@Vaako007 Ah, I never seen that in my movies. I own 30-40 4K movies, mostly collectoreditions and steelbooks. Guess swedes ain't a market for digital yet (thank god).

I love AstroBot! I love free dlc. I hate dlc that adds trophies to my 100% Platinum'd games! I hate "speedtrials" - too old for that *****. Not sure how to feel about this news to be honest.

@Corc11 Yeah, Of course I meant the word is that"Playstation consoles from now on will have the addon discdrive". I think it was Mark Cerny who said it during some techinterview. That way Sony can hold down the productioncosts but still sell the drive to those who wants it, somethng like that.

@elfoam No discrot here. First cd's from 1985 up to recent, Dvd's from 1998ish and forward. Everything works just fine. I have a bunch of PS3 games too and everytime I boot them up they seem to work just fine. But discrot is a thing for sure. I know a former work mate that bought Baldurs Gate 1 & 2 on PC at release and those disc's just doesn't work anymore. He can play like 15% of the game(s) before he get's a 'read error'. Not fun.
You can actually see the miscoloring on the discs with the bare eye.

@Dr_ENT Exactly, I don't get that anyone thinking of buying a Pro is buying any games before it is released and the games are patched. I just save the money and it will surely be cheaper when the Pro finally arrives.

@Jrs1 I don't keep them for the value. I can watch movies that you can't find on torrent or streamservices... The blockbusters will always be around, but not the little independent stuff.

@Pranwell I consume many things digitally like Netflix, Spotify and so on, but I bought over 50 metal/hard rock cd's so far this year and around 100 movies on bluray/4k discs. Something special to open them up and check them out before watching them ,or in the CD case, read the lyrics inside
Edit: Aaaand, I can use them even if my network goes down... I can be without internet for ages and never have a boring time.

Isn't it already more or less confirmed that the addon discdrive for the "slim" is the same as for the upcoming Pro? Or did I just dream that up?!

I'm starting to loose hope on this, sell Bungie and use the money to make Bloodborne Remake and Bloodborne II, and make a new Astrobot for PSVR2, that would make me happy, not all these BB rumours, Bungie drama or live service crap, Sony is soo lost at the moment. And where is Days Gone II??!!

Was about to buy the game yesterday when I noticed I can play it for free through PS Plus Premium, weee. Only played the first battles but a great game so far.

@CVCubbington Yeah, as I was sitting waiting for my appointment my eyes fell on that medical magazine on the table. Some swedish research magazine, don't remember the name, but after a few pages I found this article "Why does Virtual Reality" make some people nauseous and some not"
And it was pointing to some "damage" in the middle ear. Was a lot of medical terms I can never repeat, but that was the main point. I found it great they actually seem to make some research about the problem at least.

@nessisonett I have two friends that played my PSVR1 for like 2 minutes and was green in the face and ready to puke, but they play Beat Saber, GT7, Walking Dead and Resident Evil without problems on the PSVR2. So it must be the updated screens in the headset I guess. Better framerates and so on..

@nessisonett Still feel ill on PSVR2? That sucks, but you should go check your ears, I read an article at the doctor's waitingroom that the balance part of the ear is the main factor for illness in VR.
If that is true, I hope they can make some "medicine" so everyone can enjoy VR.

If something sounds too good, it's usually too good. They lure you in, but nothing is truly free in life apart from the air you breath, so far at least. They will find a way to make you pay even more longterm but they hope you'lll never notice it.
Paying a "little" every month for rest of your life or buy a game and own it? Depends if you want to replay games, and I know I love that the older I get. You might be different, just saying.

@Northern_munkey @Northern_munkey Last patch is 1.48 But anyway, I own the Fanatec DD Extreme base / GT7 wheel and went from my Thustmaster (beltdriven) T300RS GT and it's a MUCH better experience on my new setup!!
But if I crank up FFB to max both on wheel and ingame (GT7) it doesn't feel good. I think I have 5 or 6 in Fanatec software and max ingame and it feels fiiiiine.
And the Direct Drive part, well, I should have not waited until 2024 if I had knew it can be this smooth and fun to drive with DD. I love my new setup!!! I could go on about my pedals an shifter but I wont. But same happy feeling.
But hey, that's just me and how I feel. No Pro driver or nothing, just a boomer with too much money to spare at the moment.

The important thing is, Fanatec is going through some real turmoil at the moment. The founder and former CEO got sacked and claims some "infiltrated" his company just to make it possible for Corsair to buy them and he in return is now teaming up with outside investors (some chinese that I don't like the idea off) but it's a struggle internally it seems.
I ordered beginning June and got all my stuff shortly after but as you are in the U.K it should be fine, seems their american and asian departments doesn't send anything since last Black Friday!!..
One final tip for you, only order things that are in stock! If one single item is comin at a later date, the ENTIRE order will be held to that date. Just so you know.

I solved it, I turned off my phone for a minute, had to login (again) and now it works, Loads of points so I will doublecheck later if they got everything covered.
So try on/off with your phone if you still got problem like I did.
