Thank god for the games, but it's little things like this that Xbox just does better, cloud saves should just sync automatically, but if you play on anything other than your primary console then you have to manually upload to the cloud... in 2019... come on Sony, get with the times!

wish they made these controllers with textured grip like the Xbox ones...

I assume there will be way more games than this.. like the Star Wars Battlefront games, Dragon Age, Need for Speed etc.. OK I suppose, if you like EA games, the trials for the new games is also useful, for example getting to play Fifa early and getting a discount when you buy it

obviously not for everyone, but OK for those that use it

as a fan I'm disappointed that Sony didn't show us anything.. no need to be there sure but all the other companies at least took part in one way or another, it would have been nice to see some PlayStation specific news or trailers, or something!

It would definitely be good, even if first party AAA games were not included...

There is so much good value in something like GamePass I just don't see how gamers would not benefit from such a service on PlayStation.. just subscribe to the PS one and ignore all that U-Play and the other ones, there's no need to subscribe to every single service.

When you look at something like the Oculus Quest and how simple it is, the current PSVR just looks too messy to use.. there's a market waiting there (including me!) for Sony to reach, who want VR without all the hassle of wires and with better controls.. they really should not wait 2 years to do this, the competition is already doing it now

Tho only thing I hope for from the controller is some kind of textured material on the back, like the newer Xbox controllers.. makes such a difference to the comfort of holding the controller.

Oh and of course it would be nice if the PS5 didn't sound like a jet engine!

This is such a shame.. Driveclub was the first platinum I got, still want to do Driveclub bikes.. after the initial mess this became a really good game, they could have made it something big if they continued to support it.

It would be better if they just stopped the games altogether and just reduced the price

There doesn't seem to be any list that shows what those new 50 games are, which does not surprise me one bit.. Sony is so crap with proper info about PS Now

I like the Sony conferences, they're always trying different things, sometimes it doesn't work out (like E3 this year) but I like to be surprised like that.. Gamers are weird man! If it's just game trailers you want then just watch YouTube later

I like the current format (apart from the long venue change).. if people want to see a million trailers they can just do that on Youtube, I like how Sony tries to do something different every year. That live instrumental at the beginning was stunning I thought

I say they should embrace the iterative console, which they kind of started with the PS4 Pro.. keep releasing them every 2-3 yrs and make everything backwards compatible.. this way everyone wins - no one HAS to buy the new PS but people can if they want.

The DS4 is my favorite controller ever I think.. the only thing I would change is the location of the Options button!

Those voting negatively seem to be assuming that people would 'have' to subscribe to it if it was on PS! you can carry on as normal and let those who want it take advantage of it.

Having said that I bet EA are making a lot of money with so many people buying their titles individually on PS4, so it's not really a problem for them

@get2sammyb clearly it's for the hardcore Xbox people, hence the continuous hyping recently - and most of them will pre-order straight away, I think MS will be happy with that

Probably worth considering in 2018, when they have more games that take advantage of the hardware and the price goes lower

Is it free access to Titanfall 2 single player? or just multiplayer

Can't see multi platform games looking much better on Scorpio than the PS4 Pro, and most PS4 owners don't seem to be too bothered by the Pro anyway

It will be interesting to see how the Scorpio sells after the initial burst

to be fair Wildlands has had a lot of marketing, on TV and also it's in your face as soon as you go into Tesco or something... I wonder what the breakdown of platforms is for this - I'm sure Xbox people are dying to play any new thing on it at the moment!

I like the way they have made it really simple to upload game saves to the cloud now if you're not on the primary console. Now it's just an option on the game screen rather than going thought the console settings

So the PS Plus is not just for the monthly games... it's well worth it for all these discounts if you buy digitally on a regular basis

@99miki well, one reason (in the UK at least) may be because the Pro is sold out everywhere, they must be making very few of them

sold original PS4 to get the Pro... it's not a huge difference but it makes me feel better!

I would be more excited if it wasn't over £40 to buy! The lack of supply isn't gonna help these PS exclusive games sell well, even with good reviews

Man, why is the disk version of this game so expensive in the UK, £40 plus... also games like Gravity Rush 2, Nier are even higher priced!

Any (good) game that you don't already own digitally is a great choice for the monthly PS Plus. That's always my only criteria!
