Nobody who has left Xbox is gonna come back until they revert the insane game pass price hike/scam, nobody asked for ubisoft slop to come to the service that doesn't justify two major price hikes in a year. The only way I'll come back to Xbox is if i get around to buying a cheap ultimate key which i have no motivation to do because outer worlds 2 is probably a stinker like avowed was

They're probably only doing it because users have left due to the game pass price increase so it's damage control “maybe the players will come back if we make online play free” but really they aren't going to get back any players who have gone to steam or psn.

@RBMango there should never be a remaster of new vegas unless they get the original dev team to work on it, i don't want modern day Bethesda or obsidian to touch it otherwise and they should keep the voice acting intact or bring back voice actors.

Live service content is inferior to season pass content and always has been, wasting their time making call of duty modes when they should be pumping out large maps.

Third person mode is only really good if you're modding Skyrim on pc and giving your character combat moves from the Witcher or something/ogling them.

Third person usually just blows in games outside of that especially avowed which has some of the worst third person i have ever seen, will be the same in outer worlds 2.

@VenomUK but battlefield is terrible too and people who played call of duty also play battlefield, they are pretty much the same game at this point both full of scummy microtransactions, cringe and hackers.

And it's still not worth it on game pass not with how rigged call of duty is these days, modern day pvp fps games just aren't fun not with all the cheaters, engagement based matchmaking, sbmm, changing hit registration on the fly to make sure everyone gets the same 1k/d or less experience.

Call of duty is the biggest pile of dinosaur dung in gaming.

Really making people wait over a year for houses... Modern day gaming paying insane prices for an early access game, in 2011 you could buy a game and aside from dlc it would be feature complete and still cheaper.

There is no incentive for anyone to buy a final fantasy game on Xbox unless you're a hardcore fan but if you are then you'd just play them on PS5, it was funny seeing them release that FF7 prequel thingy why would anyone bother when they won't be able to play remake?

The games are still too expensive too, remake is like a 2019 game but even on steam sale it's still overpriced.

@PuppetMaster it's not a false claim at all, everyone in the fgc knew the best competition was on 360 but isn't it convenient how the moment Sony made the decision to get capcom not to release sfv on Xbox the whole fgc on that brand died in every game from tekken to soul calibur to mortal kombat.

Were you even alive for SFIV? Go back in time and see how big the community for that game was on 360 compared to PS3

I for one have paid no mind to anything said about the game or to really what it's all about i just know the guy who played lincoln clay is playing the main character in this and i found him to be extremely likable in mafia 3, game just looks clean too

Haven't played it but from stuff i have seen it's another switch weapons constantly/attention issues type doom of which I'm really not a fan of, i like doom music but the gameplay sucks unless you snort crack or something

@DennisReynolds indie games most playstation players would never touch vs AAA like sfv, FF7 one of those was purposely kept off of Xbox being sony knew their fgc sucked and everyone played sfiv on 360.

Guy is just out of touch. Games were a steal a decade+ ago when they were actually good now you're just throwing money away especially with releases like star wars outlaws which was utter Gar-Barge or avowed one of the most boring and lazy RPGs i have ever had the displeasure of playing and I enjoy the poe universe but when they force you to play as a godlike human , make the orlans too big and create a world that's like a green screen studio with mannequins stuck in place nah man ain't even worth it if it was gave away for free.

Higher drop rate and amounts of super creds, the monetisation in this game is ridiculously greedy, i paid my money and yet most of the content is locked off unless i grind low level missions for 6 hours like i did for the killzone stuff.

Like you literally have to play low difficulty, quit to ship when you've exhausted poi's because the drop rate for supercreds is terrible and on higher difficulties they purposely make it so rare sampless drop more than creds, i play nikke a mobile game sihce 2022 and i get more SSR nikkes in that game and i have never spent money compared to this game which costs money yet has this toxic greedy business model that disrespects the gamers time.

@Lowdefal two minute challenges vs free roam map sounds like cutting corners to me, this is the same company that can't be bothered to make designs anymore and are selling ai slop for Witcher 3 release day expansion prices when people used to get original designs for free in older titles.
