I compare this to Apple bringing the Ipod. Everything became digital in music. Movies are heading the same direction. Now it's games. Took longer that music and movies but the day finally came and the data support this.

@Zuljaras I know it sucks for some people that still has discs but their disc will still be playable on the PS5 just not on the PS6. For the last 2 years all my purchases have been digital only but I still have physical games. I think they will sell a separate disc drive or make the current one compatible with PS6

They need a new IP that is not free to play. Probably open world game with RPG elements. I know they can pull it off. Maybe if they were independent they would be closing the studio instead of downgrading. I'm looking it up at the bright side.

I don't think they have to communicate this. They own playstation so naturally they'll make games for ps5.

I'll be buying this over GTA6 since I'm a big ninja games fan. This will be day one for me.

I blame the media for this. They never appreciated Sony buying Bungie and Destiny's various DLC never got great reviews

Where's that Wolverine controller at? It's a matter of time with the PS5 special edition plates. This September is going to be huge

I loved the old Onimusha games, so this one I'm pretty sure will be even better. So 3 games that I'll add to my collection for sure (Wolverine, Phantom Blade and Onimusha). Can't complain. GTA6 is not my cup of tea. So I'm glad I have all this great games coming up

A new Ratchet and Clank is way overdue. Hopefully we also get a new Jack And Daxter remake of the 1st game with a completely redesigned world

Not for me. I'm still enjoying my PS5. I think that the videogames press and non Sony fans are the only ones that have a bad perception of the PS5. For me it has the best games

Give me a good game and I'll buy it. Don't care how it's made as long as it helps the team stay in business

After a lot of hard work I got the platinum in Wukong. One of most enjoyable platinum trophies I ever got. Now trying to finish FF7 Rbirth and Space Marines 2

They tried to maintain exclusivity and it didn't work for them already. And obviously they are spending a lot of money so these news are on every major website to include "playstation only" sites. I think they'll try with some of their best tittles and see how it goes and stay exclusive if they are getting enough revenue. But I don't think it will work out for them.

They'll probably not include the next Forza...maybe that's why they are doing it before that game release..I could be wrong

No regrets on getting my ps5 pro. Love it.

Remember when you could buy a cellphone for $200...well I think the same is happening to videogame consoles. I can still see people buying and doing monthly payments. And the good part is a console will play new games at least 8 - 10 years so you don't have to upgrade unless you're like me and want the latest products

If the use of AI save developers money why not use it. As long as the game is great I'll buy it. The last thing we need is another great studio closing because they went bankrupt. That's my opinion. I know a lot of people are going to disagree

It looks good to me. For some reason media wants this game to fail on PS5...Maybe cause it's not on Switch?

Can't wait to try it. Hopefully Black Myth Wukong has it since I'm currently playing it. Might get Nioh 3 next

Persona is a lot better than FF16 and Space Marines 2 got great reviews

I'm happy with my PS5 Pro. No complaints. It looks and run better on my LG TV.

For me PS Premium has been very good since I bought a Portal. No complaints. I know it's not for everyone because of the price but I've been enjoying it

The Switch is a good piece of hardware but I hardly play mine. I have a big backlog of great PS5 games. No chance I'll make the switch my primary console. Will be skipping it this time

The First Berserker Khazan for me. Can't stop playing. I really like the variety of enemies and level design. I also enjoyed Split fiction. Had a lot of fun with my daughter

Great device. I'm definitely playing games now that I wouldn't have play thanks to the portal. If you are subscribed to ps plus extra or premium this is a must have. Also, need good internet. I have 1200 gigs with Xfinity and it works great

Finally started playing ff16. Awesome game. I'm really enjoying the epic fights.

@Nepp67 I think that they meant that after a weapon is upgraded, the next time you die and you pick up that same weapon it will be already upgraded. Or maybe you can just save your weapons and pick whichever you want with all the upgrades. I don't know if this was a good explanation but I tried LOL

I was able to play RISE of the Ronin just fine. Couldn't play GT7

Playing Rise of the Ronin which I'm enjoying and GT7(they weren't lying when they said it's one of the best games on the PS5 Pro.

I had a blast getting the platinum trophy. Now give me an Ape Escape Remake done by Team Asobi and a new Jack and Daxter.. I really enjoyed that Ape Escape level... genius

Definitely I've been playing a lot more. And with the cloud service even more. Great feature if you have the highest tier of ps plus

Hopefully finish RISE of the Ronin and also playing GT7. Love both games. Then will start the year with FF7 Rebirth. Also played the new free level of Astrobot. It's really cool. They could have easily charge a few bucks for that but it's free. Hell yeah! Good times.

I enjoyed it. Pretty awesome for me. Even Snoop and 21Pilots were great to watch. Best show in years

I can't wait for them to show actual gameplay for this game. It has been in development since 2020. I'm pretty sure that they won't let us down. Really exited for this

Gan Turismo is $29.39 and RISE of the Ronin is $39.89. I've been waiting for these 2 to go along my newly purchased PS5 Pro. Hell yeah!

Well, a cellphone cost over $1,000. Most people get a new phone every 2- 3 years. So I think the PS5 Pro price is keeping up with the market. Still a lot cheaper than a cellphone and a good gaming pc. Now Sony needs to keep releasing great games to back it up. How about a new Jack and Daxter and Ape Escape

I know it sucks for people that already bought the game before but I never played this game and will be checking it out this time on my premium subscription. It makes a lot of sense for them to do a remake but I guess they are focusing on other projects

I read an article about Japan might not be that important to Sony. Maybe they want this year to be a slow year? I don't know the answer to that but why raising the price when you are about to launch the game that appeal to Japanese gamers the most? Maybe they want the price to be a little closer to the pro. I don't know what else to think.
