@Northern_munkey Same experience here. The monday patch removed ALOT of my resistances but now after yesterdays patch everything seems to work as intended again. And I hope they release the next contentpatch soon so I can try level a druid and see if it's easier and more smooth than the grind that I had for my first 6 characters I leveled up so far.

Actually we got 0.1.1 a few days ago (monday) and 0.1.2 today that activates 0.1.1 🍻😉

@ChrisDeku They did say that. This was no Push Square rumoured interview or something like that. They did the interview for a swedish buisness magazine that covers economical news and I got to read it through my bankclient, used for shares, trading and so on.

They removed the Deluxe Edition and said all who bought the game on releaseday should get the first of the two expansions for free. So this is that one they meant then?
I look forward to the game, cautiously optimistic it will turn out fine. I loved all AC games from Origins to Valhalla (I know, not what you should think around here) but I love the Samurai theme and AC games in general so I'm 99% this will be day one for me.

@Northern_munkey I see how you mean, but no, I still think TR is to much like modern Uncharted. Tomb Raider back in my youth was completley different as I see it. Now it's just a "wanna be uncharted".

@Stragen8 Sony has a strategy to never compete with themselves. And Tomb Raider is to much like Uncharted overall so that wouldn't Sony even consider to do. Just like they canned Days Gone (*****) as it was "too like Last Of Us games"...

I still play PoE2 Early Access, as I have done 98% of my gaming time since 6th dec when it released and I do my daily GT7 races for tickets and credits.
I just realised I got over 230 hours in PoE2 despite I haven't played at all during the christmas holidays. Guess I got bit by the PoE bug.

@twitchtvpat Driveclub was nothing like GT7, have you played those games? Try drift in either game for example... Night and day difference...

I was longing for a new Dark Souls / Elden Ring game (mainly Bloodborne) but this I have to give a hard pass.
Co-op and multiplayer is a big no no for me and even if we can play this as single player we all now were the focus is. And it ain't on the single player part...

Doesn't Ubisoft have troubles enough?! Releasing a timed-Far Cry? Those games has always been big, bombastic action adventures that you can go all guns blazing or, like myself, take out enemy camp with 100% stealth.
But playing it with a timer? Not even Hitman is stupid enough do to anything like that. And that would at least make sense, theme-wise. Seems Ubi doesn't want my money then, I guess they are happy with their current economical state...
If it was a spin-off ok. But to do a total makeover of an establish gameseries sounds awfully dumb in my opinion.

It's like the Dark Souls games, those aren't "sequals" per se. More like standalone games within the same universe. It will be the same for Elden Ring. They already stated in an earlier interview that they want to do a ER game set about 1000 or so years before Elden Ring (1).

This studio was founded by 2 young programmers from my little city up here in northern Sweden. I'm proud and impressed how far their dreams have taken them with Helldivers I & II. They are proof that you don't need to start out big in order to succeed in the long run. May Helldivers prosper for them for years to come.

Best sound design and best music at Gameawards 2025 just must go to Path Of Exile 2. I'm calling it now. It's just excellent.

I don't think in politic terms like you seem to do. If I'm wrong and a game turns out to be pure poo, I'm the first to admit it.
Lighten up and let some hope get into your life. You'll be surprised how often things turn out better if you have a little positive attitude/hope and don't see everything in black.
I get it's cool to hate on Sony and their games, including Concorde and Naughty Dog's releases, but don't ever think I get into that trend. I dream of cool, fun games like in the PS4 era, the best for me personally so far. I'm 56 but I hope to live the day Playstation get their ***** together and releases BB remake and Bloodborne II. As I said, I live on hope that great games will arrive every month, year etc.

@mkr That was the Uncharted one they ended up refusing to do so Sony let them make an original I.P instead. (Rumors say its a new Syphon Filter game)

And I hope they make another one for PSVR(2). I loved playing Borderlands 2 on my PSVR1. Or they can simply remaster it for PSVR2 and the new controllers, that would be awesome!

@Veritas7Ax I played Borderlands before, I own them all, but "back in the days" they always mentioned the campaign in some way. So this wording made me worried they ditched it this time.

Edit: According to Eurogamer it's solo+co-op so I hope that's true. I will buy this in 2-3 years when the "ultimate complete collection"-version releases so I don't need to jump back in every 6 months and forgot the controls rofl.

@GeeEssEff Good to hear it's better now. But if you have a router you might consider turn it off a minute or two, and then restart it "fresh".
That is something must of us forget to do on a regular basis, and that can solve hiccups like laggy games and so on. Worth a try right?!

@GeeEssEff I have had a really smooth ride since day 2. No lag at all actually apart from once, but that was GGG releasing a patch that I had to download and after that everything was perfect again. You might need to change server if you get a laggy experience.

@ZeroSum D4 was down for 12 hours at launch, chill .... It's only just under 2 hours late for PoE2 so far. WE all knew this would happen with over 1 million people login at the same time.

Edit: Optional view on this: Got my friend here that started PoE1 this summer and he says "I think it's better to get in early on PoE2 EA and learn the game from the groundup, before the game gets too bloated in a year or 2 with too much to learn as a new player".

@RiverGenie Excellent summary that 100% is the case in every Early Access, no matther what game. I just want to add one thing, GGG have promised no serverwipes of characters during EA. Whatever changes they make you can keep playing, but you might need to get new gear if they nerf something broken/totally OP.
