Hi there fellow gamers.
I played both demo previews of the game for about 4 hours each, finishing them in normal and hard.
No, I´m not boasting. I just really enjoy these kind of games.
Anyway, I quite liked the first demo, even though the level design and environments were so lackluster and empty, that it hurts the game. But the gameplay was good, so there is that.
Then played the second demo and both level design and environments were even worse..... Plus some really bad frame drops... On the PS5 version! I couldn´t believe it.
I did enjoyed the new weapons (job classes) and how you can switch between two of them and the whole combo system, but.... I don´t know, it didn´t grab me as I though it would.
And then I saw this trailer....
I gotta be honest, that´s a really good trailer. Shows story moments, combat, diverse and multiple Bosses (my favourite thing in games like these) and Frank´s Sinatra MY WAY.
Quite frankly, it doesn´t get better than this. I might give it a go.

I got that one right, even though I had to go deep into my memory vault to remember.
I love playing that game so much when I was a teen.
Played and finished the game with both Rikimaru and Ayame multiple times, doing perfect no items, no sound, full stealth runs just because I could. And of all the free time I had 😜
Oh, I actualy got the EZ gun in MGS3 when I played the PS Vita version. I just took my time with it, since I was playing my Vita everyonce in a while when I was out.
Wich made The Sorrow Boss fight a cake walk 😉
Man, those were the good old days.....

• 1004 hours played, 852 local, 152 online;
• 11 new games;
• Most played games: Mass Effect Legendary Edition 188 hours, Outriders 117 hours, Guilty Gear Strive 96 hours, Returnal 87 hours and Tales of Arise 76 hours;
• 750 new trophies, 7 Platinum trophies.
  Not a bad year. had a lot of fun playing these games.
  I think 2022 is going to be pretty good with Horizon: Forbidden West, Elden Ring, GT7 and Dad of Boy 2: Winter is coming 😜
  Plus all the other new games coming out in different platforms.
  It´s going to be another busy year. And a fun one as well.

Hi there fellow gamers.
Good to see some love for Days Gone and for a possible sequel. Because we never know, it might be a thing someday.
I hope so. Can you imagine how beautiful the game could be if it was made just for PS5? And how bigger the Hordes could become? Also, yes for more character relations development. A big part of the first game in my opinion.
For all the complaints the game had in the begining, with all the patches and updates and especialy if you have a PS5 or a PC, it is the best way to experience the game.
Kinda reminds me of another great game that had the same issues: The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt. Remember that one? I sure do.
I couldn´t believe how smooth Days Gone feels, looks and plays on my PS5. 60 consistent fps makes all the difference.
I´ll eventualy do a new game plus on PS5 and get the Platinum.

500 hours is a lot for a game, no doubt( great band, by the way)
But I do have 523 hours on the first Ni-Oh and 511 hours on Bloodborne..... And probably way more on Gran Turismo and Forza games. Oh, and PES when I used to be a big fan of it.
It will always depends on the game, the content and the player.
A friend of mine as 912 hours on Rocket League. Insane, right?
But then again, devs have to realize that Quantity does not mean Quality in any medium form.
Make an amazing gaming experience from begining to end and we, the players will enjoy it.

This weekend I´ll probably play some more Deathloop for the Platinum. Man some trophies are anoying and some are brilliant.
More Ghost of Tsushima Directors Cut new game plus on PS5.
The game is stunning and engaging every time I play it. GOTY.
A bit more of Forza Horizon 4. Gotta collect those cars.
And I really should go back to Guilty Gear Strive. I´ll probably gonna get my ass kicked since I´m so rusty, but man the game is fun once you get in the grove.

I´m really hoping Bioware can still deliver amazing singleplayer, story driven, player choice games, ya know, like they used to.
With great characters and companions to recruit and fantastical and interesting worlds to explore
Also, as much as I love ME3, be more careful how you end a trilogy. Cause that original ending could have been better.
The ending of that game, or any player choice game for that matter, should be the sum of your entire choices, not just between red, blue and green. Just my two cents.

