@RobynAlecksys it’s usually the only way I can get a new game without the wife b*#%&ing 🤣 I figure a $1 per hour is worth my time so if I can get 30 hours out of Spider-Man 2 and sell it next week for $40-$50 after beating it then whatever 🤷‍♂️ I can put that towards a used copy of AC: Mirage or something then resell that.. it’s a nice cycle.. I have 100s of digital games.. just switched back to physical w my PS5

Get ready for the “Blah Blah I Hate Fortnite” bit from people.. I actually think it’s pretty cool seeing as I never played the original but I LOVED Control.. I pick up FN once a month to check out the battle pass.. will definitely check this out before looking into this game

For people without internet I believe you can put the update on a USB at a friends house then install it directly onto your PS5 without internet.. Don’t quote me on that

Unpopular opinion.. as pretty as this game is, I played all of 30mins and couldn’t get into it.. it felt clunky like the PS3 game it is.. I never played the original so nostalgia wasn’t a thing for me..

Played a few iOS games recently dealing with ants and the micro transactions are mind numbing.. if there’s one single micro transaction in the game then it’s a bust

Meh.. I’m ******** deep in my first run through of Cyberpunk.. don’t think I’ll be jumping to play a kiddy game right afterwards.. it’s definitely high on my list though as I loved the first 2 games..

I’m just not too excited to swing around the same city for another 20+ hours.. New York is so overplayed and overused in all forms of media to the point where it’s sickening..

Man I bought Commandos 2 about a year ago because that was one of the big games my uncle and I played before he died.. graphics/controls didn’t hold up too well.. I didn’t expect to be excited randomly at 12:34am.. thanks for the heads up!

I apparently had been playing the game glitched out for hours, as I thought it was part of the story.. my screen/map was ‘glitchy’ and wobbly.. thankfully someone found a way to fix it by doing a quest involving Brenden (a coffee machine) and fast traveling/skipping time.. fixed it no problem

I did about an hour of the demo last November but decided to wait until it was completed to actually start it.. 11 hours in so far and I’m having a blast now that I’m starting to understand more of the complex systems and playstyles.. almost put it down again 4 hours into it because it was so overwhelming.. glad i stuck in there tho.. look forward to my next 100+ hours THEN the DLC.. can’t play again til the weekend though, stupid job and family!!! J-K!! I’m hyped tho

Perfect timing.. my Ford plant goes on strike next Friday, so I’ll have plenty of time to get enthralled with this game.. only played the 2 hour demo for an hour last year.. my daughter almost walked in on an abnormally giant animated penis 😅 so I put it down planning to pick it back up during her school hours and never did.. I’m pumped tho!

I really hate my brain for seeing ‘top-down turn-based’ games and instantly being disinterested.. same thing with anime.. I’m honestly jealous for you normal people yet I’m also super hyped that so many people are having a blast with this game.. maybe one day I’ll be normal.. until then HAVE FUN fellow gamers!

@Pranwell I’m one of those gamers who LIKE the looter/shooters.. aside from Mortal Kombat I’m mainly an RPG focused person ie God of War Assassins Creed Far Cry.. not into racing games, sports games, anime, platformers, army types, or top down games like soul caliber..

My main course is 3D Zelda types.. but with Spider-Man, Cyberpunk, Alan Wake coming soon I’ll no longer be bored.. hopefully lol

Like others have stated, I did the right thing by waiting.. almost pulled the trigger on it a few months ago due to no backlog (an idle PlayStation is just a piece of furniture).. but the day before I got paid I saw news about 2.0 and DLC so I’ve been more than ready.. September is all Mortal Kombat and Cyberpunk for me.. but ffs I hope 2.0 gets here soon cuz I have an RPG itch that really needs to be scratched

Been holding out since day one.. played the demo at Christmas family dinner last year and thankfully all the kids were outside playing when the big knee knocker phallus popped up lmao my whole family was rolling laughing at the randomness of it.. can’t wait for a real and full play through.. itching for a new RPG hope it’s worth the wait!

I miss the good ol days when you could unlock cool outfits by just playing the game.. but I’m not hating.. I’m a Ubi fan and they give you 2000 Helix Credits every time to start.. I usually just get a cool mount or something with it.. and like with AC Valhalla, they give away individual paid set pieces for certain missions.. don’t see why anyone WOULDNT play because of optional DLC

I beat this game 3 times 10+ years ago.. I know the story front and back.. I don’t see why others who have beaten it multiple times are complaining.. it was a great game but ffs these remakes are getting annoying.. I’d rather play NEW games with NEW stories but I guess that’s just me.. I’ll sit back and watch people cry for silly reasons 🤷‍♂️

I was hoping that with MK1 on modern gen would include a ton of characters included in-game.. MK Armageddon is still one of my favorites due to the huge roster.. second to that I was really hoping for an RPG Shaolin Monks-type successor.. lookin like just a prettier version of MK11 so far minus the Krypt (which has been a staple for years).. I might pass on this one for the first time ever on a MK release

@Hyena_socks your system must be faulty.. my Ps5 lives in sleep mode and has since I bought it (besides the few times bad storms were coming then I turned it off).. never had a problem with crashing.. I may have to restart my game sometimes but that’s a small price to pay for convenience

Imo the game doesn’t look very good.. the animations are super clunky and looks more like a PS3 game.. on top of a required internet connection.. gonna flop 🐟
