the games are dissapointing for different reasons. December not only should have been a month with great games but extra customer appreciation perks. Idk maybe $10 free or like a free theme. something more.

Currently PSN users are paying more and getting the same PSN experience. Sounds like a win for sony and just another reason it sucks to be a PSN user.

Seems this effected some people. I had 2 PS4's with the same account, one went offline the other didn't :/ seemed like PSN needs to be reworked. It can feel like a chicken with it's head cut off sometimes.

Small request, can the page be broken up into deals that are live and deals that aren't?

Honestly my big gripe with them is the sloppiness in which they released past DLC's. just straight up blocking features unless you upgrade, etc. Can't stand them.

Agree with @notdead this needs to be separated from the Infinite Warfare. Otherwise I'll be skipping the great Modern Warfare.

@get2sammyb Having used 2 entry level 4K Smart TV's. Samsung KU6290 and KU6300 priced at $329 and $400. I can say that Last of Us HDR looked really good on both of them and Gaming mode bring input lag to the 10-20ms range.

Also pretty decent picture and very nice 4K via YouTube.

Unless they un latch Modern Warfare from it, I am and will continue to be done with all COD games minus the Treyarch zombie releases.

Since myself and others are having launch PS4 issues, I think that could be good information to know before buying a PS4 Pro.

@Falkn don't bother with the thermal paste, 2 things...

1. I swapped my thermal paste for artic silver, made a difference initially but got loud again 1-2 months later.

2. inspecting my ps4 board before adding artic silver... I noticed it had corrosion, very used up thermal pads, and thermal paste placed sloppily everywhere.

TLDR: owned 2 ps4's and both had heating/fan issues.

@Cleric20 I'm actually kinda afraid of day 1 my launch ps4 sounds like a launch Xbox 360! even playing games like minecraft!! wth lol

@Mega-Gazz I'm HDR ready for $350 with tax. Good, entry level, 4k is amongst us.

@get2sammyb also noise levels? please try Last of Us since many complained the opening menu was a killer.

just general home menu responsiveness, while playing intense games. while playing BO3, PS menu would nearly come to a hault.

If only this included the Pro and Modern Warfare, I Abhor Infinite Warfare and want the Crouching Tiger jumping to die already!

1. So how will all games benefit with the pro?

2. The games that have scalable options what will they look like? like a resolution options, similar to last of of Us remastered or like PC games with video settings?

Honestly with all the DLC they've given away. I think it's a lot to ask of them to support the PS4 Pro also.

The fact that the best selling title of this year was that easily forgotten speaks volumes on how underwhelming the current gen gaming lineup has been.

Kojima's been gone around a year and they are already machine gunning themselves in the foot lol (grabs popcorn)

Would really like the feature. i haven't bought any blu rays because my launch ps4 crapped out so many times. that includes the blu ray drive -_-

@walravenweekly I understanad wireless intereference and all and I know the lag is real.

It is a gimmick because the old controller is capable of functioning the same over USB, so it's kinda sucky to see them marketing it as a new feature. I know the old one works because it works just find on USB via PC and it works on the PS3! lol

the Pro really seems to be good for those who need a reason to upgrade from previous Gen not current owners.

Especially since I noticed that PS4 Pro 4K game seem mostly like a resolution upgrade, the textures still look pretty poor in most of the games I've seen.

I how this is being implemented. I thought this was something that required more GPU power, because there's been more GPU power all along and they saved it for this then.......

@Kolma 2 words.. marketing gimmick. even the ps4 pre launch leaks showed a DS4 being used via USB. It's quite silly that what lengths companies are willing to go to gain an "edge"

Have to agree with that and I think the title is a big reach. Today I can finally say I'm comfortable with the idea of mid cycle refresh but I think the PS4 Pro (the name matches the look of it) should have been way stronger!

I am predicting the same issue with the launch PS4. Game struggled to push 1080p.. games will struggle to hit 4K, native.

@Cron_13 I don't know about the slim but I've had issues with both PS3 & PS4, hardware failure on both consoles. Buying a PS3 slim seemed to fix mine but I don't feel buying a new console should be the answer.

I think extended warranties should be in order. No reason a gaming console should only be guaranteed/backed by manufacturer to work for 1 year.

My theory is it's probably a PS4K exclusive. Or just a PS4 exclusive in general.

I don't think this will ever be a thing. We would need knew internet tech first. Unless internet is 100% reliable this will never replace owning and playing the physical console.

and like some pushers.. or squarers already said. If they can keep the PS+ list with solid titles, than all is well. maybe throw in a big Christmas package where we get to pick a theme or avatar. and my mouth will remain shut.

and people shouldn't bash them so hard honestly considering their size. Rockstar, GTA 5, last gen, ring a bell? The game had so many bugs and took months to fix. & I'm sure their dev teams are much larger.

I agree that I think, free early access could fix all of this.

It's not stable and they didn't fix it yet. The game actually started crashing after the 2 updates for me.

@Tasuki Sony allows refund or credit only the item.

also I have being able to return store items that were mistakenly bought as well, for anyone out there wondering. there warranty department though sucks.