Very well deserved for both Sucker Punch and the phenomenal game they made.
Ghost of Tsushima will never not be my personal GOTY and replaying the game on PS5 I´m like, "How is the game even more Beautiful?"
Also fun... Very fun... And did I say Beautiful? Yes, yes I did.
If SP decide to make a sequel, then it should be in the main land, more precisely, in Kyoto. I wanna see those ancient cities, the great architecture of the temples and people going about their lives in beautiful 4K on my PS5!
Can´t wait to see what else Sucker Punch as in store for PS5.

Hey there fellow gamers.
Those are some really good numbers for a PS4 game that supposedly not many people played or liked. But I did. Greatly.
It kinda felt like playing a Walking Dead game of some sorts.
Deacon St John was a interesting and different kind of a protagonist, the supporting cast was pretty good and the Freaker Hordes were terrifying at first and a blast to defeat later in the game. Plus, there´s a "final mission" that gives the "secret ending", wich I really liked, but it ends in a cliffhanger and I want to know what will happen in that world with those characters. But that´s just me.
So yeah, I´m hoping for Days Gone 2 to eventualy happen.
And it just might happen.

Deaths Door, Hades and Returnal are soooooo good.
Highly recomend all three games.
Death´s Door was, is a really good surprise.
And just like @nessisonett mentioned, I was also playing the game before it was "complete", something I´ve never done before, because the game is that good and addictive.
Add that with Returnal and you have, imo, the two best rogue-like games where there is always something new.

Slayer would be nice, but I do think they are going to give us more new characters. And Asuka/That Man was always teased, finally showned and can probably be a fighting character, just like Raven was in GG Revelator.
And since I do believe were going to have a second season pass, we might just get both of these characters.
And I think one of them might be Delilah, since Baiken mentioned her in her teaser trailer. Who knows? Very curious.

Guilty Gear Strive is THE fighting game of this year without a question.
Fun and fast paced gameplay mechanics, beautiful visuals and art style and a killer soundtrack, that´s just the icing on the cake.
I haven´t played as much as I would like, since there´s always some new interesting game coming out, but I still have 96 hours on it. More than ToA and GoTG combined.
And I loved those games. Just haven´t Platinum them yet.
Really looking forward to see how Baiken is going to play like.
As for the final season one pass character, cause were gonna get another mark my words, I think It´s going to be That Man.
Then we can finaly have a proper mage in the game.

From my posts you already know my opinion on Returnal, but just in case, I freakin love Returnal, my personal GOTY.
Rachet and Clank Rift Apart, my very first R&C game, is also very fun and very pretty.
I should really get Disco Elysium and F.I.S.T..
Love Metroidvanias and Disco just seems like a chill, wacky and fun narrative game. So many games, so little time.

So one of my favourite game studios Naughty Dog employes also enjoy Deathloop, Metroid Dread and Returnal, some of my favourites games of this year?
I knew there was a reason I liked them.
And yes my friend @nessisonett, Deathloop is fantastic!
Arkane really knows how to make fun, different and engaging sandboxes, were people can play the way they want.
I´m having a lot of fun learning enemies, level layouts and Bosses(Visionaries) acquiring and making different builds with Slabs and weapons and starting to find my way to break this loop. Very enjoyable indeed.

This weekend it´s going to be kinda crazy with fighting games.
Gonna try my mains K´ and Ryo Sakazaki in KOFXV and I´m quite curious with Grappler and Hitman on DnF Duel.

• Guardians of The Galaxy. One of the best Marvel videogame adaptations to date. On par with Spiderman PS4/PS5;
• Mass Effect Legendary Edition. Probably THE most iconic and classic trilogy of all time;
• Tales of Arise. A beautiful jrpg that deserves recognition;
• Guilty Gear Strive. Amazing art style and gameplay. Super fun.
  Honorable mentions are Deathloop, Kena: Bridge of Spirits and Death´s Door.

