesting. This may be just a bogus list, but I hope this game gets done. I liked the first one, start to finish.
I call bullsh1t!!!
How about an NCAA Football remaster?!?
Half of these you can make educated guess on. Tbh with these rumours some of us can make up on the forums one evening and then and go spread it across social media.
Titanfall 3 feels the most unlikely out of that list as that franchise got killed off by Battle Royale.
They should’ve just thrown Bloodborne 2 in there for the hell of it
The Nintendo stuff alone makes it laughable. Some of these "leaks" these days feels like a false flags or psy ops level rumors: where a company surreptitiously "leaks" deceptive information and rumors to shift attention toward their product.
None of that interests me. If Sony wants to bring more of their exclusives to PC, it cheapens their hardware. If they release their exclusives even within a year of them being on Playstation hardware, then it cheapens their hardware to the point of being nearly worthless; like Xbox hardware currently. If Playstation games and Xbox games and of course, all the PC exclusive indie games are all on PC... what's the point of buying a PS5 or any hardware after?
Time will tell with what Sony decides to do.
@Olmaz @Grumblevolcano Titanfall 3 according to someone who's looked at the metadata appears to just be Apex Legends I'm afraid.
Of course, the placeholder name that was used does suggest originally they were thinking of doing a third, before the Apex idea came along...
This leak does seem legit, in that you can browse the GeForce NOW database yourself and it seems to just mine Steam / Epic for its "catalogue" so likely shows placeholder games.
That's why so many are using code names or just random placeholder names - and many will be games that got cancelled years ago (Scalebound for example).
It does appear to be from Nvidia, and it got the right placeholder names for Xbox GS at least - Woodsman (Forza), Typhoon (Contraband) and Holland (new Fable)
Rumors, rumors and more uncomfirmed rumors..i heard there is Mcdonalds drive thru opening on the moon..elvis is living in dorset and a rock star ate my hamster...
Just a reminder, every leak this year has been wrong.
Titanfall 3 and Returnal etc on PC?
Imma call cow faeces on this. I dont think PS5 games on PC already would go down very well!
@commentlife We already had MW 1 and 2 remastered. It would have made completed sense for a MW3 remaster... Most people would probably actually just prefer if Activision just remastered the old games if they remastered the Multiplayer as well.
Several of the games on that list don't exist and some have never even been rumoured. I call it total fake. Probably some PC gamers' wishful thinking.
Why would Sony 'leak' the new GoW and HFW that aren't even out on their console yet for PC? that would kill the PS5 before its first year on the market. Even I would just build a new PC at that point because there would be literally no reason to own a PlayStation.
@Arisen I could honestly see Demon's Souls releasing on the PC before bloodborne. Given that it running on a modern game engine, and was developed by more technical sound developers... The amount of work it would need to bring bloodborne up to modern day PC gamers standard wouldn't be worth the money.
I will take that Mirror's Edge Remaster thank you in advance 🙂
You all realise that this isn't the word of some random guy, right? The data is real — you can go and see it for yourself if you know how.
The question marks are over the "games" themselves. As the article says, it's a database of everything that's passed through the GeForce Now servers. They're not necessarily real games, but their tags certainly make for interesting reading.
Most of the games on this list are not far-fetched from happening and Sony did bought a studio that specializes on porting console games to PC. And FF9 Remake? I want to see this happen.
@Carl-G i'm not saying this is a "bad way" but if you want to wait 3 or more years to play a game that people already waited 3 or 4 years for then you should my dude.
I know every ps game is going to come to pc but it isn't happening anytime soon. Ps5 would be meaningless if they do, console sales will allways make more money to sony than games on pc doesn't matter how well they sell and as long as sony loses money making electronics like tvs and phones they will need the constant income of ps console sales.
@awp69 we need this lol
@Nepp67 they did, for years and years there was a mainline numbered series of monster hunter games.
This is bs, chrono cross remaster and titanfall 3? Yeah, it's bs.
Edit: The list is true afterall lol.
Wow, some huge games in here! KH4? Bioshock reboot? GTA remaster confirmed...this list is insane!
But BOY do I hate the PS5 games coming to PC...so dumb, what's the point of having PS5 then? 🤦♂️
EDIT: TITANFALL 3 YES PLEASE!!
This one stood out to me. What is there about this game that calls for a remaster?
