question, was this footage captured on an actual ps4?

This sounds good, I hope this would let me deactivate a console easier. Super angry that I have to fill out a form to maybe get Sony to ok a console deactivation.

especially when i no longer own the activated console -____- venting done.

@sub12 exactly my thoughts, it makes me just wanna get a PC that will immediately be a lot stronger and cheaper than a PS4.

The big issue is the expectation with a gaming console is you won't have to upgrade it for a long while. Changing that (PS4K) makes myself an others un happy because we will be having a sub par visual experience, and in the gaming world, that's everything!

@get2sammyb but do you think the PS4 4K will be able to actually play game at 4K? I'm thinking most games will just be upscaled if you look at how even ps4 struggles to hit 1080p natively.

@Flaming_Kaiser yup and none of them are highly optimized, which is the advantage consoles had over PC's. That may become a problem on consoles now.

@whywai88 agree with that a lot. I don't see this being a good thing, the way devs code, none 4K owners will either get a down port or just have to upgrade.

Unless Sony create's a magical easy API, I don't see devs wanting to code for both resolutions.

@get2sammyb I feel like it should've have been able to hit 4K native, I would much rather get something stronger as opposed to a console that has 4K potential but will be probably just hit a solid 1080 60FPS.

I have a strong feeling that's what gonna happen with this PS4 4K.

@A1RB4G no bluetooth, sony would need to make drivers for that. I wasn't sure if it was a LAN only feature or just internet based so thanks!

Question for everyone, what is the benefit of remote play? Can you play from literally any internet connected windows laptop (fitting the requirement of course)

@get2sammyb I agree they seem to shine in working the hard angles, Last of Us being on the pedestal that it is will be immensely difficult to follow up. I hope they're up to that challenge.

@get2sammyb I don't think that would work, The dynamic between the 2 (Joel, Ellie) is really what drove the story. Ellie in the future would be a hard sale, what would that even look like?

Still waiting for ps+ to become a 4/5 or 5/5 value. right now I would have to say it's a 2/5 only because a handful of decent games cam out of it.

Can't wait and looking at old trends, it will be NYC again! I'm never worried about the stories which they do amazing jobs with, but I hope they improve whole experience for starting a job or mini game.

I like being able to have my team/crew enter the lobby and play another crew.

@Faruko I think you meant power would be saved not wasted. better graphics w/ less demanding games saves power, but I get your point about the frame rate, and the 3DS example.

@AlexKidd had a strong hunch an the idea of an upgrade would be visited, examining the PS4 pre-launchmade me think (this stuff is pretty weak) with the advancement of Gaming PC's and mobile phones PEOPLE would notice the graphical difference.

@grawlog and basically you're right. Consoles are struggling to keep up with tech on the hardware and software front, if you look at the state of the PS4 software versus mobile phones vs PC's.

Overall, it's easy to see that consoles are doing well mostly based on easy of access, loyalty, but just my opinion.

@banacheck My exact feelings the game is so repetitive. The keep giving out little pints of extra gameplay in dlc form which definitely about the money.

The gameplay was super fun but again that only remained fun the first 10 times.

make the PS4 a 4K player streamer? I'll pass, that would be a waste of money being that I could get a stand alone a lot cheaper.

Even if they made games 4K capable I would be highly upset as an early adopter, seriously! Yes to cross play and no to buyers remorse.

I kinda feel like it does matter. yes, this doesn't equal sales but it's clearly shows a ton of people are interested in the game.

That's really cool that Sony did that for him, all that he's done for the community he deserves every bit of that love Sony is giving him.

Game looks fun and visually compelling! something that's been lacking a bit this gen. Not surprised though, I hope we get a lot more eye candy from devs coming up.

@_get2sammyb Their library is still nowhere near deep yet so I don't see them doing that for along time. I think the slow development cycle is gonna make us getting triple A titles a lot worse too.

I can't with this game it's seems like a technical tank game in a world where technical strategist games are not prominent.

My biggest fear was that the gameplay would be slow, unbearingly slow and I was right. I know there tanks but I'm sure most don't play this to see what actually tanks are like but to make things explode.

This smells a little like destiny but won't jump to conclusions but I'm not buying the game either until I try it for a while.

Buying Destiny (no DLC) was a huge waste of money for me. if you didn't pay for DLC you were locked out the game basically. I hope that this isn't the case with this game.
