I am agreeing to opinion that Extraction should be one of parts of Marathon. It should come with multiple different gamemodes. To have only 1 gameplay style I am not interested in is No for me. I would love to try out PvE Tarkov, but it is hided behind Full game Bundle - 80£ . Sadly this Marathon doesnt come with story, PvE mode seperately. I am really not interested in PvP games, tryharding is not for me and that game will be that as similar games.
Good luck them to poach EFT, Showdown, Division players. Maybe they will expand game if it gets bigger.

I have finished every season for Season Pass. S7 even 2nd time finished Season Journey for pet. I tend to play each season 1-2 weeks. It is already for me almost 900h. Maybe I will squeeze 1000h for 2nd anniversary. I prefer D4 over POE2, for now. Tried POE 2, but it is still Early Access, so I will wait till it is "finished".
In general I enjoy D4 vibe. Hopefully they will implement more significant changes to existing stuff to refresh it more. Season Powers are getting old tho, and still next 3 seasons will be similar it that regard. I am guessing that Blizzard will now know how hard it is to maintain such Live service game with meaningfull updates, especially when 1st year went to fix the game. But I am still Diablo fanboy. I have almost all Funko Pops, I have main goblets/cups Lets go, Diablo, come visit us in 2026...
I am guessing Diablo will apper only in 3rd expansion if that will be lit for development

@djlard You can replay game. I did replay all Main story when Expansion launched and pushed through to Expansion story. Maybe you could collaborate if you meant it differently.

@KillerBoy it is called investment. Tencent injects money in troubled Ubisofts best 3 IP's in value of 25%. Ubisoft spends that money and every time they will make proffit, and they will, from those IP they will need to share that 25% proffit or whatever is written in contract. Tencent doesnt control Ubisoft and has nothing to say in Creative side aswell. Tencent is mostly silent partner in their invested companies.
Tencent only has 10% in regular Ubisoft shares.

I see as great step for Xbox in general to salvage things and giving up any exclusivity. Playstation stays with regular console and many Exclusives. Xbox cancels old design console and creates custom PC/Console which runs Windows and gives option to use as regular PC- Xbox Store, GamePass, Steam. Still custom built in similar way as Consoles has been, and much cheaper than regular PC.

@LogicStrikesAgain Why would there be issue to manufacture specific "old" PC for cheap at scale? Consoles are outdated by PC standarts long before those hit shelves. And still you can't build similar PC for same money. Because PC are built for so many seperated parts, while consoles are custom built in generic terms.
And how many people are really buying games on Xbox nowadays? GamePass is main thing for Xbox, isn't it?

@Ainu20 if we take your view as 100% rigght, that there would never be mistakes from experienced people. But its not reality. They wanted something more. They started at it and after many years and possibly more deeper consultation with Bungie for example they understood that creating game is only small part of live service and maintaining live service would need same resources again and again. Why it is so hard to believe in simple truth around this? Not everything must be so difficult and hard to figure out. They tried, got knowledge how it would look like and at the end decided they dont want to go that route anymore. If you are not ready to make mistakes on your journey, you will never start any journey.

I would love to continue to play. But I am not touching Civ7 till those first patches drops on PS5. In general I enjoy game.

I picked it up with Founders edition. And that already comes with steep price. I would expect that after October they will announce Year 2 Season Pass for another 30-40£.
But I am happy with the game in general. I am not mega fan of Civ series, but this years game feel great with all the Gameplay changes. Sadly there is too many game crashes but every turn autosave is atleast helping with that.

@EthanMars you dont have active Offline play? Or you are reffering to Online game?

I have over 20hrs in on PS5. And I am happy with game in general. Yes, it crashes, but savegames are awsome.
Tried coop multiplayer with my wife and even there are autosaves if some error happens or just to continue next day to play.

On bad parts, there are almost 0 descriptions for settings when starting game.

For me as Casual Civ player I dont see any gameplay issues with game. Everything seems works as it should gameplay wise. Grind for Mementos are real but it is expensive game, thats true. I managed to spend "only" 97£ for Founders edition, but still. I am guessing they will drop 2nd year Season pass after October.

Criterion team is working on Battlefield game since 2023 September. There was left 10ish devs who stayed and developed extra year of content for NFS Unbound. And now that small team joined to others.

I will maybe look towards FH6 on Day 1. Getting this game with almost 900 cars? Thats too overwhelming for new player. And living in Menu more than racing aswell seems trend with this game. Maybe I am totally wrong, then be free to tell me that.

I'm getting older and those bad practices are catching me in, because whats the point to wait for significant sale 1-2 years later, I better play now. I waited 2 years for GOW:R to drop to 50% off and it wasnt really worth it.

But in general, they do not make good SP games. Star wars was okay. Aveum flopped, and Veilguard flopped aswell. Yesh sold over 1 million copies, but that is flop for big company and investment to create game

@PorkChopExpress oh stop it. If game would be successfull then there would be DLC. If that would not be expected they wouldnt be mentioning that in first place. It is EA game, you have to monetize games more than smaller companies do due to costs maintaining large teams.

It all started from two Rockstar Devs from R* North, thay posted photos with new R* merch with GTA6 color scheme.
One posted Cat in a bag. Other posted Cat out of bag in background, and this guy has captured in photo paper with lot of numbers and hotel name in Florida which stated booking 27.12, Auto shop phone number "27Auto sales" on 27 road, etc

Maybe that is all just fun from those devs, but all that 27 numbers came after that theory just to extra "proove" 27 number meaning. Low quality post this is. Even for crazy theory

I played 2 hours on Xbox today. Zero bugs and mess. Yeah, not locked 60fps, but it is playable

This is LAST content update to game. There was already great deals for Ultimate edition which includes all paid seasonal content. But don't expect anything new after 3 months or more. This is it. But it has plenty of things to do etc. And all these updates are for Online. Base Story campaign hasnt been changed since release.

I haven't played Original games. And I'm avoiding anything from that side of spoiler. This Remake Trilogy is awsome for me. I enjoyed 1st Remake, I am enjoying Rebirth on Pro finally and I will definitely pre-order final game. Let them create something epic )