I find this odd considering NetherRealm already stated they were skipping Injustice and going straight to making another Mortal Kombat
Helldivers 2.......... say hello to democracy!
If this is true, there's pretty much no reason to expect that the PS5 will have ANY exclusives whatsoever when all is said and done. I at least expect the PS4 to hold on to a few, namely the crappy ones that Sony wants to forget about like the Knack games. But if Sony is already planning to port PS5 exclusives not even a year into its lifespan.... then *****, that certainly seems to suggest that not only will they port over every first-party game, but the windows of time between PS5 and PC will only continue to shrink.
Also, Demon's Souls being listed once again reminds me of Sony pulling that trailer which said it was coming to PC. Seems like it was indeed a case of Sony being honest with us earlier than they intended. Because while they want to go the way of Microsoft and put everything on PC day and date, they also want to sell the PS5 on the notion that it will have exclusive games.
And of course, we the loyal PS owners will continue to get f*** all out of the deal. No benefit, only detriment. Horizon Forbidden West just missed a 2021 release by apparently two months, and yet there was a story from back in January that some of Guerilla's developers were still working on fixing the PC port of HZD, so they didn't have all of their manpower working on the game until just this year. Hmmm....
This is really fake.
@Floki True rumours are rumours although if the bloodborne remastered edition is a real thing it goes full circle and sets up both games on pc. I think it's way too early to make plans for demon souls on pc after less than a year as a ps5 exclusive
@wiiware Titanfall 3 is actually Apex Legends according to the metadata.
As @ShogunRok says, the leak is definitely real from GeForce Now, it's more whether some placeholders are jokes / cancelled projects, project names or registered by someone incorrectly
@ZeroAbbadon Riiight that's why they made Monster Hunter Rise and World instead of 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 right? It's pretty obvious they don't want to have numbered titles in their sequels anymore for MH and even Resident Evil.
You lost me as soon as I saw Kingdom Hearts 4. That ***** ain't coming out until 2030. But its a nice list of probably some fan's wishlist, which is nice I guess.
@Nepp67 It would be a placeholder name - they're updated before release.
So they may have reserved Minster Hunter say 4 to 6 then used them up with each release
The data is real, the games aren't.
Their names are probably just there to fill database entries.
I mean, they do have some Wii U entries as well and we all know how Nintendo operates.
@Master_Shake Think they're reserved names so it could be years and years before a game fills the slot, or never in the case of cancelled projects.
So yes some might be ones fans somehow registered, or a publisher pre-registering names way out
@Nepp67 also wouldn’t it be MH 8 in that case. Generations would be 5, world would be 6, rise would be 7. Since 1 to 4 where numbered. It would imply 2 of those 3 are spin offs and not main games.
@CielloArc The Nintendo ones are from China - Nintendo games are streamed on it in China only
I'm telling you!
It's just ripe for some enhancements. It runs at 1080p 30fps but still holds up so well. Still looks really good. Just imagine what 4k 60fps with some ray tracing could look like!?
@darkswabber That's why it's BS
@darkswabber Capcom considers Generations to be a spinoff so for mainline MH you have:
1 - Monster Hunter
2 - Monster Hunter 2
3 - Monster Hunter Tri/3 Ultimate
4 - Monster Hunter 4/4 Ultimate
5 - Monster Hunter World/World Iceborne
6 - Monster Hunter Rise
MH Rise was announced for PC before the Switch version's launch so that's what Monster Hunter 6 is referring to.
I'm getting sick and tired of all these rumors spreading like wildfire all over social media. All it does is create more false promises for people to use as bait against each other. If any of these games come to light it will be a miracle.
It is interesting, but it's also a bit like saying:
Elders Scrolls 6
Assassin's creed monkdom
Far cry 7
You get the idea.
It's sad to see so many sequels, which probably make it all completely real. Aren't they're any new titles or were known ones only selected for this article?
With all the constant articles of rumours, video game journalism has been reduced to the equivalent of gossip magazines/sites.
How is this any better than the National Esquire?
Dont developers emulate games on PC before releasing them on console? This could be something of that sort , also GOW isnt going to pc
Dragon's Dogma 2, you say?
But Returnal & Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart without an uber SSD on a PC? Surely some mistake...?
@naruball you're completely right, but it's our own fault at consumers who demand a constant stream of information and click on articles like this one. To be fair, this instance is slightly more than a rumour though.
