Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 403

RaZieLDaNtE

@lolwhatno Hi there friend.
Days Gone. The PS4 exclusive that some people like to disdain, but secret love. Or at least I hope, since the game is great.
And on PS5, in glory 60 fps? Even better.
Really enjoyed the game on my base PS4 and will eventualy do a new game plus playtrough on PS5 and nab the Platinum trophy. Glad your enjoying it as well.
And yes, give Prey a try.
Cheers, stay safe and have a good one

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 403

RaZieLDaNtE

Hi there fellow gamers.
So yesterday I celebrated my PS5 first year, since November 19 was the launch date in Portugal, by playing some PS5 games, like Demon´s Souls, Returnal, Sackboy A Big Adventure, Devil May Cry 5 Special edition and Rachet and Clank Rift Apart.
Man, do I love Returnal. And my PS5. And the Dualsense.
Anyway, this weekend I´m going to play on PS5:

  • KOF XV. Going to lab some characters and hop online.
    Maybe @Voltan and @shonenjump86 would like to join for friendly bouts 👍
  • Rachet And Clank Rift Apart. Getting close to the end game, but have quite a few collectibles to, you know, collect;
    On PC, more Forza Horizon 5. Such a beautiful and fun game.
    And on Switch the fantastic Metroid Dread.
    I got the game on a Black Friday sale along two other games Switch games. Wich are still wraped in the plastic because I can´t seem to stop playing Metroid Dread. That game is GOOD!
    Cheers, stay safe everyone and happy gaming weekend to us all

Re: Sony Shares Huge List of PS Store Black Friday Offers, Starts Tomorrow

RaZieLDaNtE

@NateGoesLive @NielsNL Hey there friends.
Very nice list you guys have.
Returnal, Demon´s Souls, Tales of Arise and Death´s Door are some of the bests games in their respective genres.
Returnal being my personal GOTY.
Still need to survey 3 Biomes for the Platinum though.
I am quite curious with Psychonauts 2. Is it really that good?
And do you need to play the first because of of the story?
If the answer to the first is yes and to the second no, I´ll probably get it. Will see. So many games, so little time.....
Cheers, stay safe everyone and happy gaming to us all

Re: Sony Shares Huge List of PS Store Black Friday Offers, Starts Tomorrow

RaZieLDaNtE

Hi there fellow gamers.
So now, not only am I getting Deathloop, but also Guardians of the Galaxy on PS5, if they are both 50% off.
Besides of the other 3 Nintendo games I got yesterday from another black friday sale.....
Yeah, rip wallet alright. Wich also means even more games for the backlog.
What a good problem to have.
Cheers, stay safe good people and happy gaming to us all

Re: Sony's Black Friday Deals Focus on PS5, PS4's Biggest Blockbusters

RaZieLDaNtE

@lolwhatno Hey friend.
Channeling my inner Captain Holt: "Nice?! I´m not nice. I was never nice! You take that back" 😜 I love that show.
Always puts a smile on my face.
Jokes asside, thanks for the kind words 👍
As for Prey, it´s not the usual fps game were you shoot everything and everyone. It´s a game were exploration is key and you always have diferrent methods to either fight or avoid enemy encounters. It depends on the situation. Sometimes stealth is the best option. it is also one of the few games when even literal trash is useful for creating things in the game, wich is a huge mechanic is this game. You can transform any kind of materials into ammo, health, leveling points and even weapons.
The game is super unique in terms of gameplay. And creative.
And have to agree with @KayOL77. The opening of the game is fantastic. It grabs you right from the start.
Cheers, stay safe and have a good one

Re: Sony's Black Friday Deals Focus on PS5, PS4's Biggest Blockbusters

RaZieLDaNtE

Hi there fellow gamers.
Well, I guess I´m getting Deathloop then. There are quite a few black Friday deals in my country and I´ve decided to take a few.
Wich means less money in the wallet and more games for the backlog, Yay!
Oh and @lolwhatno Prey is a fantastic little gem of a game.
Like many have said, it as the unique Arkane open level formula. Means, if you see a path to something, you can probably get there, trough really good level design and the tools the game gives you. Also different ways to tackle different situations, enemy encounters and environment puzzles.
It also as different endigs as well. Pretty unique game.
Hope it helps your decision.
Cheers, stay safe everyone and happy gaming to us all

Re: Talking Point: What Were the Best PS5, PS4 Hidden Gems of 2021?

