BIG3

Thought this game looked too good to be true in 2020. If this delivers I will be more than excited to learn more about it.

But which game is better/more fun to play?

In the summer time I basically only game when its raining outside. When the sun is out, so am I, with my shades on.
I know last summer was rainful because July was the month I gamed the most in the whole year. This year has been different though.

@AccessibleDaydream The game didnt launch with photo mode because the developer didnt plan to make it for the game. But due to its unexpected popularity and people asking for it (a lot) they decided to add it later. And now that its on its way it is indeed newsworthy because people have been waiting for photomode ever since Shift Up said they will add it. And considering how great Stellar Blade is (both visually, completely bug free on my 3 playthroughs and gameplay wise) Im confident photomode will be awesome.

Aaaaah yeeeeah! Gonna have a lot of fun with photo mode. Also, more outfits? Shift Up just keeps on giving. I still havent collected all in the basegame yet.

Is the game any good though?

Said this before but the way this generation is going my next console will be PS6 Pro. Same goes for Xbox.

Maybe by leaving it out the game no longer fulfills the criteria for being a true rpg. Personally it changes nothing for me. Still intrigued and waiting on reviews before I make my mind up.

I'm very excited for this game. Till this day Inquisition is one of my most played games.

Xbox: Witcher 3 (starting Blood and Wine dlc). Been a fun ride playing this game for the third time.
Also, BG3. I made it to act 3 and feel completely overwhelmed and have no idea what to do or where to start.
PS5 and Switch. Nothing.

5 games on this list I'm interested in but nothing is a must buy for me. All depends on reviews.

@ShogunRok I fall into this group sometimes. Some games I want to challenge me. Others I just want to breeze through and chill. I like to have the options, even though I must admit I was going to buy DA anyways.

Series X: BG3. Finally starting to get the hang on this game. Been playing blind for 25hrs but had no idea what I was doing. Started googling everything, going back if the rolls messed up and respec my character. Now Im killing everything and things are moving along, finally.
Soon wrapping up the basegame of Witcher 3 for the third time as well.
PS5 and Switch: Nothing.

Lost Legacy should get a sequel though! That game was perfect in my opinion and would be ranked no.1 if it had Drake in it. U4 was a great ending to Drakes saga but it is way too slow at times, though the online mode was really fun. Im in the minority but I prefer U3 over U2. U1 is technically too weak compared to the rest. Oh, and the spins off shouldnt even count, they dont feel like Uncharted at all. So for me the list goes no5. U1 no4. U2 no 3. U3 no2. LL no1. U4.

Put Henry Cavill on the job!

Couldnt finish it. Got too boring and grindy before I got to the end, unfortunatly.

I'm jumping between Stellar Blade, Witcher 3, Alan Wake 2 DLCs and BG3 (finally made it to act 2).

@Hootnoodle The DLC for Horizon Forbidden West is really good. Cant go wrong with it.

PS5: I'm on my 3rd playthrough of Stellar Blade. Trying to collect every outfit.
I also might start the Alan Wake 2 DLC.
Series X: Jumping between Witcher 3 (my comfort game) and Starfield. Having a blast testing different mods.
Switch Oled: Nothing.

Hows the fps on the ps version? It was pretty bad on the switch so I skipped it there.

Well deserved. That game creeped me out and got me hooked from start to finish.

This game has been on my radar for a while. Looking forward to hearing more about it.

@Cutmastavictory theres 3 tiers. Most expencive one is around 90$ or whatever.

Diablo IV. The newest season is pretty good. Gonna hit lvl100 for the first time.
Im also playing the new Alan Wake 2 DLC. And if I have time I'll hunt down some more outfits in Stellar Blade.

Showed this to my kid just now and he totally lost it. Cant wait.

There's a bunch of announced games I would love an update on so I'm perfectly fine with this.

I'm rotating between Stellar Blade, Witcher 3, and Diablo IV. Im also really trying to get into Fallout 4 and Baldurs Gate 3 again but those games just arent clicking for me at all (yet).

I'd be happy with updates on previously announced Exodus, Pragmata, Aftermath and DS2.

@shonenjump86 Yeah. I hope so. My plan was to pick up all the missing costumes in my third playthrough...

I got my first bug and its a bad one. I bought the two new outfits from Roxanne. Took a seat next to the ship. Turned off the game. Turned on again and the outfits arent in the list (cant wear them), and in Roxannes store it says I already bought them. Hope they fixed it. This also made me worried if any of the other outfits Ive picked up are missing.

Cant wait! A theatre mode would also be nice. But I must admit, this game was GOTY material on arrival. Anything that has been added later has just been a wonderful bonus.

I might have to use this build to get past this really easy dudes I'm stuck on.

I recently started my 3rd playthrough. That is pretty much unheard of in my gaming life. Only other games I've done this with is Witcher 3 and NieR Automata (and those games took years before I booted them up again).

And why isnt TLOU3 their next project? The idea for the story is there. And theres probably a bunch of stuff from their cancelled online game that they can use no?
On a sidenote I would love a standalone factions. No need to add anything to it. Just a remaster sold for cheap.

@get2sammyb Theres 79 in total. I just checked various sites and did some math. Lol. No guide out there is fully updated yet.

PS5: Stellar Blade Bossrush mode and 3rd run to collect every outfit. I cant wait! Game is so good and I keep coming back even though I already platted it.

Recently finished: Hellblade 2. Incredible game. Really enjoyed all aspects off it except Senuas slow ass walking. Took me about 7hrs to finish without a guide. Will go back for the rest of the collectibles. Another GOTY contender for me.

Sidenote. I now wish a new Xenoblade game would drop this year so that I'd have one new "blade" exclusive game across my consoles fighting over GOTY. lol.
