I gave Forespoken a try thinking that it couldn't be THAT bad but it's uninstalled after couple of hours. I didn't mind the story too much but it's just incredibly dull to play.

I bought Ishin last month with rewards points and if I hadn't I'd be happy with this month for that alone. As it is, I'll give dying light a go. Wasn't too enamoured by the first one but it wasted some hours

I can watch the borderlands movie in 4k with 5.1 surround sound. Still doesn't make it a good film.

Tech specs can't make an average game good.

I'm sure the 4 people who stuck with it are very pleased.

Always up for a Far Cry, very happy about Inscryption but Rogue Legacy 2 is the highlight for me. Very pleased.

Yeah, the showcase has made me rethink this and it's now a solid "wait for it on PSPlus". Shiny graphics aside, it doesn't look like it's bringing anything new to the table gameplay wise. The same old QTEs stick out like a sore thumb in this day and age.

This got uninstalled quicker than the rat game (a Soulslike with ploddish movement - no thanks). No Interest in Sackboy so that wasn't even given a go.

Will give OlliOlli World a try. Destiny confuses the heck out of me with what is and isn't included so I'll avoid that and I already played Mafia and PSNow and bounced right off it

It's still a mess. Seeing some of the same errors I saw on ps4 and, as has been mentioned, every ti. E you launch it is like the first time re: game settings. I shouldn't have to set my invert look every time I play the game. CDPR may have good writers but their coders are worthless.

Not for me at that price. I'm cautiously curious but it'd end up being a lot of money for what would be a BeatSabre machine. Also I suspect it'll be full of shovelware like PS VR1 was. I'd need a good amount of triple A titles before I took the plunge.

Just got the plat for the base game and, to be honest, it was fine but there's nothing there to warrant me paying for DLC for it.

Very happy with this. Will give Dragon Quest and The Medium a go and the Yakua games will suck away multiple hours of my life.

I played Man of Medan and A Little Hope thanks to PS Plus and really enjoyed both of them. Really solid stuff. I wouldn't have paid full price for them but, to me, they're the sort of games that can shine in the subscription model

Given game prices, amongst other things, I feel like we're seeing a PS3 level of hubris from Sony.

Same as everyone, games are too expensive. Too many "remasters" trying to make you play the same game over 3 generations... Most of the big studios have got lazy and boring. Elden ring was the last game I bought and I reckon I can live off stuff I've neve played on PS Plus for the time being. Will still get the occasional indie but the big studios are doing nothing that interests me. All "play it safe" type stuff.

Gave it a fair go... Was awful, deleted after 30 minutes. These sort of games are like when every developer jumped on the MMO bandwagon after WoW hit big. It's awful.

Do we know what time it launched in other regions? Midnight or a late-afternoon (like with Plus / Now new additions)?

Looking at the list for other regions, there's at least enough new stuff being added that I want to play to keep me happy for at least 3-4 months.

Due to car troubles I'm working from home this week but, depending when it launches, I might be "working from home" instead.

The sheer arrogance of Sony this generation is similar to the arrogance they showed with PS3. Think I might bypass PS6 for whatever the Xbox alternative is.

PS1 PS2 classics are lacklustre based on the preview but were always going to be a "nice to have" for me, certainly not essential.

Miles Morales, GOTG, Death Stranding and Returnal means I'll definitely get a couple of months worth of gaming out of it. Cautiously optimistic.

Despite the fantastic setup I really bounced right off Prey. It just didn't work for me. I liked Deathloop a lot but the Dishonoured games are still, to me, their finest hour

Not a sports fan so will pass on FIFA but will give the others a good try. Roguelikes are pretty much like crack for me so we will see.

Not sure what's going on at Sony but its sent me an email welcoming me to GT (I haven't bought it) and another congratulating me for getting the platinum trophy. I did just plat Elden Ring but its a bit odd

@get2sammyb but for people like me who haven't yet bought it, but were planning to, its a big red flag.

As always, I will pick one, hate it and start again, rinse and repeat a couple more times and will end up with the one I picked first time (usually the DEX-iest)

I honestly can't see how they could fix this utter mess of a game. I manged to finish it twice without even glancing at the "cyber" upgrade screen. It has really good writing, I'll give it that, but its a game that's broken from its very foundations.

I only buy digitally if the game is deep-discounted in a sale. I'm a sad old man with a mortgage and bills and there are a lot of other things crying out for my disposable income.

Paid £45 for PS5 Ghost of Tsushima in the Smyths Toys pre-xmas sale. Finished that, traded it in for a used copy of Demon's Souls. Finished that, traded it in for a used copy of Deathloop.

I don't really re-play games, so getting 3 games for my £45 (and the ability to sell Deathloop on) is a pretty good deal for me.

@get2sammyb Yep, sounds like this guy's just got a lot of sour grapes he feels the need to let out. The original game was fine, but far from anything special IMHO. At the end of the day it was just another open world game but with zombies.

With the Microsoft Bethesda buyout, losing Arkane was the biggest blow for me personally. Only just picked up Deathloop and it's sooooo good.

Not happy at all with the way Sony is playing things right now. Complete lack of customer awareness at every level.

Pretty much the worst month PsNow has seen for quite a while now.

Yeah, looks like Godfall is just Endgame content and not the full game. More than happy with the other two though.

Tried it again with the PS5 upgrade after many years. Game consistently crashed to desktop when trying to re-enter the Blue Palace after the Wabbajack mission. Had to use a workaround from Reddit to progress. Good old Bethesda.

Dont't really care for multiplayer and don't have VR so all that's left is KOA.... that I played and finished years ago. It's a very average RPG that really broadcasts it was meant to be an MMO but then re-tooled for single player late on in the process. Lot's of very dull MMO style fetch-quests

Gave that Hunters game a go out out of an uncharacteristic bout of good will. Quit halfway through the first game I got into and uninstalled. Utter tripe.

So a PVZ game that's dead, a game that should be free to play that will be dead on arrival and a tennis game that has reviewed horribly. Awesome. Second month in a row that I'll not even add the games to my library.

Was almost tempted by PVZ to play with the kid but he told me he'd tried it and hated it. Oh well.

Frankly ridiculous month. I held off on RDR2 only having a basic, launch day PS4 but looking forward to playing it on PS5 now. Will happily pour hours into Judgement too and me and the boy can play Moving Out together.

Already got the PS5 version of Nioh 2 but I can't recommend it enough to anyone who hasn't played it. Amazing game.

This (sort of) makes up for a terrible PS Plus month

Nothing at all wrong with being "The Resogun Studio". the game was awesome and never left my PS4.

As for Returnal, looks great and I will play it. Not for £70 though. Happy to leave it a while a pick it up in a sale or second hand. Long gone are the days where I need to play a game on day one.

Very duff month for me. Finished Days gone when it was on PSNow, no interest in Zombie Army and I've been baffled by the popularity of the Oddworld games ever since the first one on PS1.