RaZieLDaNtE

@Tsushima @KippDynamite Hi there friends.
I also played, finished and got the secret ending of that game called Returnal. It´s quite a good game isn´t it?
Shame that it is so hidden from the audience that it failed to be nominated for GOTY this year....
But it will always be my GOTY of 2021.
Amazing game in every way!
Cheers, stay safe and both of you have a good one

Re: Poll: What Game Will Win at The Game Awards 2021?

RaZieLDaNtE

@Telekill Hi there friend.
A person with great taste I see.
That trilogy will forever be one of the most amazing and ambitious gaming sagas of all time.
That is why I´m actualy excited for the new Mass Effect game.
I just want more space exploring, galaxy saving, villain weapon and power shooting and romance/bromance with great squad members. That´s not to much to ask, is it?
Cheers, stay safe and have a good one

Re: Poll: What Game Will Win at The Game Awards 2021?

RaZieLDaNtE

Hi there fellow gamers.
out of those I think it will be between Metroid Dread and Rachet and Clank Rift Apart..... And Deathloop.
One is the return of a beloved Nintendo franchise in the right way and the other is a power showcase of what the PS5 can do. And Deathloop. Wich is a great game in it´s own way.
But we all know wich game wins don´t we?
It´s RETURNAL, obviously. And Forza Horizon 5.
And there you have it.
Cheers, stay safe and happy gaming to us all

Re: Remember Outriders? It's Getting a Big Free Update This Week

RaZieLDaNtE

Hi there fellow gamers.
A nice free update, that´s what we like and enjoy.
I really enjoyed playing the game when it lauched, both solo and co-op play. The powers were awesome, the loot was good and when it worked, it was a lot of fun. Doing teleports and shooting in the back with a shotgun, trapping enemies in a time buble and temporal blade slicing them in slow motion never stoped being fun. Then I got to the end game expeditions and I kinda got bored. But the new update seems cool. And there is a new expassion coming, so maybe I´ll shoot, slice and loot once more.
Cheers, stay safe good people and happy gaming to us all

Re: Happy Chaos Goes Guns Blazing in Guilty Gear Strive, Out 30th November

RaZieLDaNtE

Hi there fellow gamers.
So I was right, it is Happy Chaos.
And from what I saw in the trailer, he is going to be kinda nuts to play with and against it.
@Voltan you are right my friend, Jack-O plays completely different from her Xrd version. But she is still very much anoying and a pain to fight against in Strive 😜
Has for Happy Chaos, he might actualy have a similar playstyle with Elphelt with his gun. But those clones of his are going to be a problem, I can already feel it......
Cheers, stay safe and happy chaos, I mean gaming to us all

Re: Poll: What's Your Favourite PS5 Game So Far?

RaZieLDaNtE

@TheDudeElDuderino Hi there dude and thanks for the reply.
I tryed my best 😉
I probably could have mentioned Tales of Arise and DMC 5 Special Edition, both great as well, but they are multiplatform games, so there is that.
Some people tend to complain, but I tend to apreciate what I have as much as possible. Just the kind of man I am.
Cheers, stay safe and have a good one my dude

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 402

RaZieLDaNtE

Hi there fellow gamers.
After finally finishing the great Tales of Arise on PS5, I´ve decided to go back to another great game called Rachet and Clank Rift Apart, PS5 exclusive extraordinaire.
I really enjoyed my time with ToA.
My favourite Tales of cast of all of them and that is saying something.
Also the ending was nice. Just wish the "main antagonist" was more interesting. But that´s just me personaly.
Overall, one of the Best JRPGs. Fully recomend to rpg fans.
So this weekend is going to be RC Rift Apart on PS5, maybe some GG Strive online and Forza Horizon 5 on PC.
Oh, and for those lucky few who got access to the Elden Ring Network Test, enjoy it. From the videos I´ve seen, the full game is going to be so much fun. Especialy a magic build. Can´t wait.
Cheers, stay safe everyone and happy gaming weekend to us all

Re: Feature: PS5 Report Card - How Is It After One Year?

RaZieLDaNtE

Hi there fellow gamers.
I´m quite happy and content with my PS5.
There´s not many exclusives, but they are absolutely great.
Some PS4 to PS5 upgrade games are also good to have.
Even the PS4 games that just run and perform better on PS5 are a must to see and play.
Then there´s that beautiful SSD that makes loadings a thing of the past. Quite literaly with some games. Like no loading at all.
And the peripheral that connects us with the machine itself and those fantastic games we play, The Awesome DualSense.
I cannot praise that controller enough.
Certain games just become completely "Alive" in my hands.
It is such a difference from other controllers.
The way you can feel the rain droplets in Returnal.
How you can feel the different terrains in Astro´s Playroom.
The tension and feedback you feel of the weapons in RC Rift Apart.
How you can actualy feel wich body part you were shot with an arrow in Demon´s Souls.
So many examples of really good DualSense implementation and I can´t wait so this in Horizon FW, GT7 and GOW Ragnarök.
And the many other PS5 titles will be getting over the years.
So yeah, I am quite happy with my PS5 overall.
Cheers, stay safe good people and happy PS5 gaming to us all

Re: Poll: What's Your Favourite PS5 Game So Far?

