This is definitely going to get the Japanese giant to invest even more into gaming this generation to keep up with what Microsoft is continuing to do. Sony has been in the game for a while don’t believe for a second this is anywhere near the end for them.

Time for Sony to get in the trenches and fight back. It’s going to be one exciting year ahead.

Never have cared about FPS games so it doesn't affect my choice at all.

Truly a bad day for the industry as a whole. I will always support Sony due to there high quality first party games but this definitely a gut punch.

My thoughts on PC ports have completely changed after seeing the GOW numbers currently on Steam. This will only help get more quality games out for PS5 players in the future. The only issue I would have is if brand new AAA first party Sony games go day and date on PC.

Amazing to see Spider Man still charting this well after a full year of release. I expect 2022 to be a monster year for Sony and PlayStation fans alike!

I'm actually more excited to see what Sony Bend have up there sleeve for the next IP they are working on. After finally completing Days Gone I was actually quite impressed with the game overall. They should be proud of that achievement and move on to bigger and better opportunities as they deserve.

Sadly still have a PS4 so actually am looking forward to seeing how much Horizon Forbidden West can push the system until I finally can get my hands on the PS5.

A TLOU Remake that dives even deeper into the lore and classic characters that a lot of PlayStation fans love is a win in my book! Bring it on Naughty Dog!

Recently just finished Days Gone and was actually impressed with the whole experience! Hoping for a sequel!

I still view Naughty Dog as the most impressive studio today and can't wait to see what they have in store. It took a few playthroughs of TLOU2 to truly realize how amazing the experience was.

As a fairly new gamer, I just wanted to thank everyone on here for helping me understand the ins and outs when it comes to navigating what playstation games to purchase etc. The community on this site is really great and I'm excited for what 2022 will bring when it comes to PlayStation!