Hi there fellow gamers.
Godfall was one the games I purchased my PS5 with and I finished the main story campaign (wich is not exactly amazing) and got to the end game grind, because every looter game ends in a grind. The game still looks great, plays well and can be quite fun. I have 63 hours played, wich is not a lot, but somewhat sufficient to get a grasp of the game.
The End game can be fun, but only if:

• You really enjoy the combat system
• And like to make different builds.
  I´m actualy quite curious with the game expassions.
  Same thing with Outriders. Might go back to looting again.
  Also, if Mortal Shell as a PS5 version, it´s a nice month for me.

They have:

Blondie, Call Me;

Wham!, Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go;
And Blue Oyster Cult – Don’t Fear The Reaper.
Now that´s an awesome OST for a game to have.

@ApostateMage Still could´ve been Xena: Warrior Princess on PS1. But Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning is good to. Played it on PS3 and had some fun with my Drizzt Do'Urden made character.
A classic game for sure.

One can say that the writers nailed these characters really well.
Not only they got their personalities right, they made them feel like "real people" talking and interacting with each other.
Props to the voice actors, cause they also nailed their performances. One of the main reasons I´m having so much fun playing the game. That and the crazy combos you can pull with the Guardians different abilities.

This weekend I´ll be continuing my Guardians of The Galaxy playtrough on PS5, wich I´m loving it by the way. The banter between the characters is so good. Give those who wrote them a raise, cause they deserve it.
Maybe do some online matches in Guilty Gear and try to get my Celestial spot (more getting my ass kicked 😜).
Happy Chaos in the right hands can mix anyone. It´s crazy.
As for new games, Forza Horizon 4 on PC. I got the ultimate edition on steam for 35€ and I´m enjoying my time in FH UK version.
I have so many cars available right from the start, that I just keep trying one after the other. And downloading some great designs for the cars by the Forza comunity.
And Chorus on PC as well. Had my eye on it form the very first trailer. Wil see how good the controls and combat feels.

Like I said before, I do like challenging games like Dark souls, Ni-Oh, Sekiro, Ninja Gaiden and have beaten every DMC game on DMD, except 4 and 5.
Just didn´t have enough patience to be honest.
As for NGS2 Master Ninja difficulty and those Team Missions on PS3 that´s not challenging, that´s just masochistic and anoying. To me at least. The basic strategy Is jumping, charge, collect the essence and do the ultimate technique.
Rinse and repeat.
And cheat, because the A.I. cheats all the time.
Give me challenging games like Returnal and Demon´s Souls and I´m set.
Having said that, I can´t wait for a new Ninja Gaiden 4 and Flying Swallow and Izuna Drop enemies constantly. Now that´s what I like to call Fun times.

So basically it´s a Huge difficulty spike. If you can "Master" the game in normal, it might not be that bad.
Also, the game needs to be fun and the gameplay needs to be tight. If not, there´s just no reason to go for it.
That´s how I feel for difficulty associated tropies.
But there are so many good games out now and not so much time to play them all. Good problems to have, right?

I´m glad the game is good. Now I´m kinda curious with the
game´s Master difficulty. Is it really that bad?
I do like challenging but fair gameplay that some games have and not the obnoxious DMC3 Dante Must Die or Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 Master Ninja difficulty level. Cause that´s just nuts.
Also, Uncharted Drake´s Fortune is still a very good game and my second favourite Uncharted.
Remember playing the game back on the PS3 and being blown away by the visuals and the characters.
Naughty Dog sure does knows how to make awesome games.

