Still not up in Sweden, redownloaded the app to make it force a clean sign in but no luck. What a joke, and has been for weeks.
If my purchase of a few games and loads of DLC since it went down waaaay back doesn't give me the coins it should, I'm done with this.

@LordFunkalot In game, at the selection map cafe, garage etc. Go up to the leftupmost corner of the screen, press GT to open GT Menu, Options, Sound Volume:
Here you can choose Race sound (BGM means background music) so you can mix and match how you want the game to behave. Check if Race BGM is off if so, set it to ON for music during races.

I just claimed my 1 million for guessing right on Lexus in Manufacturers Cup and the 2 tickets for watching both streams, so far so good. But it's annoying when you have all 505 cars and the tickets give you 2 cars you already own, fine you think, just sell them. Yeah right, now I got like 50% of their values, on 2 brand new cars that I just got!! Polyphony Digital should make the game check owned cars first and ASK if you want another of that same car or the actual value for a brand new car.
I love GT7 but this moneyfarming crap they drag us through must be stopped! Remove useless spareparts and double cars and always 5 or 10K on the tickets and the game would be near perfect. And more tracks of course, I know Eiger Norwand is coming, but more tracks!!

This looks great, I have to check this out at release.

It's also summer, people tend to go outside and numbers will increase in a couple of months. Same thing happens every year for every game.

Everytime I read "white protagonist" I think I will start writing "black protagonist" and so on in my comments about other games and see how long it takes before I'm called racist...

Those "white protagonist" reviews should been called out for being woke and racist but no one dared. Sad thing really.
I think it was a solid 8 and would love a sequel! And yes it was a 8, that is why we all still talks about the game, 6 or less and it would have been forgotten in my opinion.

I totally get what you are saying, but you also have the ability to "trivialize" those bosses by using gear to make you more or less immune against their primary attacks, and that's one thing many gamers seem to forget about From Software games!
You can't beat every single endboss with your prefered cookiecutterbuild, you also need to adapt a little to the current situation. Same in this DLC as far as I got. I had to put on my best "antifire-setup" to beat the fire-miniboss in the starting field and after that it was back to my prefered gear, for a while at least.

The problem with many games of today is the spongy neverending lifebar bosses. I can understand that is putting people off.
But Erdtree DLC is pretty much on par with Elden Ring endgame, just as I expected.
But this is a he same way Nioh 1 was treated "it's to hard with double bosses" that many reviewer's complained about, but it was actually a pretty well balanced game if you gave it enough time. 🤷😎

@Logonogo The dlc is indeed great. I only played 2.5 hours and now it's time to celebrate Midsommar (midsummer) here in Sweden ☀️😎🍻 so probably too hungover tomorrow to play, but inital impression is that it will be a great addon. I love the color palette of the Land Of Shadows!

@Blofse You pretty much summed up my concerns. I can just agree. Still don't like the intrusion in stuff like my game collection.

The Horizon game that came with my PSVR2 was a boring climbing simulator. But I love using it frequently with GT7 and No Mans Sky.
I have alot of games for it but every time I put on the headset I seem to gravitate towards those two games for some reason. I love my VR but I hate games that feel more like a workout than actual gaming immersion 🤣

Just read an article on another site that said M$ is adding AI to all their games, starting with Minecraft. The AI is supposed to help the player but I can't stop wondering how much data it will collect from our systems.
I will never ever install any game that collect AI data in the background. I rather just go back to my Amiga 500 and PS3/PS4 that I can play offline.
I can't understand how everyone seems ok with AI without any rules attached to it, It's intrusive af right now and it will destroy all our privacy within a few years if no laws are controlling this trial and error way to approach AI that is the current model.
And for us gamers, it seem to start with Minecraft, just so you know. 👀🤷

But I agree, I have heard so much negative things about No Man's Sky, Nioh 1+2, Rise Of Ronin, Horizon FW and so on here and on another forums but I just gave up and shut of my brain for most haters. If you like/love a game, comment about the good stuff you like with games, only way to fight the haters tbh.

@Fudo Yeah, that sounded elitist by the reviewer. Guess he was afraid to change up his build too much to work with the new weapons?! My *****'s Stars build is running circles around any Lordsword Greatsword build I can make, so it's all about using the runes most efficient for the build you want to make, I'm sure the new weapons will be great with the right setup.