I've always wondered what would change if we could take our clicks, engagement or views back as a show of disliking something.
Just to recap here's what Hermen Hulst said about PC ports in 2020:
"And to maybe put a few minds at ease, releasing one first-party AAA title to PC doesn’t necessarily mean that every game now will come to PC. In my mind, Horizon Zero Dawn was just a great fit in this particular instance. We don’t have plans for day and date [PC releases], and we remain 100% committed to dedicated hardware."
And this is what he said in 2021:
"But I want to emphasize that PlayStation will remain the best place to play our PlayStation Studios titles at launch. But we do value PC gamers, and we’ll continue to look at the right times to launch each game. Bend Studio just released the PC version of Days Gone on May 18. So that’s about two years after the PS4 release."
He's outright telling us that "each game" now will come to PC in "about two years" and PS owners will have the best version of their games "at launch", not in perpetuity. It's clear to me that they're just using PS5 to wring their fanbase dry while continuously courting the PC base, a base who'll never shell out £70 for new games or need to pay for PS+, much to the annoyance of PS owners.
It's good to always be skeptical and a lot on this list looks like placeholders for predictable/rumored stuff that will eventually come, but I'll say this.
Before the Sony event, I was personally aware of 4 soon-to-be-announced titles/ports. 2 of them showed up there. The other two? They are here.
So this list is either accurate or an educated enough bunch of guesses that will hit true here and there. I'm still inclined to believe it's the latter, but it most definitely isn't something to be dismissed entirely.
@ShogunRok I can't wait for a PS5 Monster Hunter game! Dragons Dogma 2 would be pretty sweet as well.
@truerbluer Oh I expect every single one of those games to hit PC at most in two years, although the first GOW will probably come to steam by the end of this year.
This shouldn't be surprising anyone as this same road map to PC was done by Microsoft during the Xbone, also Sony bought an entire studio dedicated just to porting. It is what it is 🤷
FFT Remaster!! Please come to playstation!
@ShogunRok Helldivers 2
If it's true, pc gaming for me then next year. I have to get used to it, after so many years on PS family.
Damn I hope that list isn’t true. Not a one I’d even buy
If these two particular games come to pc, then they actually compromised them in the first place, for the ps5 users. Which sucks.
I am pretty sure that some cross gen games have to do with the decision to give the to pc.
Worst sony ever.
@Juanalf Well they already announced Uncharted 4/LL for early 2022 so God of War won't be released before then but I fully expect that to be the next announcement in 2022 probably for the second half of the year.
Interesting, but this list sounds too good to be true.
@truerbluer Oh that's true, I forgot about those. Weird that they didn't start with the trilogy but yeah things are changing in the console space.
None of this should effect those that wish to remain and enjoy their consoles, is not like the games will be removed from PS4/5 but those that are on the fence or curious about PC gaming now is as good a time as any.
Definitely legitimate even if some placeholders don't ever get used / were cancelled / get renamed.
Jez Corden at WindowsCentral is very close to Microsoft insiders and they confirmed Oxide and a few other project codenames from this leak - and Oxide hasn't ever been mentioned before:
“ This specific list includes:
God of War (2018)
Horizon Forbidden West
Gran Turismo 7
Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart
Sackboy: A Big Adventure
Ghost of Tsushima”
No Marvel’s Spider-Man?
Final Fantasy Tactics Remaster & Final Fantasy IX Remake!!!
Feels too good to be true :/
This is both too good to believe and too bad for playstation if ps5 exclusives started to release on PC.
So, sadly i am inclined to disbelieve it, even though i want that Chrono cross and FFT remasters quite badly. Love those games.
@Rob_230 Technicly, Chrono trigger already got it's new version with the DS one, which i believe has been ported to PC.
So, it really is Cross' turn.

@Ganamede The when matters though.
The moment they start releasing next-gen games on it is the moment the playstation console dies.

@Ganamede Well we'll see. I don't mind if it does happen personally but I just find it hard to believe is all I'm saying. Would be nice for people who don't have a PS5 because they still can't get one I guess.
Not even in the "everything was leaked" we can find GTA 6..
Cool info for some but the only one I have any real interest in would be FFIX Remake and let's face it, it has to be the remaster. There's no way they'd start such a project before finishing 7.
@Ganamede was it the fanboys that decided pc would be getting last gen fifa 22 because there aren't enough pc fans with ssd's fast enough? No it was EA, who have the tech to see what people are using.
