If, like this author, you’ve waited more than 15 years for a new The Simpsons game, then this latest Fortnite season may be the next best thing.

Epic’s done an outstanding job with this mini season, which is available now and will run all month long.
The company’s introduced a new cel-shaded Springfield map, which includes key locations like 742 Evergreen Terrace, the Power Plant, and more.
You can eat Steamed Hams, rest on the Simpsons’ iconic sofa, and even get goofed on by Nelson Muntz.
In addition, a new Battle Pass – which we’re definitely copping – includes Homer, Marge, Flanders, Blinky Fishstick, and Springfielder Peely. That Blinky Fishstick is a brilliantly deep reference.
The Battle Pass also includes the release’s first Sidekick, Peels, as announced earlier in the week.
And if that’s not enough Fortnite x The Simspons content, new mini-episodes will be debuting in-game right throughout the season, with Apocalypse D’Oh out now.

This being Fortnite, more surprises will roll out throughout the month, with a Bart Simpson bundle already available in the Item Shop and Krusty the Clown to follow. We’re going to spend so many V-Bucks.
