FF rebirth, and Persona 3 reload are my two most hyped games for next year.

@Agramonte I mean the advantage of getting a PC over a PS5 is very attractive.
You get free online gaming, and a larger gaming library(Playstation exclusive,Xbox exclusive,large library of steam games,and emulated Nintendo games).

Hell,I would even argue being able to replace and upgrade any part of your PC,is a big plus.

Even if a PC equivalent to a PS5 is intially more expensive,I believe with all it perks,it will be cheaper in the long run.

1. From Persona 3 portable -Femc and her social link.
2. From Persona 3 FES-The answer,which was a new epilogue.

Everything else that is actually important is included (The journey from FES, and controllable party members, walking the dog,and Aigis social link from Portable).

1.The femc route is not much of a loss, since she technically isn't even canon,and the remake will allow you to have events with the Male party members anyway.So nothing really lost.

Hell,people don't realise how much pointless work would go into making the female route,since she isn't just a reskin of the male route. They need to make whole new events,animation, anime cuts scenes, dialogue, and music.

People don't realise that she was only done in Persona 3 Portable,because it was basically a visual novel.

2.The answer was hated both gameplaywise and storywise by everyone. Now suddenly everyone one wants it back,lol. Anyway , there is still a chance that the anwser might be replaced by a new epilogue,that hopefully it is done better this time.

The discourse around this remake has been pretty disingenuous as you can see. I am just dissapionted that push square has been one of the ring leaders spewing the negativity.

1. Persona 3 reload will include every content from FES,besides the anwser(which they might remake into a new epilogue,since everyone and their mother hated the answers gameplay and its characterization of certain characters).

It also has every content from portable besides the Femc (femc isn't important and mostly non-canon anyway) and her male SL(This will be replaced by character events im reload).

2. The day 1 DLC is just fanservice persona's,bgm,and character costumes from P4 and P5 games.It isn't story elements.

3. Add this with the various new things that the remake got,it's definitely the best way to experience Persona 3 reload.

The outcry around this game doesn't make sense to me when it comes to content,because this is the most content rich a Persona 3 game has ever had,hell this is the most content a Persona game has ever had from what the devs have shown.

Anyway, I do agree with the notion of not paying $70 for any game,and getting it cheaper through other alternatives.

Basically nothing of importance was lost. I don't know why you think they would waste their time on DLC, when Persona 6 would be coming out around the following year or two.

What I am excited for is P3 reload, Grablue fantasy verse rise, and hopefully a new anime ip game from Bandai Namco.

Anyway, this game doesn't seem interesting tbh, it seems low quality? I will try the demo out,because what's important at the end of the day is if it plays well and clicks.

@BranJ0 This are some of the main things that you will miss out on,if they purely only remade Persona 3 with FES or portable:
1.No Answer epilogue
2. No femc(portable)
3.No Aigis(the blond robot girl) social link
4. No Elizabeth(the velvet room attended) "dates".
5. No additional new persona's that was introduced later on.
6.No walking the dog
7. Loss of some new calender scenes
8.No weapon synthesis
9. No controllable party members(portable)

As we see in the trailer, point 7-9 are carely present, so it's obvious that reload isn't a 1 to 1 remake of the original Persona 3. I would also bet that there is a 96% chance that point 3-6 also appears in reload.

Point 1 and 2 will most likely not be in reload. I am going to be honest with you,there is a reason why majority of Persona 3 fans hate the anwser epilogue,so I am hoping Atlus gives us a more satisfactory amd less tedious alternative.

The female protagonists imo, doesn't really add much to warrant any fear of losing content, and I bet my money that Atlus will take her qwerks that she had over male mc and give it to him,like being able to form platonic social links with both your male and female team members.

So yeah,if you add all this with the new content being added,unless my points are proven wrong(which I doubt),Persona 3 reload will be the definitive edition to play Persona 3.

@TheLotteryMan1 TBH,the only thing I care about in FES is Aigis SL, and the new persona's ,which I bet will be the new content they said that they will put in the game.

I don't care about the anwser or the femc (no matter how hard they try to make her canon,the fact that Makoto,the Male MC, was mentioned in P4UA, decanonized her for me).

This looks hype.

1.I already love the games UI and anime fantasy designs.

2.The character visuals(graphics) seems to be that of SMT 5, which I like.

3.The gameplay seems to be that of Persona and SMT,and it seems it has s-links, and calenders like Persona.

It's obviously coming to other platform.

In other news, that Metaphor game had me hyped.

If it's not a 3rd person cinematic action game, Sony is most likely to not put much trust or effort in it.

I still wished Japan studio was successful,that would have given Sony a insensitive to push for those kinda games.
