@nhSnork @Fight_Teza_Fight it's been so long since I've played XIII that I can't really remember why I didn't like it. Next time they're in the sale I'll pick them up and give it another try!
@Fight_Teza_Fight Volumes 1 - 3 are around 25 to 35 hours each, depending on if you want to do all the sidequest stuff or not.The fourth volume is around 4 hours.
@AlejandroMora you say that like it's a bad thing!
@Turniplord I honestly really enjoyed it and wasn't expecting to like it as much as I did! As for opening all the chests, I tend to have a notepad near me when gaming so jotted down any chests that I couldn't open at the time. Always tends to be a good idea to note things down as you game - can save loads of time later
@CountFunkula78 I raise my paws and bow down to your supreme level of punning skills. I can't bear-lieve that I've been beat but guess I'll just have to grin and bear it!
@JoeBlogs @Th3solution it has cross save but not cross buy. I haven't tried the Vita version yet but I imagine that'd work just as well. I saw someone comment ages ago on the Japanese PS Vita version that it was sometimes slow to load textures but otherwise worked well.
I have the Vita version pre-ordered from Amazon so when it arrives I'll be able to test it out. I have all the other games on Vita so wanted a physical Vita version as well to keep my collection complete!
I love my PS Vita but think that Sony didn't properly support it with big games that would attract the average gamer. For me it's perfect as I like niche & RPGs but I can totally understand why others didn't get into it.
@Rob_230 I bought a 64gb memory card a few months ago and filled it up pretty rapidly. Too many good games and nowhere near enough memory card space...
@Rob_230 @Fight_Teza_Fight as you can probably tell I'm a huge fan of the Vita so plan to keep covering it for as long as games keep coming out for it!
@Rob_230 it's more simplistic both in story and gameplay compared to Persona but I really did love the characters, so I think it's definitely worth picking up!
They do seem to have moved away from the seediness of Akibas Trip.
@Pamela @Ralizah yeah, I'm disappointed that this wasn't better. The first game didn't do brilliantly in the reviews so I hoped that they'd have improved things for this one!
@KitsuneNight it's not platforming in the truest sense of the genre. More that you have a open areas that you can run (and jump) about in. So for example there will be hidden chests in some areas that you'll if you want to access will need to find ways to jump up there. You aren't forced to do this though so can ignore a lot of these areas if you choose.
@Wazeddie22 oooh I loved Stories! It surprised me by how much I enjoyed it, ended up platinuming it. Don't think I would have picked it up if it hadn't been on PS+
@andreoni79 you can walk around town and chat to fellow villagers and your allies. There are also various quests that start in the village and you can do some other sidequest style stuff. It is essentially just a hub but it's beautiful just to walk around it, with lots of cherry blossoms and gorgeous scenery.

Re: Square Enix Teases Final Fantasy XII News That Will 'Make Fans Happy'
@Fight_Teza_Fight I wasn't that keen on XIII, but I only played the first one. Were the other two games better than the first?
Re: Square Enix Teases Final Fantasy XII News That Will 'Make Fans Happy'
I know it's really unlikely but I'm hoping that maybe it means a remake/remaster of FFXII Revenant Wings
Re: Yes! Great PS3, Vita JRPGs Trails of Cold Steel 1 and 2 are Coming to PS4 in 2018
Great news I never got round to picking these up so would be awesome to get them on PS4!

Re: Review: Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony (PS4)
@CountFunkula78 @Ralizah I apologise for the unbearable puns - they're so embearassing! If I don't stop soon there will be pandamonium!
Re: How Much Better Does Dragon's Dogma Look on PS4?
I loved the PS3 version, really looking forward to this coming out
Re: Review: Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana (PS4)
@Rob_230 I haven't played the Vita version but I've seen other reviewers on Twitter talk about how pretty it looks.

Re: Feature: The Promising PS4 Games of June 2017
Not much for me this month but I am looking forward to Crash Bandicoot
Re: Review: Seasons After Fall (PS4)
Love the tagline for this review I'm now sitting at my desk humming Disney tunes!
Re: Review: Portal Knights (PS4)
Nice review! Reminds me of Dragon Quest Builders so I may have to pick this one up!
Re: Tons of PS4 Games Under £4 on EU PlayStation Store This Weekend
@JAMes-BroWWWn I'm very very tempted by Alone With You but then I keep thinking when will I ever get round to playing it?
Re: Review: Skylar & Plux: Adventure on Clover Island (PS4)
I'm disappointed that this is so short, might wait for a sale...
Re: Tons of PS4 Games Under £4 on EU PlayStation Store This Weekend
oooh a sale! Time for me to browse through and then have that argument with myself about if I really need to add more games to my backlog!

Re: Review: Dragon Quest Heroes II (PS4)
Great review I enjoyed the first DQH so definitely plan to pick this up at some point!
Re: Review: The Inner World (PS4)
Great review! Definitely plan to pick this up at some point
Re: Review: Shiness: The Lightning Kingdom (PS4)
@Wazeddie22 @Grawlog it's definitely at the top end of a 6. If it hadn't been for the bugs it would have been a 7.
Re: Review: Shiness: The Lightning Kingdom (PS4)
@KitsuneNight You can't level too far above enemy's levels (as they stop giving out XP) so there's no need to grind!

Re: Review: Toukiden 2 (PS4)
@Nickolaidas it looks amazing on the PS4
Re: Review: Toukiden 2 (PS4)
@Ridwaano Single player is better IMO - multiplayer felt more like an afterthought
Re: Review: Toukiden 2 (PS4)
@themcnoisy hence why I said "nice present"
