@Bizzy totally agree with your comments. Without union backing an employee hasn't got a leg to stand on . Britain has sadly gone from "closed shop" unions (where you had to join the union) to almost no unions whatsoever .

The situation the employees find themselves in is disgusting . I wish them well in their battle for justice .