Dear everyone saying "wishful thinking". Do you know how much of an idiot you look now? And how you have embarrassed yourself?
Go open the geforce now database for yourself and you'll find them there.
It's what's in the database of geforce now.
Not a list made up by a guy.
Go on Now, open the data base
I really understand why people are so fear-stricken by games going to PC. You still have your console, you will still enjoy great games on your console. PC gamers get to play them too, people who don't want to play console get to play on their preferred platform. It doesn't hurt you as a console gamer in any way.
Damn, this leak was more exciting for me than the recent showcase.
New Dragon's Dogma, Street Fighter AND Monster Hunter? Damn, Capcom! Leave something for the others.
From Square Final Fantasy Tactics Remaster is awesome but I would die if Final Fantasy IX were to receive a remake.
Big YES to all the following: Chrono Cross Remaster, BioShock 2022, Mirror's Edge Remaster, Untitled Respawn Game, Titanfall 3, Tekken 8, Crysis 4, XCOM 3, Mortal Kombat XII, Helldivers 2.
And still no Bloodborne for the PC crowd. Sony has that under lock deep in the chalice dungeons. Forget the patch, grant us a sequel set in Cainhurst, Loran or a different land entirely.
@Omnigameplayer Maybe this analogy will help:
Imagine you're a fan of a long-running ongoing TV show and you decide to collect the DVD releases from the beginning, which is the only format they were available in. Then a few seasons later they decide to release cheaper high-def Blu-Ray versions of the earlier seasons while continuing to only release DVDs of the latest seasons. Would you still be inclined to keep buying the (more expensive) DVDs or would you now only continue from the Blu-Ray releases even if they release later than DVDs for the superior quality?
@Ganamede are you aware of a thing called sarcasm? I was taking the piss a little bit..some light hearted humour also a reference to a really old game which was obviously wasted on you..
@Ganamede and its all still a rumour...speculation at best...
@Ganamede and also you have been a member of the pushsquare community for less than 24 hours and you are already insulting people...nicely done..
@Widey85 That's more depressing 😓
@Saucymonk Which is 100% chance then
@Ganamede The Mario games are from China, where GeForce Now has a deal with Nintendo to stream them
@Old-Red it's a lot like voting. You and I may vote for something, but at the end of the day, the majority will make the decision.
So, for example, the fact that you or I don't buy gossip magazines doesn't affect the industry at all, because plenty of others do. Same with video game sites. I could simply ignore this article and not comment at all, but the traffic that it will attract from others guarantees that they will keep posting such rumours.
How many times have people lambasted Sony and the Naughty Dog for TLoU remake that is still just a rumour? I've lost count.
i don't buy it. yup that's all i can think of to say pop up box.
@Ganamede you realize you made an account on a PlayStation based news site to say that? that sounds pretty pathetic.
@Ganamede this is just pathetic what you're doing. As I know on this site there are a lot of "fainbois" who joined here because love this brand. I'm loving too.. well as it seems loved. Because that "magical" feeling in the PS4 era with Shawn is gone now. And as I read the comments a lot of people here care with the PS brand. We are(were) in a great community and that's why I love PlayStaion. But money grabber Jimmy and Hermen came in. And now, you, PC beggars just came into the picture too, and we are the toxic ones who doesn't want to lose this great feeling what we used to have in the PS4 period? Imagine a lot of us here paying 80-90 even 100 € (in my country) for a game and we are buying it on day 1 to support the studios. Well maybe most of us. And you say we are the toxic ones. You can thank to us these great games are coming to PC too. But nooo we are the crying toxic persons... oh yeah and please read @truerbluer response. I cannot describe it for you better. Sorry for my English too. It's not my native.
I don't see Sony's current model of releasing older PS exclusives to PC changing.
Sony need to shift hardware, MS doesn't. If Sony release PS5 games too early on PC they can kiss hardware sales goodbye as I'd play on PC just like I do for all the Xbox exclusives...
@Splat Think you'll be waiting for a LONG time for a PS<insert number here> version of Monster Hunter. Nintendo have that particular franchise pretty much sewn up now, I suspect, given the success in Japan.
