I like traditions, but it’s an ongoing trend especially in the US due to marketing & not wanting to ‘date’ events.

For ex. Wrestlemania got rid of its numbering after 30 I believe, because Vince didn’t like dating it & making it feel old which he believed would hurt their ability to attract new customers.

Fans were mad at the time, but quickly got over it. They still call it by the number of the event even if WWE doesn’t officially acknowledge it. It just ‘WrestleMania insert city name here now’.

Would be sad to lose the numbering, but don’t think it matters.
Just imagine recommending Final Fantasy 47 to your grandchild one day…no you just tell them to get the new Final Fantasy😅.

Unfortunately I wouldn’t be able to watch as I don’t finish till 10pm.
I’m very excited. Expecting great things. Sony doesn’t like announcing stuff too early anymore, but I’m hoping for an Uncharted 5 trailer.

Persona 5 is the perfect JRPG, but P3 has a much better cast & story.
Don’t care where it’s announced. Just update it & all of us are in for something special.

Aigis in particular is a much better ‘mascot’ then Teddy & Morgana.

@freddquadros I’m loving FC5, but honestly there’s so much going on I don’t know what’s happening.
I tried saving someone (a random NPC) & in the middle of it I got flash banged & woke up to my own baptism (very bioshock-like). Obviously I triggered some sort of milestone, but I’m just going with it now.

Far Cry 5 and DQXI. I imagine I’ll still be playing both in a month’s time. Both are absolutely massive.

As always a bit of efootball23 as well. Must be approaching 1000 hours played & not a single penny has been spent 😎. Great game. Wish it got more love.

Great stuff. I’ve got to think the China hero project was a success then by Sony’s standards.

I hope they start expanding the project more rapidly & open it up to other countries.

I did think Aloy wasn’t interested in men & for those that have a problem with it, there’s an option to avoid that moment.
It’ll be interesting if it becomes the canon & becomes a part of her character moving forward or if it’s like Mass Effect where you get to choose.
Personally I’d like a defined character as you lose something in story telling with choices.

I’m not surprised that Aloy is bi/gay much like Ellie, that’s a testament to the studios developing a character. It doesn’t feel forced.

Honestly I’m gutted. Loved Horizon Chase Turbo.
I still have it installed for whenever I have some time to kill. Captures that retro feel perfectly.

They’ve been growing pretty consistently and even added a by-weekly podcast to the mix.
The only major thing that’s no more is the Friday feature (list video).
They are PlayStation official UK YouTube branch- got bought out like 10 years ago & the OGs are still there (Rob, Nath & Dave).

@Uncharted2007 The best selling Dino Crisis sold less than 2.5million units LTD & was released when Dinosaurs were all the rage (post Jurassic World).
The Dino craze is nowhere near what it once was.

At best you’d get a remaster or a re-release.

A smaller Atreus spin off like Miles Morales while Cory works on the new IP & the other team works on pre-production for next GOW.

@huyi Its not in limbo. It’s already been renewed for season 2 & 3. It’s HBO’s second biggest show after GOT.

Pretty happy that it’s so far off. Gives Bella time to ‘mature’ into older Ellie. Given that Part 2 is split into 2 seasons I think it’s safe to say a season 4 would be in production in 2027 or later.

I usually play them on my laptop, but it can’t handle anything past FM17 (as I like having massive databases & scouting countries for wonderkids).

@Shstrick The Lego Harry Potter collection is the only Lego game I’ve played, but I thought they were excellent.
Don’t know if that really needs the remake treatment being a Lego game.

This is actually somewhat of a problem. When I was younger me & my brother had bunk beds. I would probably game for 3+hours at a time slouched forward on the bed & I had a really bad back.

It kind of straightened itself out over time though😉

I would love to get into the series, but I have no idea where to begin. I do own CS 1 & 2, but then there’s also trails in the sky.
Not even Kingdom Hearts requires such a time commitment.

@ShogunRok I’m thinking it’ll be a separate story and adventure mode like UNS4- with Ninja Storm 4 gameplay. Play the entire story leading up to Boruto. Cut out the fat & bring the older games up to standard leading into Boruto.

If there’s a separate adventure/mission mode were you can pick out your own team regardless of storyline I’ll be in.

I’m digging Cammy’s design for all the right reasons.

@Mad001 In this situation I get it though. Like the article says the Japanese PS5’s aren’t region locked- unlike the ones’ in China.

If I was living there I would also like to play games I was interested in not what the Chinese propaganda machine thinks is ‘safe’.

Missing the ‘I am waiting for the PS4 version’ option.
