August 2021's free PS Plus games have been officially announced, and guess what? It's the same lineup that Sony itself leaked last weekend. We didn't see that one coming!

To recap, next month's selection includes:

All three of these games will be available to download (or simply add to your library) from the 3rd August.

Hunter's Arena: Legends was first revealed as a PS Plus title during Sony's most recent State of Play broadcast. It's a melee-based battle royale game, and you'll be able to grab it on PS5 and PS4. This a brand new title, so we'll try to bring you a review soon.

Meanwhile, Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville is a colourful and fun team-based 'shooter' — even if it failed to live long in the memory upon its release in 2019. To be fair, we were still quite fond of it at the time, awarding it an 8/10 and describing it as "full of wit and irreverent humour".

And finally, Tennis World Tour 2 is just about the best tennis game on current PlayStation consoles — although to say that there's any competition would be a lie. We described it as a "winner" in our 7/10 review.
