@Nekomichu I really enjoyed it after a bit of a slow start. Playing it through again to see some of the other outcomes before it departs in a couple of weeks. Never played any of their games before so will be giving Until Dawn or Man of Medan a spin next.

@get2sammyb Probably because it was in Japan where the charts are 99% Switch due to the 30 million plus of them in the wild versus sub 5 million PS5s. Everyone knows the PS5 graphics are better but as long as the gameplay is the same it doesn't really bother me and I assume many others as well.

A little harsh on the Switch. I don't think I will be getting this though. The original was OK but got old quickly no matter how shiny the cars looked.

The original has a certain charm that the new one doesn't.

@dustinprewitt You can be interested in games on consoles you don't own.
At some point in the next couple of years the PS4 will be abandoned completely bar the odd indie title. Luckily there are so many quality titles on the PS4 it would take you a lifetime to finish them all. As long as your console lasts long enough of course.

@PSme If they have money to burn then at least it is keeping some people happy. Also a third horse in the race helps keep Sony on their toes.

Playing Guardians of the Galaxy. Better than Avengers, which wasn't a very high bar, but the character banter gets old very quickly.

The title makes it sound very close to being a game about someone making horse shoes.

I voted for other and chose Fairgame$ for a laugh.

Live service often means unfinishable rather than unfinished as they don't tend to have an end point as they are designed to keep you playing for as long as possible.

In a world with no competition we'd have a console at twice the price and game prices into three figures. Keep it as it is.

@Kriandis I can imagine it is amazing. Sadly I don't have the time to commit to these big RPGs these days. Not sure I am indicative of the general game buying public of the UK though as I last bought FIFA 10 years ago and even longer for COD.

Still waiting on this to appear in the UK legitimately. I won't hold my breath though as they never released one of the greatest TV shows of the past 10 years, Galavant, in the UK.

When you consider the base game is cheaper than that it makes you realise how ridiculous pricing is. A whole game cheaper than a few digital outfits and few minor digital bells and whistles.

It's commercially accurate as it is cheaper than the proper remaster they will sell you in 2-3 years.

Cash in on saps buying this release then remaster and charge again to milk it for all it's worth. That's my cynical view anyway.

You don't have to agree with people to enjoy things that they do. There is probably someone who works on anything you enjoy that has views you disagree with. The world would be a horrible place if everyone agreed on everything. It's a shame some people just don't know how to voice their opinions in a respectful manner.

The OG PS5 will then replace the PS4 as the base model that games are developed for hopefully.

I thought that pasta had the PlayStation tax but turns out their pasta is usually around that price. Over 3 times more than supermarket own brands. If you go through a bag of this a week you could get 1.5 full price PS5 games if you go with Supermarket own brands. I know what I would prefer.

I look forward to buying the inevitable trilogy for the PS6 for £80 each!

@Discol76 You should easily finish it in a few hours. I started it last week and finished my playthrough but now challenging myself with getting the platinum before it leaves next week.

@GamingFan4Lyf Disappointing but expected. These are usually one time only deals but they usually mention that in the small print.

@atthegates You can't use the same ones again but got 5 months with Barclaycard and 6 months through Sky, Currys and of course the PS5. Barclaycard are running the promo at the minute but I can't cash in again. Apart from PS5 offer they are all UK based offers.

Hopefully it is valid for people who claimed before. Can't see any terms that says you can't. That will put me at almost 2.5 years of apple TV without having to pay. They seem to be giving it away all over the place these days.

They have lost the wars but a world without Xbox is a world where the PS5 price would be higher or a world where the Dreamcast 2 is announced. I would hope for the latter but know the former to be the inevitable.

I don't see a problem with announcement embargoes of only a few days. If people are so impatient and jump ship to Xbox and ditch PS in that timeframe then there they deserve everything they get. I can't actually believe that anyone has done that although I guass a few overly dramatic YouTubers have probably threatened to.

What you are saying is to hold off on sticking your PS5 on ebay to change to Xbox until around a week after the show.

If it's digital only it reduces the urgency for getting a single player game for me. I have far too many digital games but don't think I have paid full price for any since the PS4 came out.
