All we need to do is stop feeding the AI algorithms and ignore everything that gets slopped out then it will eventually wither away and die. Unfortunately, the masses have gone too far down the crap hole and will never be able to climb back out.

Remember guys, no physical with only a code in the box was Rockstar's decision for GTA6. I believe this crap Rockstar move is what helped Sony fast-track into a all digital future. The best thing gamers can do is completely boycott GTA6 and hold off from pre-ordering and buying the game at launch. Hitting their bank account hard will swiftly reverse course.

I supported a Japanese publisher/developer and bought SAO: Echoes of Aincrad instead of these lazy cash grab remasters of old PS3/4 games the west poops out. Your money is going to scummy CEO's and managers that do not deserve more bank.

You guys always give SAO games 5's & 6's but I find that I always prefer playing them over games you give 8's, 9's & 10's. I guess they are like a gaming comfort food for me.

SAO: Echoes of Aincrad will last me hundreds of hours. Already played through Black Flag on PS4 and not interested in doing it again.

The only way out of this mess is for Sony to drop Uncharted 5 and Bloodborne 2 during the PS6 reveal showcase.

When dodgy Tencent wants to abandon game development, you know the industry is in dire straits for the next decade.

You guys need to stop getting bent over and royally shafted by a Microsoft. It's so easy to not buy any of their game key discs and just support other publishers that deserve your cash more.

With the widespread studio closures throughout the industry and 10 year dev cycles it would be best to release next gen around 2030. We all have enough backlog to last another 5+ years at least.

Going to wait for the full release before diving in. Looking forward to adding this to my Sword Art collection.

I stopped playing DbD a couple of years ago when they started nerfing perks and ruining the gameplay mechanics for both survivors and killers. Friday The 13th game will always hold a special place in my heart because it felt like you were playing a multiplayer game with friends with the proximity voice chat and fun things you could do within the open maps. Hopefully Halloween captures that F13 multiplayer magic again.

I was hoping we would get a Gravity Rush revival with the movie Sony teased years ago. A remastered dual pack of games along side the film release, but I have a feeling it has been cancelled.

Maybe Annapurna missed their deadline and will need to patch in the gameplay at a later date when it's finalised. This "game" receiving 9's & 10's is the main reason why I don't care about reviewers opinions anymore.

I just don't see the problem with these cosmetics. Push Square never had any issue promoting Stellar Blade as well as Genshin Impact and all those other anime clone games with revealing female armour.

I will definitely check it out when they give it away on PS+ essential.

You guys seem to forget that the gamer rage sect is just a small minority that frequent Push Square, IGN and other site comment sections. I can bet there will be a lot of fans that sign up for this event because they have a choice to do whatever they like without the fun police blocking the way.

Yeah, if you want a perfect space exploration game that has everything including VR then stick with No Man's Sky. I feel Hello Games next defining masterpiece (Light No Fire) will give Elder Scrolls 6 a swift kick to the bollocks as well. 🤣👍

They shouldn't have released anything on PC in the first place. I get that they were basically forced to because big bully Microsoft and their fake gamepass subscription numbers. It's good that Sony is correcting course earlier before releasing more single player content. Just give them the live service games from now on.

It's sickening to see people still preordering and buying games day one. They pay these crooked companies to beta test for months or even a year, not get paid to waste their time doing the testing then resort to defending broken games in comment sections.

Just thought I would mention that Bandai Namco are adding a single player update to SAO: Fractured Daydream (the latest PS+ essential game) which will be available soon. If there are any gamers that prefer to play off-line then wait for that update to drop before diving in. 👍

I own and have finished all 8 Sword Art Online games that released on PS4 & PS5. Looking forward to adding Echoes of Aincrad as the 9th game to my physical collection. 😎👍

I got a great deal on a brand new PS5 Pro and disc drive, so ended up just biting the bullet and going for it before the hike. That's it for me now, just gonna ride the PS5 Pro wave and view next gen from afar and see how the industry pans out.

For the last 15+ years I have been funding and buying brand new SEGA Mega Drive/Genesis games. Developers keep making them so I just keep buying. I am talking about a 38 year old cartridge system that was supposed to be dead in 1995. 😎👍

I don't feel any sympathy towards them. They ported Rec Room to every device and snubbed PSVR2 and still burned. I enjoyed the game on PSVR but lost interest when they announced no PSVR2 support. It would have been the optimal way to play with the sense controllers and using the eye tracking for menu's. Bye, don't let the door hit you on the way out. 👋🤣

Yeah, this is exactly what Sony was hoping everyone would do. Fear of missing out, mass gaming hysteria, free advertising from all the gaming sites and YouTube channels. Me, I am still rocking my original launch PS5 and only buying preowned games for $10-$30 from bargain bins. 🤣

How many more articles can Push Square squeeze out of the price rise news. We all know Sony fans will buy a PS6 at or around launch and the same with Nintendo fans when Switch 3 releases at $1000. Your whole lives revolve around allegiance to these companies and the fear of missing out. 🤣

I am done with buying new consoles after PS5 anyway. I still play my SEGA Tower of Power, Saturn, Dreamcast, PS2, PS3 and PS5 launch original. The only way I will get a new console at launch is if SEGA saves us with the Dreamcast II. 🤣👍

I found Lords of the Fallen in a bargain bin for $10 about 2 weeks ago and I am currently playing through it at the moment. The best way I can describe it is if you combined Dark Souls & Bloodborne. I also own and have finished all the Sword Art Online games and I highly recommend if you're into JRPG's. 👍

There's a much better shooter on the way for PSVR2. Forefront is a 32 player with cross-play battlefield style game. When is Push Square going to do articles about Forefront and inform readers?

@4fold VR2 holds its own even after competitors have released minuscule updates for their products. The sense controllers, sense haptics, headset rumble, eye tracking and foveated rendering are still ahead of the competition while remaining affordable to the average punter. The PS5 Pro significantly boosts the graphical output to PSVR2, so PS6 should take it into the next gen just fine.

PSVR2 & Portal will definitely be compatible with PS6 moving forward. I believe Sony made these devices premium and scalable for that reason.

It's good to see an article about PSVR2 without the fake doom and gloom, a step in the right direction for Push Square. 👍

I thought it was going to be a below average walking sim back when they revealed the trailer. As it turns out I was correct.

Yeah, Sony need to forget about the petty mustard faces and just get back to making their console great again. We can safely say Xbox is dead now so they don't need to release their games on PC to compete with Microsoft anymore.

And this is what I knew would happen when they first announced digital only. Alan Wake was already a niche thriller game to begin with and cutting off potential customers was a massive mistake. It doesn't matter if your game reviews well, the negative reaction for 'no physical version' before release far outweighs the positive.

Launch broken, fix later. 10/10.
