Hope this launches in a better state than TDU2 did. The online was a mess.

As a PS5 owner who just bought PS4 Ghost of Tsushima less than 3 weeks ago before this was announced, I’m put off by this whole situation. The game runs fantastic on PS5 already so I’ll just play that version until i’m done with it. I’ll probably get the dlc, but I’m not paying extra on top to upgrade to a PS5 version. I just don’t see the value.

Not sure why anybody is getting heated over this. Ive not seen anybody say anything good about this game since it’s original release. Go play literally anything else.

@YepYepYep It gives people the option to actually still buy a game that's been delisted for whatever reason? (E.g Transformers Devastation, Deadpool, Original Dragon Quest 11 with better graphics)

Allows people to access 1.00 versions of games that have had patches that make the game function worse (See Last Guardian on PS5)

Loan games to friends

Still have access to the games if you no longer have access to your account

Thanks for the heads up. I had Blasphemous on preorder but wasn't aware Spiritfarer was getting a physical release too.

Knowing EA, they will ***** this up by turning it into live service garbage.

edit: Also: By being banned by the service provider for literally anything they feel like at their discression?

I still have SNES, Megadrive and Gameboy carts that still function fine after 25+ years.

Gamepass is a weapon made to accelerate the forced death of physical game sales and I don't like it.

Getting Octopath Traveller vibes from the combat system. Looks interesting but we’ll have to see.

As for Gamepass, I don’t care. If I’m interested in a game, I’ll happily pay for it to actually own it.
