Not having gyro for a shooter on consoles,is like not having rollback in a fighting game. It is such an inconvenience,for such a game changing experience.

That's why I enjoy Paladins and Titanfall 2, they have gyro aim built in for every platform(which supports it).Hell,not built in gyro is the main reason that I stopped playing Overwatch.

If it's not free to play,it won't survive the Hero-shooter market.

Free online,better and more frequent game sales, access to a large array of emulators(allowing you to play your ps2,ps3,WII U,Xbox 360 and switch games with a better enhanced experience on PC), and access to the largest games Library( from Steam large Libraries,to Xbox and PlayStation ports).

This could make a person consider a PC than is even weaker than the PS5,over a PS5 itself.

Still weird to me that the Mangaka of this went on to make Rangers Reject!

Anyway Kudos to him for trying out different genres of Manga.

Fun game. I like the details of using Ubisoft ip factions as heros.

This games gameplay is a snooze-fest.

Even for a guy who hates sexual censorship,this does feel a bit to minor of an inconvenience to cry about,but I do respect their policy.

The dev promised no censorship all over the world,it was kinda their selling point,yet on day one,there is a patch that censors "Hard R" to "Crime R", Gore and random costumes. So yeah,while I do feel that this censorship are to inconsequential for someone to return the game,I respect the anti-censorship who are true to their believes. It's their money and rights.

Again the complaints does look pathetic and gooner like,but you'll should stop standing for a multi million dollar company who ran a "no censorship " campaign on social media just to literally censor it in a day 1 patch,no matter how miniscule and inconsequential you think the changes maybe. Those refunding aren't in the wrong "You give them an inch, and they will take a mile".

I honestly just find the censorship thing just weird and random,like it wouldn't change much for an M rated game to be without those censorship.

Hope the game still sells well,and they give an option to toggle between the original and revised version.

For their first non-gacha game,this score is way highter I expected they would get. I expected a 6-7 out of 10,so bravo i guess.

@DeathlySW That's fair,but I see it more like a refinement of the persona gameplay loop, with other new things added.

Like how Legend of Heroes games play similar,but you can see that the newer titles are more refined with newer mechanics.

@TheArt I was surprised too,but then I remember some people just don't like anime like artstyle.

This is the jrpg I am most excited for this year, to the point I even skipped P3R,so even if Metaphor does play similar to Persona, it means I will not be exhausted from persona gameplay fatigue when playing it.

Even if the gameplay or the social links turns out be Persona 2.0,i won't be disappointed(I like Persona gameplay and social link),because what I actually want, is ATLUS to put more of an original spin and unique concept is the story and characters. Hopefully they don't feel like Persona 2.0

In short I can't wait.

Well Slayer is rounding off season 3,that leaves Jam,Dizzy,Raven,Venom,Zappa,Kum and Robo-Ky as possible characters for season 4. Honestly I think Jam,Dizzy,Raven,Venom and Kum are most likely.

Hopefully this ends at season 4, so Arcsys can move on to a better game.

Seriously, would it have killed sony to also port the Uncharted Nathan Drake collection? Since it's literally a remastered collection of the first 3 games.

First of all, I am not impressed by the games visuals, but also it doesn't help that I have been spoiled by Arcsys games amazing 2.5D visuals in their games.

Anyway, I am happy that it is a 2D fighter instead of another arena fighter. With Eightning, you know the gameplay will be fun, but balance is another story, lol.

Even if the visuals aren't great, if the gameplay is amazing then i will be down for it. 2D Fighters like Guilty Gear Strive and Granblue fantasy verses rising, all look amazing, but they aren't even half as fun to play as they look.

All in all, I hope this game will have a little more complexity and craziness than current Arcsys games(Strive, Granblue, and dragon ball fighter Z),and even DNF Duel, while including accessible and novelty features that games like Strive brought(e.g dash and other micro buttons, rollback, cross play, and better tutorials).

Heck, if they want their game to stand out more from the anime fighting game pack, they should improve on things that games like dbfz, Strive, granblue, and etc. fell flat on, e.g Innovative story mode, Single player content, great and bug free player lobbies, stable servers, more feature reach training mode, and better match making.

I would agree with you,except when Insomiac goes out of their way to alter MJ character model to look less attractive than her irl model. Which was really a weird thing to do,lol.

Men,we could have had a playstation handheld that would be the successor to the PSVita, with power kevels rivaling that of the switch or probably even bettering it.

Instead we got a glorified tablet with remote play,which somehow has less features than an actual low end tablet.

If this means I get to spend less money on online purchases,then I am all in against Sony for this one. If anything, I don't know why anyone here would ever back Sony on this.

Tekken 8,Final Fantasy 7,Persona 3,and Under Night in birth 2 are on my list.

Winners should either be Alan Wake 2 or Baldur Gate 3,both are excellent games,and they bring something new to each of their genres while excelling at it.

I am happy at the FF 16 snob.
It had poor party members,poor side quest,poor rpg implementation,forgettable and boring characters both in personality and visual design, the combat was fun but shallow considering the potential, and the game storywise has to much reliance on cutscenes. From my complaints , you can definitely see how much I had to force myself to contusion the story 17 hours in.

I hope this shows the devs at Sqaure Enix, that FF16 shouldn't be the blue print for the next installation,and should build more on what Final Fantasy 7 remake and its sequel does well.

That being said,the boss battle,politics and lore of FF 16 was very good,so they could also take notes from that.

That's pretty cool. My favorite Yasuke inspired character is still Nagoriyuki from Guilty Gear strive,even though I think that game is an abomination and a sell out to and of the Guilty Gear franchise.

@ATaco Not surprising,since Push Sqaure members have always hated Japan, and especially anime.

Look at how many of their jokes are pedo jokes,lol.They took one troupe in anime, and are now using it as a way to represent Japan.

Alot of sexual content in Japanese media,such as Porn, hentai,anime,and video games(both Japanese and western made) don't show anything below the waist(genitals are censored).So they are just being consistent.

I honestly prefer this type of censorship over what we usually get here in the west(I have no interest in video game characters genitals).

Miles feels so boring and pampered as a character in both the comics and in every adaption he has been in. He is not a bad character but he isn't an interesting one,especially compared to Peter who has good and bad days.

I am excited for Silk though,always thought she was one of the unique spiderwomen and spiderpeople in general,due to her design and hero name.

Obviously this time, they wouldn't make her a love interest for Peter,with that weird yet hot spider mating plotline.

I hope they improve from the dual protagonists from syndicate. Also something else to throw put there,I hope the female lead is hot.

Anyway,they have a task ahead of them to out do Ghost of Tsushima.
