this could totally work out and it would be such a big middle finger to already existing gacha games

i’m personally interested in it now

i would be fine with any remake.
i don’t know anything about metal gear solid but maybe the 4th game next as a remake doesnt sound bad

i recently started nioh and i got to the very first boss and i struggled so much that i summoned a player and finally got through it with that person’s help and the game opened up to me.
i like it so far and i will be mainly playing that one for now.

i mean they also have the game pass deal so there is probably a lot of people playing on there who didn’t buy it

sure it’s not really a huge number of sales but still happy about it

but this kind of worries me that their next game will be more vulnerable to failure as it will probably have a way higher budget and god knows if they will be successful like with this game with their next release

i mean lets be honest these types of jrpgs don’t even require one ounce of skill anyways so that’s great they add that on the other hand it is part of the experience to you know grind what feels like an eternity for levels or rare items so yeah i get that too

they clearly want to make the game easier for people and i gotta admit i don’t like that

if you don’t have the time or the patience or the skill for the full experience then just dont play it

at that point you could just watch all story cutscenes on youtube

is it me or is helldivers 2 really a game for ultra patriotic people to simulate sort of a reality where they are soldiers for their father country and fight the evil?

there’s unfortunately many people with this kind of mindset so it saddens me that helldivers 2 really is that popular

honestly i wish it would’ve died like concord did no one needs a game focusing on patriotism like that so much in the gaming industry

i will never play such a game and i hope the game dies sooner than later

game subscription services are the future

i don’t really get the hate destiny 2 has gotten

i mean sure a lot of stuff bungie did can be criticized and the fact they took away content from the players is also a huge mistake

also as a rather new player myself you can’t get in to it at all that well

you’re just meant to mindlessly do the activities the game throws at you without you questioning anything and keep grinding for better weapons and armor

unfortunately the game doesn’t really highlights its story which is honestly a shame but i mean bungie sees their numbers so they probably know what they are doing

i just think this list is depressing
it sucks how so many people only play these type of games but don’t play true games

i was actually looking forward for this game but the middling review scores kept me from getting it
i plan to get it whenever it is cheaper

really hope despite the flaws the game has the developer can keep existing

it baffles me how much japanese value handheld gaming
sony if they do it correctly will probably be successful in japan with their rumored handheld console
then again it just nintendo which is immensely popular not even a popular handheld like the steam deck is nearly as popular as the nintendo consoles

i don’t think that many xbox users buy games so i don’t really think it really is as high as one might think
sony should’ve made a gamepass deal with microsoft too

i’m intrigued by genshin impact and after having clocked in 200 hours almost in infinity nikki i need a new one to play

if helldivers 2 really only sold less than half that it did on pc i’m very disappointed as a main console player

this confirms that the main audience of ps5 players only plays the same 10 free to play games

technically if you play fortnite or genshin impact you just get a complete game for free without ever having to pay a dime for it so why bother buying a 70 dollars game?

this also means the playstation store front really doesn’t sell as many games as you probably think it does and physical sales are even lower than those so console gaming really seems to be dying

on steam most third party new releases are 60 dollars compared to 70 on play station and that 10 dollars less sells way more games on there

i’m not rich or anything despite that to me 10 dollars isnt that much of a difference and to just see how stingy people are due to little things like this come on man it depresses me even more

it’s annoying to see the same damn games in the top selling lists
i know i’m personally a big hermit and quite disconnnected from the casuals gamers but how come minecraft, rdr 2, gta 5 are still selling

my big guess is that many people get banned in these games and to keep feeding their need to keep playing those games online they make a new account, subscribe to ps plus again and buy a fresh new copy of those games
and this cycle repeats itself for them regularly

i’m very likely getting lost soul aside but i’m waiting for its reviews first

i’ve been playing lies of p recently because it’s available on ps plus essential and it annoys me i get to brick walls regularly in this game
i kinda wish i had the patience to play such a game and have fun with it but right now i don’t so gotta play it lesser for the sake of my sanity

other than that having tons of fun with dragon quest 11 definitive edition
the game is so fun to me and the story really hooked me completely

the saudis funding the expansion feels like they really want to push their country
i mean we have seen them funding lots of stuff in several major fields and this is no different
i mean at least the expansion is free so makes it worth it to reinstall the game
the question remains to me what they get out of this but i will not complain about free dlc

i like that the platinum for this game will be challenging
most of the time platinum grinds just become tedious
but this one being one where you need to get good i’m now interested
hopefully the game ends up being good too

The only mistake Bungie is still doing is not having made Destiny 3 yet. A new Destiny would’ve very likely been a huge success for themselves and Sony. I personally expect the worst with Marathon.

i’d imagine sony putting helldivers 2 on xbox is highly likely because they want the game to keep doing well
helldivers 2 will probably get a game pass release too at some point
as for me the game isn’t it

i’m extremely happy that ac shadows is doing as well as it does
i’m hoping it keeps doing well

as a player of this game it’s probably quite tough to keep up with it
there is so many updates this gets and once you miss one then you’re probably completely out of it
makes it so you can’t really play much else

i feel like what layden says is here not really that smart.
in acutality like netflix or prime video or any other big streaming platform game pass would also work quite well it's just it doesn't have the amount of subscribers where it's profitable for the majority of the games.
if microsoft expanded game pass to playstation and nintendo switch then they could get more subscribers maybe? but how would that work i wonder? but anyways as things stand game pass needs way more subscribers for it to be profitable to everyone

that’s such a bummer it gets taken away from ps4 players but i mean there is literally also no reason not to have a ps5 at this point as discounts happened and are still happening and more importantly it is easily available