@Ganamede On reddit in the Gamingleaks Subreddit was a list of every included Game and Mario & Rabbids 2 (Sparks of Hope) was in there and also Bayonetta 3 even tho Nintendo wont ever port them to PC lol. Also a Mortal Kombat Fangame. MH6 still makes no sense since they abondened the numeral Sequels years ago after MH4. Im pretty sure it was Monster Hunter World 2 that was in the Capcom leaks which obviously will happen
@Andruil @twitchtvpat @Northern_munkey @Loftimus
Hit the ignore button for that individual, folks.
They only came here and created an account to wind you all up.
Within 30 minutes of setting up their account they had posted several comments trying to trigger someone.
Different opinions are fair, but the way that one goes about it is intentionally provocative.
I was going to respond to their junk last night too, but feck that.
Just hit ignore and they don't exist.
@sanderson72 Eh, MH World was very successfull in Japan, even more than Rise when sales weeks are aligned, and with them porting it to PC soon its clear that Capcom wants Monster Hunter on all Platforms in comparsion to when it was only Wii/U and 3DS years ago. Monster Hunter World 2 was also already leaked in the big Capcom leak last year
@sanderson72 I wouldn't say Nintendo has them sewn up when World is the best selling game in the series. Capcom isn't going to ignore that.
It's funny how all xbox fanboys and pc master race call this leak BS. But in next sentence believe all ps5 games is coming to pc.
They also call ps games for ***** but deep down are daydreaming to play most of them.
@stormyuk I don't see it changing soon either. And if it does, I'm not convinced yet that it would be a complete disaster either.
Xbox will release first party stuff on PC and game pass on Day 1, but new gen xbox is the fastest selling console they ever made.
@Andruil Don't worry about Ryan and Hulst.
The truth is we don't know them, or what their strategy is. And any truly bad decision made in the last few years was reversed after community outcry.
And to be fair, it sounds like Hulst is preparing a truly diverse lineup of developers and games.
It feels a lot like the PS1 days to me in many ways.
It's early days for PS5 yet, and PlayStation is in a strange transition period.
All is well 😌
If you believe this then I've got a bridge to sell you.
Hopefully that Dragons Dogma 2 is legit. Itsuno surely must be working on a new game and I don't see it being DMC 6.
@Shepherd_Tallon I know I know... I was a 'silent' reader but I ignored many messages like that one what I mentioned and I needed to reply. And I needed to write out my feelings.
@Shepherd_Tallon Reversed cause of outcry....reversed cause they'd get sued. Does anybody really here believe Ryan and Hulst even play video games, let alone care about some sense of protecting them to one piece of hardware.
Personally I hope ps5 games do hit PC sooner rather than later. It's inevitable they'll come to PC. But least if it's sooner we can start having the conversation of why are the ps5 versions not only £70 but also have a multiplayer paywall. Xbox community doesn't seem to want to question why these same games on pc that are cross-play have no paywalls on console. They're just nodding their head when Phil Spencer tells them they're valued...yet treats them second class.
So it will be interesting to see how Sony fanboys accept it...what the narrative will be...especially as Sony shifts to more MP centric games.
Interesting times ahead.
@Ganamede this is BS. Its not about how many have SSDs but rather how many of them buy games.
Sony will just not care about pushing ps5, in order to give these games to pc. Even next-gen fifa games don't come to pc because pc audience is not ready yet.
If next gen ps5 games come to pc that means that they actually compromised the ps5 version. Which is sad. Sony was always pushing the boundaries.
@Ganamede Microsoft changed their plan cause they couldn't sell enough consoles.
Playstation still sells more consoles than Nintendo. That means exclusives are needed to add value to the product.
Your business sense is the one that sucks.
While Sony sells consoles it is in their best interest to not remove value from the product. So, thanks for agreeing that the "when" matters. Arrogant as your posting may be.
Regardless, this leak is bogus, so you can stop acting like it already happened.
Oh wow, who would have thought!
Titanfall 3 seriously?!
They say they're not real but we only have their word for that don't we 🤣
@The_New_Butler For real. I couldn't even imagine spending most of my time talking about something that doesn't exist when I can play games that do. Commenting on this stuff here and there is fine but there's whole subbreddits dedicated to some of these rumors.
Nice of them to clarify, but I had to take the original article with so many grains of salt that I've now run out
Word on the streets is that sonic 6 on the Gameboy is getting a remake on ps5!
Just a heads up, my uncles cousin, ex son in law knows about this! I think it's gonna be a hit! 😄😄
I'm sure half of the list is true. They are just saying that to save face
Looking forward to Returnal on pc if true.
