I actually agree Infinite Wealth had one of the best stories of the year. I voted for Persona 3 only because I’d never played the original so it was an excellent experience. It’s so funny how upset people are getting about these arbitrary rankings though new vitriol with every article

@Tomato_Goose it definitely seems like a cool piece of tech to me it is just a bit too niche and too much of a commitment to get me interested. I respect it though. I played Resi 7 at my neighbors in VR back in college and it was an incredible experience

The irony of this series that forces beliefs down people's throats being tied to Nazism is too rich. Outside of that these games have been terrrrrrible from the beginning and I feel bad for the individuals losing their jobs but if we never see another one of these games the ecosystem will be better for it

@Cloud39472 I agree, the game is extremely impressive but the companion AI is often busted, some of the quests are extremely vague and difficult to figure out, and I did not find the combat all that engaging despite its complexity. I guess the last two points are subjective but it was by no means a perfect game in my opinion

agree with others saying Infinite Wealth was snubbed, that was an awesome experience. I would still give it to Rebirth though with Metaphor being a close second. Wukong was very good but has a lot of frustrating elements that brought down the score for me

this seems obvious but it has to be a good game with an interesting concept for me. it has nothing to do with the price tag, it just needs to be interesting and well made. i am not interested in any of the games mentioned here only because their concepts and gameplay do not look appealing to me

@Hyena_socks I stopped mine at the beginning of the year and have not regretted it once the value is just not there anymore (if it ever was)

well I already thought previous MH games felt terrible to play so this does not bode well for getting me interested in the new one lol

solid score! I won't be getting it for a little while until I'm done with Metaphor but I am happy it isn't the trainwreck some were anticipating. looking forward to trying it out eventually

a game that has multiple endings having an additional ending now is somehow a spoiler. cannot believe how sensitive some people are to this stuff it is wild to me

it doesnt bother me at all i just click on the game i want to play and it opens immediately i could care less whats in the background

brutal timing on this one since it looks like the concept is so similar to Astro Bot and obviously it will be very hard to measure up on the gameplay front

i'll snag it for 10 bucks on sale if i have nothing to play but my interest does not go any deeper than that. ubisoft is just so boring at this point i am more worried about budgeting my time than my money with them
