I love the Ys series and thought that Ys VIII was easily the best in the whole series. I'm glad that this has reviewed well, even if it hasn't done enough to surpass Ys VIII. I'm definitely going to pick it up at some point
@slips666 trophy list isn't too bad, there are some for getting through the story, a handful of combat related ones which should mostly come as you play, as well as completing certain dungeons/battles. There are some trophies for getting all collectables & creating rice with specific traits which are a bit trickier (but I imagine that people will create guides which will make it much easier/quicker)
I thought it was a bit dull. Only things I liked the look of were 12 minutes, Lego Star Wars, and R&C.
Also, what was going on with the awards? I didn't get what they were being judged on? Were they just giving awards to the trailers that they liked the most??
I miss the PS Vita & PS3 indies (that were also sometimes crossbuy with PS4), none of the recent PS+ months have had anything that I've been really interested in.
@Robocod yeah, it did. It's on version 1.02 atm which according to the patch notes was supposed to have fixed major bugs....I think they probably should have held it back a bit longer
@Nyne11Tyme @GoodGame it looks like IGN reviewed it on Xbox One so that might account for why their reviewer ran into so many bugs which I didn't come across.
This feels like an odd decision...I had no interest in PES but I imagine that some people were excited about getting it. I think it would have made more sense to add a game instead of swapping it.
@Wazeddie22 thanks! I hope that you're enjoying the game so far! there's a new game+ when you finish the game
@playstation_king it took me about 35 hours to finish, your play time will depend on how quickly you manage to solve the puzzles and the difficulty that you choose
@Wazeddie22 the story takes a bit of a backseat to the gameplay, so it can be a bit slow to unfold (which is not unusual for an Atelier game). I did think it was an enjoyable storyline though and there is a reason for the alchemist's all descending on the same place
I regularly watch DVD's on my PS4, plus I always get family to buy me physical videogames for Christmas & Birthdays so I'd still want something that can play discs!
@Ralizah Linear Bounded Phenogram was awesome. It's a shame that they've split the bonuses between Switch and PS4. From what I've heard the PS4 has definitely got the better end of the deal.
I think that the Switch version has an 8-bit style re-imagining of the game which lasts an hour or two whereas LBP is pretty much a full game.

@dudeAmarillo @Tchunga I'd say that it's around 30-35 hours long, it depends how much exploring you do

Re: Blacksad: Under the Skin - A 1950s Whodunit with More Bugs Than Mysteries
@Danloaded I think I probably would have given it a 7 if it didn't have all the tech issues. At the moment it's really frustrating to play.

Awww this makes me sad, I'd been looking forward to this. Will give it a miss for now!

@Stonecold Steam is just for PC games. You'll need to wait for this to be released on the PS4 store which should be next Tuesday (27th August)

@ellsworth004 @andreoni79 it's due for release on 27th August (30th August is the Xbox release date)
@BorderlineJon around 20-25 hours depending on how much time you spend exploring. There's also a new game plus mode.

Well...at least my backlog isn't gonna get any bigger this month...
Re: Super Neptunia RPG - Only You Can Save the Gamindustri
@suikoden it's possible that the switch version doesn't have this issue (I don't have one so can't check that out unfortunately!)
@pedreiva I've just checked and the version that I had was 1.00. I've checked to see if there's an update but doesn't seem to be any thing yet
@Ryumoau if you're a Neptunia fan then I'm sure you'll enjoy it
Re: Super Neptunia RPG - Only You Can Save the Gamindustri
@Ryall I don't know, I've only played it on a standard PS4

Re: Get Discounts on Ubisoft Games and Much More in New EU PlayStation Store Sales
@suikoden NNK2 has had 2 DLC packs released so far.
The Adventurer pack, which is free to everyone, had an additional 10 floors on the last dreamers maze and some new quests.
The second DLC pack had some additional story quests about Tani. There's also a large new dungeon and new combat styles.
I think the third DLC pack is due out in the first half of this year.
It's not the most amazing season pass (it mostly feels like more of the same sort of stuff from the main game) but I'm having fun with it so far.
