also finally ordered a physical copy of devil may cry 4 special edition while i was on there

Games that are yearly releases currently I imagine there would be a benefit for episodic content, but that will never be the way I buy games I want to be able to buy a game and play it from beginning to end if I have time.
Imagine if something like uncharted 4 was in episode format that would fry my brain because I love to just play through that type of game. I see it as a format that no matter how many good points this article makes would be exploited by a lot of companies for the ca$h it would start out ok then eventually you will be getting less and less content for your cash

Pac man championship edition dx is such a fun game, completely restored my faith in pac man that I had from playing the classic games 😊

Lucky, wish it happened to me the earliest I got a game was a week before release date. I won't be watching anything about uncharted 4 until I pop that disc into my ps4

As much as I love the god of war games and santa Monica I would vote naughty dog every time. once a new naughty dog game comes out its usually played a lot and in fact with uncharted 3 and the last of us I was still playing them over a year after the release

This sounds essentially like when the xbox 360 launched without hdmi and then whoever decided to upgrade their xbox later (no doubt when it got the rrod being launch 360's) got a version of the 360 with hdmi and could see the extra clarity when they used it on their hdtv, didn't effect any games developed all systems played all games just fine

Loved playing the original on the amiga will probably have to get this

Only completed it for the first time within the last 2 years so I can't see myself playing through it again any time soon but it's a great game, much better than ff8

Well seeing as the houser's have a track record of being abusive to staff I can't say I'm surprised

I bought this on ps3 and that was one purchase too much.
Resident evil 5 wasn't much better either so just waiting on resi 4

I think the world needs tlou 2 the first game left me wanting to see more of their world and learn more about the characters

Maybe I will get one when I eventually get a 4k tv but for now I'm just fine with what I have got

Meanwhile xbox jumps into it late with games with gold and started poor and is killing it now while also offering backwards compatible 360 games too.
I know the install base is smaller on the xbox one but it's not exactly 1-2 million subs

Got to say I am kind of glad to hear Street fighter has flopped a bit because it sends a message to capcom that the fans want more fleshed out games.
After how good the single player content was on mk9 I expected more from this

Nope some weapons added had to be nerfed later and when uncharted went f2p it really went to poo let's face it they didn't make it free to play to build up the users online did they, they did it to generate that $
Don't get me wrong I love their games I just feel I witnessed uncharted 3 and the last of us online modes deteriorate over time

Oh and I'm also a little salty over buying the fortune hunter pack (season pass for uncharted 3) I thought it would be great value for £20, I knew I would be playing online and it included 3 map packs and an extra co-op map (i think) but in reality I got a short co-op map and 1 new map pack and 2 map packs of uncharted 2 maps with different weather effects.
As someone who had played uncharted 2 to death I felt a bit cheated, that was the 1st and last season pass I will have bought.

@SKC_Diamond of course but when you throw in a dlc weapon that is way overpowered and the whole enemy team is equipped with that weapon the game loses its appeal quick
The shotguns (that were added later) on the last of us ruined the experience
And I remember the uncharted 3 multiplayer going a similar way in fact I had way more fun with the uncharted 3 beta then I did with the end result of what became of the multiplayer

I dunno it just seems they start off and other then a few bugs and glitches at first it starts to get ironed out and is perfect then they add dlc weapons and it goes downhill shortly after.

I really love the uncharted games and I will be playing the multiplayer until the end of the year because that's when it will be ruined by dlc items like naughty dog seem to like doing.
Great campaigns and initially great multiplayer on these games

Loved playing titanfall on xbox one will definitely be getting the sequel for ps4, haven't played a shooter that fun in a while

Hmm disappointing, with xbox one having some 360 backwards compatibility support and the offerings on games with gold generally being better lately I don't feel playstation owners are getting a good deal with ps plus, they made plus mandatory for online play it's been downhill since

I love my vita more than Sony loves it.

I am not a massive hitman fan but I have enjoyed some of the previous releases so I am happy to hear it's an enjoyable experience but I will wait until the complete release before I part ways with my money

If anything was to happen with the crash licence then it would surely spread around the internet like wildfire before a reveal.
If they get the right team involved to handle making a new crash game it could be brilliant

Yeah it's pretty generic and I like box art to look nice and all but to me the fact that it says Doom on it is enough for me to know I will be getting it and the game looks fun, mindless fun

Ubisoft are putin all sorts of rubbish assassins creed games out these days 😉
Someone needs to remind them that they aren't activision and this isn't guitar hero or Tony hawks

I get any game physical where possible and I really don't understand why digital prices are more at launch then their physical version

I miss the campaign, but it's great fun to play

I will wait for the goty edition or something before I shell out for this, only just got around to getting mgs5 (which I am loving)

Interesting stuff hats off to them, no doubt anyone who wants to do this with their ps4 will be locked out of future firmware updates so it's a non issue really

It is enough to make me buy it again for ps4 because I loved ff7 but after playing it on the pc with the Tifa bootleg mod in place it will be hard going back to its original form

Monolith is owned by Nintendo so no chance of a port any time soon, the wii u pro controller is actually really quite comfortable. Xenoblade is right around the corner now I can almost taste it 😊

@Jaxx2507 Dissidia was pretty fun on the psp and if you think that the psp game looks crap then that is actually the first final fantasy that looks crap 😉
