@Salt_AU I know right? Because Parental Controls are hard and actually being a parent and protecting their kids is also hard. They gotta have Sony do the work for them. You realize how ridiculous you sound?

I don't see why people feel the need that Sony has to babysit them. If someone is being vulgar it's a simple fix, you mute/kick them from a party. And if it's in a game's public chat like Modern Warfare, there's literally a feature where you can mute anyone who's not playing with you.

Sony is not your babysitter and as soon as you allow them to start moderating, they will go too far with it.

@naruball I play in a Destiny 2 clan mainly but not always the same people. I find it annoying that I need to either make separate groups or just one and annoy the people who currently aren't playing with notifications.

Some days I play with 2 friends, other times 3, and it's not always the same people.

All of this looks great, except this new party system sucks.

@AdamNovice I beg to differ, I removed the beta and gave Sony my clear feedback that it was a terrible user experience. This hinders socialization, not encourages it.

What kind of reaction were you expecting when you call the fans of the 1st game toxic, misogynistic, etc?

Review bombing goes both ways, metacritic has tons of 10's and 0's within hours of the release when it's a 20+ hour game. You shouldn't really take either of them seriously.

Pass, I'll get this game when it's like $10 or $15. Takes a long time for a Sony game to drop but oh well. Neil Druckmann's comments were enough to make me cancel my pre-order because I'm a "toxic fan".
