I would say a 9 or 9.5/10 overall since this game is much better than Remake in many ways. The gameplay and OST are fantastic and I liked the cast a lot more in Rebirth. The world design is very good unlike in Remake where there wasn't much to explore. The side quests were also fun to do compared to Remake. One thing I do wish that is in Part 3 is a loadout system for materia so that we can change around materia suited to specific scenarios.

Still playing Rebirth on PS5 and I've been having a lot of fun with it. Much better than Remake and also taking my time instead of just rushing the main story.

Honestly, it could've been much worse but nowhere near as bad as the Sonic design for the first movie. Still, I prefer XVI's moogle a lot more since it's just XIV.

@AndyKazama Yeah I definitely agree with you, especially on the island part. I thought it was the money making method similar to how the business minigame in 7 (at least until endgame where farming the Millenium Tower bosses were better). At least you got like 600k or so for completing the storyline of it.

I definitely think The Answer should've been present at release. As I don't really replay games after getting the plat, I don't think I'll be getting it.

Sifu is probably the only game that interests me in this month's lineup so I'm happy with it being there.

Uematsu definitely deserves a break. Most of my favorite soundtracks composed by him are mostly from FF7 and FF8. Those two are some of my favorite games in the series even though FF8 is known to be the black sheep.

Please no. The open world missions that were in MW3 were boring. I don't think MW2 had any and even though that campaign was not great, it's still better than MW3. I miss when Call of Duty had linear missions.

Interesting but I'm not really surprised if this does end up being true. Honestly, Starfield isn't really a game that I was excited for even though I love Bethesda's other games.

I'm alternating between this and Infinite Wealth but I've been enjoying both JRPGs a lot. Never played OG (only Portable) and I loved that it has some P5 elements to it.

I've never played The Answer but all I heard was how bad certain parts were. I think I'll be okay with just the base game since I don't really want to give SEGA even more money after pre-ordering the standard edition.

Yes and I'm having a lot of fun with it. Its easily become one of my favorite games in the series.

I do not support this idea at all. Although I never really played NG+ in the earlier titles, locking it behind a paywall is such a greedy move by SEGA. I only pre-ordered the standard edition as I don't want to give them even more money. Thankfully DLC trophies are separated from the base game ones on PSN for those who are going for the Platinum such as myself.

Very sad what it's come to in the modern day. I wish her all the best. I didn't mind the new model that much and it sucks that there are people who harassed her because of the model in Spider-Man 2.

I'm pretty happy with SM2 being PushSquare's 2023 GOTY. I had an absolute blast playing it and didn't have any big issues with it. The way Insomniac handled Harry and Venom is easily my favorite version so props to them.

It was a good move on mihoyo to bring HSR to the PS5. I've been having a lot of fun playing it that I even decided to buy the battle pass (Nameless Honor) and the monthly pass.

@Jayslow That's how I felt as well. Takaya Kuroda's role as Kiryu is just so good and hard to beat. I do wish that there was an option to have voice language options for each character. Since I thought the English dub for Yakuza 7 apart from Kiryu's voice was solid (watched a playthrough with it since I used the japanese voices).

@BAMozzy Mafia 2 is like the best game out of the trilogy though. And that's including the remake of the first game.

@Flaming_Kaiser The last COD game I bought was Cold War and while the multiplayer wasn't that good, the campaign was fantastic overall.

Although I stopped buying these games, I did watch a livestream of the campaign yesterday and it didn't feel very satisfying at the end.

Kinda funny to see the gacha being one of the cons. That's to be expected of like every gacha though. It all comes down to how lucky you are with pulls.

I'm glad that Atlus decided to flesh out Strega more in Reload. In the OG P3, they were rarely a threat.

Very happy that I won't have to wait a long time to try this on the PS5. I tried playing it on my phone but since it's not one of the newer models, it was quite laggy and I had to uninstall it.

Pretty weak selection imo so I don't think I'll be adding any of them to my library.

Remaster the FFXIII trilogy and I'm all ears, Square.

I'll be honest, I never played LAD (aka Yakuza 7) with English voices as I only watched a streamer play it dubbed and I didn't like Kiryu's English voice at all. No hate towards Darryl Kurlyo but Takaya Kuroda is THE voice of Kiryu for me. I haven't heard YongYea's portrayal of Kiryu but I just might. On another note, the Judgment games have fantastic English voice acting which is why I played Judgment and Lost Judgment in English.

That's not bad but personally, it's an easy top 5 for me. My personal top 5 FF games:

I'm on Graphics Mode but I have both camera sensitivities at 5. Haven't experienced any crashes in my run yet.

Very proud of CBU3 and Square for this amazing game. FFXVI became one of my top 5 favorite FF games. Congrats on 3 million units!

Yes, I actually pre-ordered FF16 several months back and I've been having a lot of fun with it. I love the characters and the combat overall. Not to mention the solid English voices which is the best out of all the FF games that have voice acting imo.

I finished the 2nd half of the demo earlier today and I loved it. Probably the best demo I've ever played so I'm really looking forward to the full game on the 22nd.

Dragon's Dogma 2 was like the only really solid thing from the showcase imo.

@anoyonmus Correct, FeMC will not be playable in Persona 3 Reload.

I was excited about the remake but after no FeMC nor The Answer, I don't think I'll be getting it. I think Atlus fumbled with this one. The people wanted a definitive edition of P3 that combined both P3P and FES elements but that doesn't seem to be happening (at least not right now). I won't be surprised if Atlus decides to release an even better version that includes both some point down the line. Don't think I'll be getting this one.

Hmm, I'm not too interested about Persona 5 Tactica in general but I'll have to watch gameplay on it (whenever that is). I am looking forward to Persona 3 Reload though.

Yes, I'm looking forward to playing it because I absolutely loved the first game and Miles Morales. So I'll definitely be picking this game up.

Very happy for Village as I really enjoyed the game overall. Capcom made Ethan a much better character in the game as opposed to his RE7 version. Definitely one of the best Resident Evil game imo so congrats to 8 million sales.

@thefourfoldroot1 This is what I do as well. The storage on the PS5 has never given me any issues.

No, I'm not a big ARPG person so I decided not to buy Diablo 4. I enjoy watching it though.

FFXVI is the only game I'll be playing in June so I have to wait 3 more weeks. I'm not good at fighting games so I didn't pre-order SF6 and I'm not a big ARPG fan so I skipped D4.

I think it was okay. The only things that carried it was the MGS3 remake announcement, new FFXVI trailer, SF6 one was not too bad, and Spider-Man 2 at the end was good. The gadget UI looks quite odd and I thought the Alan Wake II trailer was nice. I'm not a big VR fan so I wasn't blown away by any of the PSVR2 announcements. Not terrible but not great either so I'd say its in between.

I played both the PS4 and PS5 version of the game and I don't fully agree with the 6/10 rating. None of my hands were cramped at all. I give this game a 9/10.

Kind of a silly way to break the game. Thankfully I am not a big sports game person and I don''t have hundreds of friends.

I saw a post on the r/FallenOrder subreddit explaining this and I am happy that I did not experience any game-breaking bugs in my 30+ hour playthrough.

Currently playing Mafia 2: DE and I've been enjoying the game a lot. I love the Vito/Joe duo and it's also my first time playing Mafia 2.
