@gollumb82 Yeah the 5th palace seems to universally be the weakest one. I did not play the original but I've heard he's somehow harder in Royal. I kinda liked the theme of the 5th palace, has my least favorite song in the game, and the story arcs aren't bad but they are weak compared to other parts. The good thing though is that once you finish 5th palace the story picks up SIGNIFICANTLY and it is very much worth getting through because the next palace makes up for it in spades.

@RaZieLDaNtE Yeah Returnal will definitely question your skills as a gamer xD, I was joking with a friend and told em that if you've never gotten an AC-130 in COD multiplayer before it may not be for you haha.

And yessir MGS is so good as a series, I might even say that it's the best series in gaming. Five mainline games is no easy feat, and as ambiguous as that lore is to somehow make it cohesive is so impressive to me. Not to mention they're just plain fun! So many games have MGS in its DNA it's crazy, they really pioneered stealth in video games.

@1_W1NG3D_4NG3L Nice man! Makoto was one of my favorite additions to party despite how she snoops on you. I guess I like her character coming from being manipulated to a free thinking mind. Personally though Morgana remained my favorite throughout the story and 2nd favorite is actually the next person you meet. The 4th palace is my personal favorite in the game, just the music, themes, and story are A1. Definitely gotta let me know how you enjoy it. Btw the theme that plays in Leblanc is called Beneath the Mask if you ever wanna look it up.

@1_W1NG3D_4NG3L Haha same, I personally didn't level Yusuke up too much in my playthrough, although I did find the content of his confidant story interesting.

Yes the game definitely opens up around that time. It really amazed me how you can feel so deep in the game and they still have stuff to teach you and new mechanics. Another thing that amazes me is how much story depth is here. Some games could have the entire project revolve around just simply one of Persona 5's palaces. It always caught me off guard when they flash forward to the interrogation room because I would be so immersed in the present story that I forgot that my journey is heading to that moment. Brilliant game.

@Rob_230 Haha as you can probably tell from my picture I adore FF7, and I share same sentiments with your picture. They are both my number 1s, I can't choose which I like more!

Thanks for summaries, I unfortunately tried to play FF15 after playing FF7R and it just didn't click. I think I would've liked it though if I played around release. Haha I actually wanna play 13 despite all the hate I see around it, unfortunately it's only on PS3 gen. I'd love to see them put it in PS Now. But based off what you're saying I think I'm gonna go with 9 and 10, while keeping mild interest for 8 and 12.

@1_W1NG3D_4NG3L Your love is only going to grow my friend, the story is very good and the cast is just as strong. As you said the art style is absolutely brilliant, the entire menu ui from selecting items or viewing personas, to even purchasing weapons and meds from Iwai and Takemi. Just oozes with style, all of this combined with the incredible soundtrack.

It's funny because before playing Persona I thought I didn't like turn based combat, but I must say it's a different type of engagement compared to a DMC or Nier. Makes you think and strategize which I like a lot. I'm actually now looking to go back and play FFX for the first time.

@ItsATM Yeah I'm super excited for the next game. Thing I'm looking forward to most is how they push the title in a technical manner seeing that Persona 5 was developed to be able to run on PS3. So I imagine Persona 6 is gonna come out on PS4/PS5, hoping the hardware boost means something to making the game more interesting.
