I have high expectations for this game. Sonic and All Stars Racing Transformed was fantastic both on PS3 and Vita, so I'd love to see a return to form.
I've been waiting for a good kart racer on PS5 (PS4 had Crash Team Racing which I'm still playing...), hopefully this is it.
Can't wait to play another beta, the last one was fun and then finally the full game.
I've got to be honest, I'm disappointed in the overall lack of Sega IP in this so far, even the majority of "Crossworld" tracks are from Sonic and even the dlc, outside of Pac-Man, is hugely disappointing.
Overall I'm still looking forward to giving it a go but it looks to be a bit of a missed opportunity for Sega to showcase itself, instead of some washed up Nickelodeon IP, that themselves have had several average kart racers recently
On the website they have 10 more characters planned for free updates that haven't been revealed yet, so it's likely they're going to be other Sega IPs.
May need to update some of the list, not all of them are “new tracks” and are based on the following games:
Water Palace (Sonic Rush)
Wonder Museum (Two Point Series)
Kraken Bay (Sonic & The Secret Rings)
Digital Circuit (Shadow the Hedgehog)