All I heard was dragon's dogma 2 🔥
Actually I would rather have Cross remastered first. Mainly because Trigger’s visuals have aged very well whereas Cross suffers from the “PS1” effect with its aliasing issues and geometry clip in issues.
Lol. What a terrible statement. All it did was confirm to me they are all real
Data is real but damn... so many games mentioned here make me think they are just placeholders or jokes by some random NVidia intern
I remember Gods will fall and Gods fall being the rumored name for Injustice 2, I mean its possible WB/NR took the name but damn it feels out of place now days
and Bayonetta 3... i don't think Nintendo will ever allow bayonetta out of there hands anytime soon
I just find it funny there are people still speculating and wishing for Capcom games when they had their own leak, and its a very real leak unlike this one, a while ago that basically confirms a lot of games they want
Wow. So. Many. Remakes/remasters. I doubt doubt it because that's the games industry in 2021 but if this list is real, that's just depressing.
Not that I'd say no to FFIX, but I'm not sure it would make it "better", maybe that's best left as it is. That was special, and the epitome of the PS1 feel. Changing that breaks all the magic.
Same for CT, but that at least might benefit from a more grandiose storytelling. It's not dependent on its simplicity for its mood, but IX is.
@TheRedComet Cross definitely has the PS1 3D nightmare visuals and is less "playable" because of it's visual limitations than Trigger, but Trigger also has the (way) bigger story that would benefit from a modern retelling. The whole time-traveling adventure is just "bigger" than the sleepier CT.
I love it when gamers decide that because a game(s) are coming to the pc in the future that they will become pc gamers now because the games are a lot cheaper..i want to be there when they try and run it at the same level the ps5 plays them only to watch their faces crumble when the stark realisation sets in that it aint happening without shelling out £250 upwards for a gpu,£100 for more ram and if your cpu is good enough..if not theres another £100+..still think its cheaper?
@Shepherd_Tallon Not sure how you have so much optimism, since it's become pretty damn clear that Ryan/Hulst do not have PlayStation's best interests at heart. It seems that as far as their existing userbase goes, all they want to do is pinch every last penny out of us, completely content to ignore the incredible value that Microsoft is offering to their own users on the Xbox side. That's why they actually had the gall to charge us $80 to upgrade the PS4 version of HFW. Oh, but they backtracked, though! Just like earlier this year when they backtracked on closing down the PS3/Vita's storefronts because they are two completely out-of-touch idiots who don't understand that games deserve preservation. I mean, I can only imagine how indistinguishable from EA/Activision they'll become once they start their shift towards live service games, which we know is right around the corner.
Meanwhile, they want to court not only the PC market, but the mobile one as well. So PlayStation is clearly not their only focus anymore, and that is happening only to our detriment. But of course, they don't want to court the PC folks so much that they leave us PS owners under the belief that the PS5 will no longer have exclusives. So what do they do? They mislead us. Because as Sony's existing and mostly loyal fanbase, they know their dishonesty won't be punished. This is what they're doing to us at the same time they're giving PC users the best versions of PlayStation games available.
@Northern_munkey Bro- you're literally the stereotypical console player who doesn't understand anything about PC's. I can easily build a PC that runs better than a PS5 for a better price. Good job being ignorant though o/
Good for you..i built my gaming pc years ago and it wasnt cheap £900 or there abouts..back in your basement troll..
Well, to be honest they could really be tests. I work as a developer and we have test users that are basically Marvel characters. Pretty sure Tony Stark and Peter Parker are not our clients.
Ah yes, a troll for going against what you said. I mean if you built it years ago and it runs just as well/better than a ps5- of course it'd be pricey due to the time you made it.
Listen, getting those parts now, hell even better parts than what you had gotten years ago is significantly less today. Just because the parts were expensive years ago doesn't mean they still are today, making a PC that strong isn't hard or expensive.
Now am I saying "Oh yeah just build a pc and ignore a ps5!" Hell no, consoles have a purpose and I love playstation- But that doesn't mean people shouldn't be happy to play games on both or be happy that ports get to happen.
@starbuck2212 you do realize this is the database of geforece now on PC. and not a list made by anyone right? you do realize that if you open the gefore database now with your own hands you will find all of those upcoming games right?
you do now that NVIDIA has just confirmed this Database Leak is real right?