RaZieLDaNtE

Hi there fellow gamers.
My three favourite PS5 exclusive games are as follows:

  • Returnal. My personal GOTY. That game is soooo good;
  • Astro´s Playroom. A beautiful Playstation tribute game;
  • Demon´s Souls. Another great PS5 and Dualsense game.
    As for PS4/PS5 games, those are:
  • Ghost of Tsushima. That game will never not be my GOTY;
  • Spiderman Miles Morales. An "Amazing" superhero game;
  • Sackboy A Big Adventure. One the best 3D platformers on PS.
    I am currently playing, and enjoying a lot by the way,
    Rachet and Clank Rift Apart. It´s my very first RC game and iit is one of the prettiest games I´ve played.
    Also great Dualsense implementation 👍
    Some really good games overall.
    Glad to have experienced them.
    Cheers, stay safe everyone and happy PS5/PS4 gaming to us all

Re: Best Final Fantasy Games

RaZieLDaNtE

@themightyant Right there with you friend.
Uematsu san did magic with the Snes chip.
"Thanks for the trip down memory lane" Your welcome 😉
Oh, I have checked that youtube channel you mentiones, and lo and behold, she did an amazing piece on Dacing Mad.
Thank you for sharing, apreciated.
Cheers, stay safe and happy gaming music to us all

Re: Best Final Fantasy Games

RaZieLDaNtE

@themightyant You are absolutely right on the money.
That´s why FF VI blew me away at the time.
I actualy replayed the game like six years ago on PS and man, does the game holds up in everything.
The Opera House was great because a certain character learns what it´s like to be human and to express emotions.
But the scenes in The phantom train with Cyan and a certain attempted suicide of a major character.......
You know the ones. Heartbreaking stuff.
Oh and the Final Boss Dancing Mad?
I don´t know what anyone says anout how good One Winged Angel is, because it is, But Dancing Mad?
That´s Nobuo Uematsus Masterpiece right there.
I don´t know how to put links in this coment, so I´ll do it the old fashioned way: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JbXVNKtmWnc
Also, I just have to put this comment I saw:
"Sephiroth: Final Fantasy's most Iconic villain.
He attempted to eradicate the entire world.
Kefka: Final Fantasy's most successful villain. He succeeded."
Always good to find another fan of this stuff.
Cheers, stay safe and all the best.

Re: Best Final Fantasy Games

RaZieLDaNtE

@themightyant I love FF XIII and XIII-2 battle system. At first i played in auto on PS3 and it was still fun.
But once I changed to manual on PC, it just became even better. My list kinda reflects my memories and feelings of said games and have more "nostalgia" for some than others.
Also, having different favourites it´s what makes this so interesting.
FF VI blew me away when I was a kid. My second FF game.
FF VIII entrance with the love story and CGI.
FF Tactics War of the Lion was so different and challenging.
Final Fantasy games will always be special to JRPG fans.
But maybe they should drop the "Final" in the tittle though 😜
Cheers, stay safe and all the best

Re: Best Final Fantasy Games

RaZieLDaNtE

@themightyant Hi there friend.
I did played FF XII, I kinda forgotten about it.
Shows how much I liked that game 😉
But I edited my list, so thanks for that.
And as for FF XIII, I actualy did enjoyed the game more than most.
Sure the story is not the best, nor are the characters.
But it has one of the most different battle systems and quite fun and challenging once you play in manual mode and it has my favourite OST in a FF game.
I said it was a strange list 😜
Cheers, stay safe and have a good one

Re: Poll: What Review Score Would You Give Tales of Arise?

RaZieLDaNtE

@ATaco Hi there friend.
From what I´ve played so far, I would place this game above all of the others, but that´s just me.
My other favourite Tales of games are:

  • Tales of Xillia;
  • Tales of the Abyss;
  • Tales of Graces;
  • Tales of Eternia;
  • Tales of Vesperia;
  • Tales of Symphonia;
  • Tales of Phantasia;
  • Tales of Destiny;
  • Tales of Zesteria.
    Quite a few.
    Didn´t play the others though, so can´t say anything about them.
    They also span many different gaming platforms like PSone, Game Cube, Xbox 360, PSP, 3DS, PS3 and PC.
    Cheers, stay safe and have a good one

Re: Poll: What Review Score Would You Give Tales of Arise?

