Xbox had a really great showcase, and showed games I would want to play..! Though again, not sure about their pipeline and ability to deliver based on the trend. Could be another shock and awe approach with no substance in the end. Time shall tell
I think in context this will be a much better part of the show. I get the tone, and the quality that they are going for. Sweet Tooth's costume looks great! Think this will be a pretty average show, but that's probably the aim
Man a lot of PushSquare commenters seem to really have it out for the people who create the games they play. A 4 day work week is better for workers, is more productive and is all round better for the economy - as has been shown in a lot of pilot studies. Maybe less negativity and more empathy for your fellow worker, folks!!
Yves Guillemot's comments were outrageous. Complete mismanagement of the company for years now; -Chasing NFTS and battle royale trends -Investing only in mega franchises to the detriment of smaller titles
Pulling out of Steam
Investing in Stadia
Doubling down on the Ubisoft open world model with little to no innovation
Multiple Sexual Misconduct allegations and the perpetrators shielded etc. etc. Ball is in HIS and his team's court to steer the company towards a wiser and more sustainable future. A pay increase in line with inflation makes plenty of sense, many workers around the world are asking for same. And the implementation of a 4 day work week is proven through multiple studies to be more productive and better for team morale. No brainer.
I can't lie, these are super boring and really safe predictions. There's nothing cold or revelatory here, or even fun. Liam at least made more specific predictions, but the rest are pretty broad, and pretty much expected. An articleile this should surely make one think, or see something new or a different perspective. I know Sony has been pretty boring the last few years but you could have at least tried to have a bit more ambition with the predictions imo
Played this over Christmas, really enjoyed it! Really suprisingly fantastic writing and acting, but it definitely overstays it's welcome. A good 5 hours could have been shaved off my 20 hour play through. I played on my family's base PS4 and the game was very buggy, very bad frame rate last third of the game. But overall, I'd agree with an 8 and really enjoyed my time with the game! Shame there won't be a sequel
Interesting! Looks like they're trying to avoid a Cyberpunk situation, and this decision makes sense if the old gen versions need more work. Wonder will they be outright cancelled, wouldn't be too surprising
Hmm the headline for this article is pretty ott for the content of the story. She's not accusing, just expressing disappointment. I work in animation and people sadly get their names misspelt or folks forgotten due to human error pretty consistently
Oh damn, what a nuisance! I was going to add a year of Extra to my sub, but I'm subbed to Premium right now. Streaming of games is not something I am interested at all, so no way am I giving Sony another year of money for it!
Ah this is super to hear; I preordered the game after hearing how stable and well it runs on PS5 and assumed it would be the same for PS4. Shoes when teams take/ are given the time to deliver quality it's possible. Great we have Santa Monica showing you can release games in fantastic states at launch!
@AFCC As I replied to a few others, I'm not against the short time frame of announcement to release. That's a really exciting and interesting way to launch games. My contention above was with the timing; folks are already geared up for the Autumn and winter releases, and Spring s jam packed with games. Hard to build interest in that environment I would have thought, competing for attention and launching in a super crowded window. It's not a genre I'm interested in so I'm very curious to see how the launch goes and to reflect on my assumptions!
That's how much time I spent with the 2018 version, so 40 hour sounds good! I do hope there's new traversal mechanics to make side questing interesting and enjoyable tho rather than more of the same
Glad they're refunding folks; this had disaster written on it since it was announced. Once they stopped development of their own games, the writing was firmly on the wall. Rip
@themightyant difference with Fallout 4 is the months involved. Extremely difficult to get a press cycle going during the winter months as compared to the summer and autumn. That's not to mention the crowded release schedule over the next few months. I agree I prefer this way of releasing a game, but I wonder will the timing serve it
Promising 4 years of support is so silly 🤦♂️ putting unnecessary pressure and expectations on yourself, and if the game doesn't do as well you run the risk of disappointing fans. Vagueness of the season pass is worrying and the inclusion of one is presumably a requirement from the publisher.

Not the best written headline; perhaps these sexy fans are finding him under a rock, or hiding behind a door?

HOLEY MOLEY that price. Think I'll just pick up a PS Vr now and play around with that, no way I'm spending that money for a peripheral anytime soon!
