@twitchtvpat I think you’re right!! But I don’t quite trust Sony to keep the servers running for authenticating things like the PS Plus PS3 and Vita games. Things can decay and just be forgotten about, better to keep the store ticking along!

Agree with most folks above but also worth pointing out he has slightly tarnished his own indie darling persona. I heard him recently on a podcast espousing some pretty fringe political opinions based purely on his own experiences rather than the entire world around him. While I don't think badly of him or anything, I'm sure there's plenty of people who were simply a little turned off and less interested

So happy the PS3 store still works; I have such a huge collection on there and would be very upset to lose access

I really want this one to be great; still worried they have excellent trailer creators working for them. I don't see a lot of the stylisation in the trailers in the actual gameplay. Let's see next week 👀

I've been subscribed to Ps Plus since near the beginning, and I have to say I think it's great. A lot of negativity online but I have such a huge backlog from it from games I would have bought otherwise. I think not adding day 1 games to it was the correct move and Sony are in a much healthier spot than Microsoft because if it.

Flintlock looks pretty good, I'm very very intrigued. Extended gameplay is leaving me a little concerned but whomever is creating their well edited trailers is suoer talented; really great film making.

Feel slightly obliged to pick this up day one as it looks like the tram is creating something relatively original and I'd really like to support that, but let's see what the reviews say

I think we're really seeing the legacy of Jim Ryan taking effect. He took bets and shifted focus, and now the games that we all enjoy are less of a focus. I'm genuinely extremely worried about the future of the brand; I have no interest in live service or gatcha games.

I was groaning through the entire Concord presentation. Huge budget game for sure, but the writing is, as everyone is pointing out, 2nd rate Guardians of the Galaxy.

Art style is mostly appealing, but I don't think it has the personality that people love in games like Overwatch. Assume it'll be around 50 euro and be free to play after a year. Talented team making this but it's been polished to being generic and the same as so many other competitors

I'd love to try Halo and Gears! At some point I need to pick up an Xbox to play Sunset Overdrive and Quantum Break and as I wouldn't imagine they would ever come over!

Damn, a good few games I have downloaded on this list. Really hug downside to Extra, i love that I still have my Plus games on PS3 and Vita and will always have them as long as I am subbed. This is way less appealing, might just drop back to Essential going forward

How is the gameplay compared to Ghost of Tsushima? Is this much more actiony or is it as deliberate?

I'd love a definitive World game; maybe the world and story of 1 and polished to an absolute sheen, remove the annoying time syncs and streamline to a wonderful gameplay loop. I love Digimon but the games just aren't for me sadly

I have like 15 games in my PS5 ATM, not a problem for me 😅 I played the single player for a Call of Duty game though and that was 250GB, a great incentive to get through the game! 😅

I went back to GoT this weekend to play the Iki Island expansion after playing it in 2022; such a great game. Hope the PC community love it!!

WOAH! This is a huge price increase, and hard to see how they can justify it. I feel like this is Sony taking their strong lead in the console market and pushing to see how much money they can squeeze from a saturated market. Guess I'll buy another year of Extra before this happens!

This isn't looking too great imo. Weird, limited animations and the voice acting sounds very poor. I think this really impressive art style is hiding that this might be a very simple and disappointing title