Told you the game is great. The intro is really good. It sets the mood perfectly for the rest of the game.
You´re gonna love the brilliant level design and one of the most genious weapon/tool created, the Gloo Gun.
Just like @theheadofabroom said the sandbox level aproach that Arkane does is one of the highlights. The other is the game mechanics. And the Gloo Gun fits like a glove in Prey.
So many different ways to do things. It´s very fun.
Ps: Dishonored 1 and 2 are awesome as well. Both are very worthy to have and play around with the A.I. with all the crazy stuff you can do with the characters powers.

Finished Rachet and Clank Rift Apart during the week, so now
it´s time for some new and recurring games. Only need one trophy in RC for the Platinum though.
This weekend is going to be Guardians of the Galaxy on PS5, the characters and writing is on point, Metroid Dread on Switch, getting upgrades to reach new areas never gets old and Forza Horizon 5 on PC, wich is just a fun to play every once in awhile.

What am I thankful for in gaming?
So many things to be quite frank.
How Video Games are such a phenomenal modern type of art.
The imersive and beautiful worlds games have;
The amazing and interesting characters that inhabit them;
The emotional and fantastic stories they tell;
The awe inspiring Music that we listen and keep huming after;
And the pure, unadultered, Fun and Entertainment they provide.
Whether it be racing a Nissan GT and passing an oponnent to the finish line in Gran Turismo or that last jump to avoid certain death in Uncharted, or that precise bow shot in Horizon, The superb web swinging in Spiderman, or even that final hit to defeat a Boss in Bloodborne.
And these are just PS examples of many other genres of games and different gaming systems.
There´s finding how to get to a certain hidden shrine in Breath of the Wild, or getting a brand new weapon to slay more demons in Doom, or discovering a hidden Boss in Hollow Knight, or surviving the Suicide Mission with all of your party members alive in Mass Effect 2, or even the Ending to the Walking dead Season one.
And many, many more awesome, exhilarating, gut wrenching, philosophical, emotional and charming moments these fantastic media provides.
Also I´m thankful for having my PS5, since it is so hard to find one, even to this day.
Hopefuly, more people that actualy want to have one play games on it will eventualy get one and experience the joy of Astro´s Playroom.
Oh yeah and a comunity of like minded people that shares the same passion and enjoyment that I have for as long as I can remember playing Video Games.

A possible DLC for my GOTY? YES please!
Another Biome to explore, new enemies to face and a Boss Fight at the end could be very interesting indeed.
Also, more lore and narrative to try and understand what the heck is going on.
I do have some thoughts and theories after the true ending.
Or, or maybe it´s a full blown Sequel? Even better I say.

Hi there fellow gamers.
As a Street Fighter fan since SFII on Amiga PC (yeah, I´m that old) and SFII Champion Edition on Sega Mega Drive (Genesis), SFV was very disapointing at launch.
The game did improve a lot with the more recent editions and you can definitely see the dlc characters are more fleshed out and better than the initial roster. Also the online kinda sucked.
I´m really hoping SF6 will actualy be a "full" game at start with interesting characters and fun gameplay mechanics.
Luke does seem to be the kind of character that might pull me back to it.
And just like @SoulChimera @VatoLoco47 @BionicDodo have mentioned, SFA3 is an amazing fighting game and my personal SF of all time. That game had eveything. A great and big roster, great gameplay, lot´s of different and fun modes to play and unlockable characters in the very unique called World Tour Mode.
Can SF6 be more like SFA3 Capcom? Cause that´s what I want.

From the very first short trailer I was pretty impressed.
And now this other, also very short trailer, continues to give a very positive outlook. Arc System Works does not disapoint.
It´s funny how they decided to release the trailer on the same day of the Re-reveal of Poject L from the Cannon brothers.
Coincidence? I think not.
Both look pretty great. Hope they can deliver an awesome fighting game experience.

I know wich show I´m going to watch as soon as I finish the sixth season of Mad men. I usualy don´t gravitate much to prequels and maybe that´s why I wasn´t interested before.

Breaking Bad is one of the best series I saw, even if the first season was not that great.
But that season finale though.... The pay off was great. The El Camino movie is pretty good to.