RaZieLDaNtE

Hi there fellow gamers.
Since I haven´t finished the game I can´t give a full score, but so far
it´s definitely a 9 for me.
The story is pretty interesting, the combat is great, the world beautifull and the characters are awesome.
I have 50 hours or so and there is still a lot to do.
Story wise not sure, might be close to the end.
I think this might become my favourite Tales of game.
We´ll see once I finish.
Cheers, stay safe nakama da and happy gaming to us all

Re: Best Final Fantasy Games

RaZieLDaNtE

Hi there fellow gamers.
Interesting poll results, with the number 1 being the usual suspect I guess.
FFVII is good, but not that good, in my opinion. It´s just the most famous that´s all. But if people love, that´s great.
My list is quite diferent and I didn´t play all of them, so it goes something like this:

  • FF VI;
  • FF XIII;
  • FF IV;
  • FF VIII;
  • FF XIII-2;
  • Crisis Core FF VII;
  • FF Tactics War of the Lion;
  • FF VII;
  • FF X;
  • FF VII Remake;
  • FF XV;
  • FF IX;
  • FF Type 0 HD;
  • FF III;
  • Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII;
  • FF XII.
    Didn´t play XI nor XIV because they are online games.
    Also didn´t play any of the Dissidia games.
    Weird list, but it´s mine 😉
    Cheers, stay safe everyone and happy JRPG gaming to us all

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 395

RaZieLDaNtE

@Miketimothy820 Hey there friend.
You´ve finish Tales of Arise already? Man, I´m still in the begining of Act 2 of the game......
Metroid Dread is so good. A real treat to all side scroller fans.
And yeah, as much as I want to play Deathloop, It´s going to have to wait until I finish Arise...... And maybe Platinum......
And your welcome.
Cheers, stay safe, stay well and all the best

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 397

RaZieLDaNtE

@Col_McCafferty Hi there friend. Long time, hope your well.
Control is a really good third person shooter game.
One of the best in my opinion.
As for when The Foundation DLC start you must first complete the main storyline of the game. Then the first mission of the DLC will begin.
For The AWE DLC, I highly recomend you finish The Foundation first. And if you can, play Alan Wake Remaster before as well.
Not only it´s a good game but it will also give you more context for the AWE DLC. Hope it helps.
Cheers, stay safe and have a good one

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 397

RaZieLDaNtE

Hi there fellow gamers.
This weekend is going to be more Tales of Arise on PS5.
Loving the game a lot more than I was expecting.
I´m now on act 2, have a new anime intro and more questions than ever. Now I need to find a boat. Yes, a boat. Don´t ask.
Also, a game I didn´t think it would exist and I´m super glad it does called Metroid Dread on Nintendo Switch.
Kinda makes the wait for Metroid Prime 4 more bearable 😜
And maybe more Kena on PC. Lovely old school game.
Cheers, stay safe folks and happy gaming weekend to us all

Re: A Big PlayStation Remake Is to Be Announced This December, Says Irish Artist AVA

RaZieLDaNtE

@UnlimitedSevens
It really is a strong name 😉
And David Hayter is the only voice of Solid Snake. At least the English one. Just like Akio Otsuka is the Japanese voice for him.
All the cast were phenomenal in MGS.
But David Hayter knock it out of the park.
Man I want that Remake so bad now.
Why are they giving me hope.....
Oh well 😜
We can dream.
Always great to find another MGS fan.
Cheers man

Re: A Big PlayStation Remake Is to Be Announced This December, Says Irish Artist AVA

RaZieLDaNtE

@UnlimitedSevens Hey friend.
A man of good taste I see 👍
Both Chrono Cross and Metal gear Solid were amazing PSone games.
I loved the twist Masato Kato did in Chrono Cross.
Blew me away when I was a kid.
MGS was, is and will always be my number one videogame franchise, followed by Mass Effect and the Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver series.
Games that left me such an impression, that to this day I still think about them and play them every once in a while.
Everyone can be Comander Shepard, Raziel is such an intriguing and tragic figure and Solid Snake Blew me away when he said to Otacon is real name. Because it´s my name to 😉
This is why some remakes are so wanted.
These games were absolutely phenomenal.
Cheers, stay safe and all the best

