Gotta love all the bioware defenders in the comments who haven't even played the game yet somehow believe the "haters" are wrong, I've played the EA five hour or so trial and that game is an insult to dragon age and intelligent humans, game has terrible combat, companions that are forced upon you no options to deny recruiting them like in prior games and the writing/character creation, a game literally made for redditors.

Sony did this on pc with until dawn, talk about that. I already played that game on PS4 now they want full price for it on pc like it's a new game

Doesn't surprise me that this game is in contention for goty, what has happened to gaming... This game just made me want to watch the movies instead of play it and the ai can just be herded one after the other into a confined space and they'll each wait in line for their whooping from indiana then when you leave the area for 5 minutes they all respawn in their designated spots, game of the year guys!

Avowed/indiana jones are terrible games, even starfield a disappointment with iconic Bethesda features gutted that game still had some glimmers of greatness but Indiana jones? Nah Todd would have to pay me to play that turd again.

@Rich33 pc is better than console in every way besides the social/dashboard/ aspect.

@Coffeeglitch i could handle wealth 😎 i promise you guys games would be perfection under my watchful eye, todd, molyneux, yves they've all lost sight of what a good game is, i would not fail 😡 i would have monster hit after hit and learn from games that elevated the industry to such a height.

East have to make a game for westerners because they've seen all the flops and feel bad, they saw the likes of Indiana jones, dustborn, suicide squad, failguard , concord and see people in need of actual decent games that feel like games and not lectures with outdated mechanics and help systems that treat people like children for example that disgrace to dead rising demaster.

I haven't even completed 3, they really should have just kept the characters from 2 and pre sequel rather than making these boring/uninspired and unlikable characters they've been making, i want to play as Zer0 or handsome jack's body double or even mad moxxi (why is she not a playable character?) not the swagless characters in 4 and 3.

I purchased the steelbook version when it came out and i have the game on steam feeling very smug right now

@Svark I pretty much watched the recap video they uploaded to YouTube, i rage quit the first game at the runt boss fight.

Got 2 pretty much after i made my first comment, combat seems much better so i can focus on other things without worrying about running into more than one person and getting hunted down, i am now the hunter.

Game looks great, runs smooth i have only had one crash, it's pleasant and rare in the 2020's to find an expensive open world rpg that doesn't make me sick and actually peaks my interest to the point I don't wait for a sale.

Original Eve better than current eve but tachy is better than all characters.

Another out of touch moneygrubber in a position which he shouldn't be in and making ridiculous statements, a lot of these companies are ran by people who've previously held corporate positions in fast food chains and other places where the quality has gone down and the objective is to fleece the consumer.

I'm just wondering if the combat still sucks, don't care what anyone says the combat in the first game is terrible especially when the ai just grapples you constantly like it's mma, played CMW, warband, chivalry 2, bannerlord and mordhau and all did combat way better than the first kcd

Baldurs gate 3 an "elite" experience, really? it's overrated to high heaven by people who have no experience with the genre, wasteland 3 is a far superior game, so are the divinity games.

If larian didn't have that new camera angle in BG3 and try to appeal to gooners i doubt it would have gone mainstream when far superior games before it didn't.

Played the trial terrible game, not an rpg, not a dragon age, character creator sucks as i have stated for months, rook is a loser DD2 pawn esque character who's only responses are subservient et cetera.

The game director either getting canned or running away Söderlund style proves everything critical that's been said, whenever a game does terrible the Devs either run away/fired and/or the studio gets shut down, happened with dice, rocksteady, firewalk, volition and probably more.

@Anthony_Daniels which is why it just seems like nonsense from this Nate person, if it did happen I'd be questioning if whoever gave the green light has a business degree because it's certainly not good for business in the long run unless they got sony to agree to game pass on playstation, that's the only way it would be viable because they'll be bleeding game pass subscribers on the Xbox console either way.

@StrickenBiged the people running the show at these companies, directing the games, their egos are massive and they won't ever listen to feedback from gamers instead they'll post about "haters" on social media, their game will flop and instead of accountability they'll blame the gamers who they didn't listen to and actively dislike.

It's the equivalent of me running a food stand serving you burgers full of grease and gristle at a premium with a look of disdain on my face then wondering why nobody shows up to buy my product and instead of reflecting on how i could improve, I'd just blame the customers.

They're doing everything they can to try to sell the game at this point , it was recently on sale for peanuts i bet they begged sony to put it on ps plus.

Won't have the voices, probably won't have the music and it'll be made by gamemill or grove street games so full of bugs and definitely missing stuff on purpose

I don't want to see a new elder scrolls game because i know they'll mess it up, the only thing with elder scrolls in the title i want to see is expansions for eso.

I tried one that was a ps plus game years ago because someone said it was good, was like watching paint dry very boring and don't see how these can be called games or who they'd appeal to.

This is the only way Hollywood can make money anymore by bamboozling gullible "gamers" with video game movies because all the people in Hollywood who were good at their jobs have retired, expired or got exposed and put in prison.

Played it, not impressed, killing robots will always be boring in any game plus the game has pretty much been put on a pedestal by mainstreamers purely because of the character who looks like an adult doll or a character from the movie "eyes wide shut"

@JustCameHereToSay No such thing as a game that has it all post 2018 , none of those games in the game awards had it all , a card game made by one person and a platformer based on the playroom character won everything and they didn't have everything.

Those games won because the game awards blended vote is 90% non gamer and 10% actual gamer, most gamers don't even know how to play poker so they definitely wouldn't vote some card game as goty and AstroBot won because that was a condition DreamCastGeoff set for the critics, he was like "look ign france, kotaku, thegamer i understand we can't have stellar blade win but we must have at least one Sony game win" and then they were all just like "i know let's all vote the feelgood playroom spin off" meanwhile i guarantee the 10% gamer vote was the elden ring dlc or wukong 😆