HDR and VRR are two separate settings both on your TV and on the PS5. You can have HDR on and VRR off without problems...
HDR are manipulating the colors to give you the feel for more natural lightning on the graphics while VRR (if your TV is a 120 HZ tv and supports it) takes a 40+ fps game and runs it in 120 hz.
So, you should ask @Contimaloris if he/she has a 120 Hz TV and if so, activate 120Hz Mode on it together with VRR in the PS5 settings. If he/she doesn't play Elden Ring on a PS4 that is, then you should suggest to play it on a PS5 instead

@djlard I'm with you, if the bossfights are tuned for co-op, usually that's too hard for most singleplayers to beat. So I'm not very happy about this, as I'm playing all my games solo 100%.

@Rich33 That's strange, nothing I experience on my PS5 (OG /Discdrive dayone version).
Maybe they released a VRR patch along the way so my TV kicked into 120Hz mode?? I don't know but I have very stable FPS when I play, nothing that distract me graphically when I'm playing the game.

@Rich33 Tried it in performance mode ? I think that will sort out most of your problems to be fair.

@Rich33 So have you actually played it or did you just have it on your wishlist until 1.50? And "I have never had a problem" is kinda true in my experience. The few things that I had a "small" issue with was fixed by all patches released. Works great for me on my PS5!

I just hope you guys at Push Square will be as nitpicky when reviewing this game as you were with Rise Of Ronin so we the readers can start to learn what way you see these games. Right now the reviews are all over the map, doesn't makes sense to me. As you been hyping up this game since day one I guess it will get 10/10 but will it REALLY be a 10??!!
Personally it seems like a bossfight marathon without real levels inbetween, but I haven't played it, just seen the PS showcases...

@The_Pixel_King I bought the game on last Christmas sale. I ended up with playing it for 6-8 weeks nonstop. I beat every single boss and explored every inch of the map, dungeons, extra bosses and all. Worth every Swedish crown/euro/dollar/pound it cost.
Play the game, enjoy it. And check on youtube if you get stuck 😉🦾😎✌️ You will love Elden Ring if you give it time! 🥰

The summoning pool functions are great. I hope the unnamed improvements are pre-dlc adjustments.

I played Rise Of The Ronin on hardest difficulty from day one. Platinumed it in 6 days and played through most of the story on Midnight difficulty when I unlocked it.

I think all the focus on Pc games has put PS5 games as a second priority and made the few games released on the PS5 more buggy. I think Playstation has forgot who made them successful in their chase for quick cash.

TDLR: If a game like Diablo 2 or God of War /Horizon made you farm for hundreds of hours to change every value on your gear so you could "use tempering". Would you like it? or would you think the lazy developers made bad loot to begin with?
Support D4 and you will get more "lazy loot" in future games and you can only blame yourself in the end.

D4 team say they add pits to help leveleling, but next they say you need to be 90-100 for pits. How did that help leveling?

They say the remove the need to farm helltide over and over until you die of boredom, next they say they upgraded helltides so you will have more fun farming them over and over...

Now they say it will be easier to get Uber Uniques (spelling?), but no % is given, just that after you farm materials over and over and over, use tempering over and over and over, and you run helltides over and over and over, you can now run the new pits over and over and over... But when do I get the chance for Ubers? Noone I know even saw one on PTR?

Still the same bullcrap from developers to spend our hard earned cash to waste 100s of hours without getting anything (like fun gameplay + feeling of progress) back.
They want us to farm over and over again because these guys don't get it - what actually made D2 great to begin with.
The powerfantasy!! You find items that instantly makes you stronger and faster, kiling even more monsters on new cool ways. Simple as that.

Now they want you to spend 100 of hours farming loot, break it down into mats, more hours "tempering" just so you can can do thst loop over and over.
F*ck tempering, I want to spend 90% of the gametime killing monsters. And why does noone ask them why they scam people calling the game Diablo 4 when Diablo isn't even mentioned in it??!!
Why are everyone so gullible??!! It's crazy to be honest.

Don't complain if games gets worse and worse if you support "new loot systems" as a selling point for new gamepatches.