Re: A Big PlayStation Remake Is to Be Announced This December, Says Irish Artist AVA

RaZieLDaNtE

@CobraKaiGuy Hi there friend.
That is another really great take.
LoD was one of the absolute best jrpgs on Psone, an instant classic that could rival with the best in it´s kind.
I always thought Sony would do a sequel, since those games were pretty popular at the time.
MGS is my dream, but LoD is a close third.
My second? Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver. Dream land I know 😜
Cheers, stay safe and have a good one

Re: A Big PlayStation Remake Is to Be Announced This December, Says Irish Artist AVA

RaZieLDaNtE

@Shepherd_Tallon Hi there friend.
That was exactly what I was thinking.
A Remake of a PSone game, irish song, I imediatly went to MGS beautiful ending theme, "The Best is Yet to Come".
Oh man, if that turns out to be true, there will be a 36, almost 37 year old man cry tears of blissful happiness.
MGS is one of the most influential games of all time.
A game that changed everything I thought about videogames and what they could be in the future.
One can only hope man.
Cheers, stay safe good people and happy gaming to us all

Re: Sony Finally Confirms Acquisition of Demon's Souls PS5 Dev Bluepoint Games

RaZieLDaNtE

@JustPlainLoco Hi there friend.
Ember Lab is a good choice for sure.
Their first game Kena, is a pretty old school, action platformer game that fits well in the PS portfolio.
And as for a fighting game company, it may be a somewhat difficult to aquire any.
Having said that, Arc System Works would be a phenomenal acquisition for Playstation.
Or maybe even Soft Circle French-Bread, creators of Melty Blood. That could be a thing.
Sony is sure getting lots of quality studios all around.
Good for Playstation, awesome for us 😉
Cheers, stay safe and have a good one

Re: Sony Finally Confirms Acquisition of Demon's Souls PS5 Dev Bluepoint Games

RaZieLDaNtE

@playstation1995 Hey there friend.
Man, asside from a unique IP from them, there are quite a few I would love to see make a comeback.

  • Metal Gear Solid is a absolutely must have;
  • Legend of Dragoon would also be pretty sweet;
  • Bloodborne because why not right?
  • Syphon Filter could be really cool, but I would personaly prefer if it was Sony Bend Studio doing it. Like a revival, you know?
    Resistance is a really good call. Loved those games on PS3
    Cheers, stay safe my man and Word Up Son!!!

Re: Bluepoint Games Developing a Brand New Title, Not a Remake

RaZieLDaNtE

Hi there fellow gamers.
As much as I would absolutely love a MGS Remake on PS5, and I still would like that thank you very much, them going for something original is also great.
Let their creativity run free and make the best gaming experience possible, winning even more fans along the way.
But also, that tiny little thing called MGS Remake.......
And Bloodborne....... And Legend of Dragoon.......
And you get the point 😜
Here´s to another awesome and unique IP for Playstation
Cheers, stay safe everyone and happy gaming to us all

Re: Sony Finally Confirms Acquisition of Demon's Souls PS5 Dev Bluepoint Games

RaZieLDaNtE

Hi there fellow gamers.
Such great news, even though, completely expected.
Bluepoint have been partnered with Playstation for so long and with the latest success they had, it was a no brainer.
@playstation1995 you called it my friend and we finally got them. Now we just have to wait for games anouncements.
Welcome to the family Bluepoint.
You kept us waiting!!!
Cheers, stay safe, and happy gaming to us all. Word up Son!!!

Re: Poll: Vote For the Best Final Fantasy Game on PlayStation

RaZieLDaNtE

Hi there fellow gamers.
A Final Fantasy poll huh?
Okay. I´ll give each my rating and share my personal favourites:

  • FF IV;
  • FF VI;
  • FFVII;
  • FF VIII;
  • FF Tactics War of the Lion;
  • FF X;
  • Crisis Core FF VII;
  • FF XIII.
    Didn´t play XI nor XIV because they are online games.
    FF III and FF IX were also pretty good to.
    Cheers, stay safe folks and happy role playing gaming to us all

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 395

RaZieLDaNtE

@Miketimothy820 Hi there friend and welcome to the comunity.
I also can´t wait to play Metroid Dread on my Switch.
Never thought this game would actually be made after so many years. Classic side scroller Metroid for the win.
As for Deathloop, I am so engrossed in Tales of Arise, that I´m going to hold that one of until I finish my second favourite game of the year so far. And there´s also Kena as well.
It is an amazing time to be a gamer.
So many good games to play and enjoy.
Cheers, stay safe and have a good one