I have bad news for fanboys and naysayers. NVIDIA Confirms GeForce NOW Database Leak is real. google it
@BRUTALSAM even so. Its lists MH5. We haven't even had MH4.
@BRUTALSAM so what? It really dosnt matter to be honest..
@starbuck2212 I do believe it lists MH6 basically an AKA Monster Hunter Rise for pc- which has been confirmed in the past already.
@AllTheReddist look you cant build a dedicated gaming pc that will run games [email protected]/30fps to the same level that a ps5 will perform for £450 or less..lets see some videos of your pc doing this..you are literally full of *****..
@Northern_Munkey Ah and the angry spouts begin. I guess you don't know the best places to look then my dude, if you want to be angry for no good reason and can only say "make a video or lies" I guess you'll never believe me. Doesn't mean you should spout things you don't know about to others though. Good day o/
@AllTheReddist i'm not angry...not even a bit miffed..i am amused that you think you can build a gaming rig with the same specs as a ps5..motherboard,ram,ssd,power supply, gpu etc...and its gotta be able to handle ray tracing and still manage to output [email protected]/30 fps...you can honestly build such a rig for £450 or less? I'd be very impressed...oh and a copy of windows too...
I mean for me it wasn't that bad, perhaps I just found the parts over in my area for a cheaper/more reasonable price compared? I don't know what to say my man, I find it not to be too difficult to do so. And eh, I've never had trouble with getting copies of windows in the past.
@Northern_munkey You got a point but the PS5 doesn't output native 4K and it only has RT reflection, not full RT at 30fps. Reusing your gaming pc's accessories, fans, RAM and ssd's/hdd will bring the cost down as well. Not to mention that you can still play your old games with every upgrades. Both PC and console have pros and cons. But PC isn't just a gaming system. You can do so much more with it.
@BrainHacker look i get all this...but people are saying that its possible to build a pc that equals a ps5 in terms of performance and fidelity and yes this is true...but not for the same price as you can buy the ps5..this is my argument and my final say on the matter..i enjoy my pc games but i much prefer my ps5 these days just for the ease of it all..
Out of all of these, I'd love for the following games to be confirmed real...
Chrono Cross Remaster
Final Fantasy IX Remake
Kingdom Hearts IV
Resident Evil 4 Remake
Dragon's Dogma 2
Monster Hunter 6
Grand Theft Auto Remasters
Mirror's Edge Remaster
Untitled Respawn Game (Jedi: Fallen Order 2?)
Batman Arkham Knight Remaster
Injustice 3: Gods Will Fall
Destroy All Humans 3
Fight for Middle-Earth
Mortal Kombat XII
@BRUTALSAM No it doesn't. This very article has an update that says quite the opposite.
@AllTheReddist feel free to list parts and prices. I'll wait.
@naruball to be fair you can find all the parts incredibly cheap if you're willing to put up with chinese fakes
@danlk1ng hahaha. Good one!
Lol the amount of Sony fanboys that almost fainted from this news. I for one would he glad for more options and players to play our games.
@Northern_munkey Not for the same actual price but you can adjust it. The PS5 performance seems to vary from game to game. Gamer Nexus test of Dirt 5 equates the performance of the PS5 to a GTX1060 - 1080 while Digital Foundry's test of AC Valhalla suggest the PS5 is performing around 2060 or 2070.
It will get much cheaper to build a PC with the same specs as the PS5 over the years and since the life cycle of a console last from 6 - 7 years. It's not hard to imagine that PC gamers can build a PC with the same performance as the PS5 around the $500 mark.
@BrainHacker christ are you still waffling on about this? Let it go dude i said my piece..
@Northern_munkey What? I'm just replying back. You could have just ignored it lol.
Not a single interesting game in this list... Tenths of titles, yet still nothing to really look forward to. Hope it's not real!
Honestly me and Northern_Munkey said our pieces and ended it. We're kind of done with that conversation so we don't really need to keep going with it.
@truerbluer That depends. Do I want to watch the series ASAP? Do I mind waiting for better quality? Either way I still get to watch my show and either way the makers of my show get my money and are happy.
In gaming terms, I'm a console gamer first, PC guy distant second. I will prefer to buy my games on consoles. That said, if I was a PC guy first I would be happy that I get the chance to buy and play a game where I want and I don't have to spend additional money on hardware I may not need.
