@nomither6 There is nothing to see anyway the game is terrible and inferior to cold war in every way, the reviewers are glazing it and i don't know why, it's full of glitches and the campaign has a couple decent missions but the puzzles missions suck (literally make you play as a child and fight zombies) and the multiplayer is the worst ever with a horrible movement system on horrible maps.

When are they gonna stop being stingy with supercreds though? I have only been able to unlock two warbonds and that's with 174.2 hours in the game.

A lot of this stuff should be accessible from the get go for how much the game costs and how little content there is.

@LifeGirl seems to me a lot of people are just expecting these video game companies to be the parent

@Max_the_German the worst one, if you can you should try killzone 3 on ps now it's easily one of the best games sony ever had made.

@3Above it died because someone at sony wanted them to shove that awful touch pad drone mechanic into the game and have it be a sniper ghost warrior clone instead of the squad based fps that it was.

Call of duty is currently suffering the same horrible decision with modern warfare 3 campaign where they pretty much put the player alone on a big boring map, terrible.

Companions look terrible like Fortnite characters i wouldn't romance any, MEA had terrible companions too but at least Cora had a nice gluteus maximus something that won't be possible to even make your own character have in failguard 😐

I'm sure the devs are thinking they're gonna get a fluke like BG3.

@Medic_alert 699.99 for a console though? In a dry spell for Sony i think you'd have been better off waiting for PS6 or something, these mid-late gen console upgrades don't seem worth it when the next gen is around the corner.

Most people who purchased this game are casuals so console should have more players than pc.

@BoingX2 they're also the reason a lot of games end up terrible and ruin whole franchises because they got kids hooked on Fortnite same thing happened in sports games where you got these morally bankrupt streamers shilling ultimate team microtransactions to kids.

The god of war devs did a presentation showcasing how they simplify their games for "the average player" and they used darksydephil as the example, games are infested with microtransactions, garbage modes like battle royale take precedence over established modes and games are being dumbed down for people who suck at video games hence why dead rising demaster has autosaves and other help system garbage that wasn't needed!

Really goes to show how the game awards is nothing but a popularity contest like the ballon d'or.

I have gotta be paid to watch any gaming show.

@Titntin Have you seen how they designed the qunari? There is no creativity shown so far so it's not a creative choice it's one of the devs being scared of spiders.

If i was making a game post BG3 I would be adding spiders, making qunari monstrous again like in DA2 instead of sims 4 occult sim rejects and i certainly wouldn't have gone with the Fortnite/Ratatouille art style they've gone with, that one companion with the long face literally looks like food critic from ratatouille!

People will critique other games for having busywork while glazing death stranding a game where all you do is deliver packages and hope you don't get dragged into goop by shadows to do the same fight over and over just because kojima made it.

It's because the price is absurd, full price for an old game on pc was never going to fly especially when you can get BG3 and games that aren't even out like DA veilguard for cheaper.

I'm very interested in playing this as i played the original version on PS4 and really enjoyed it but at the current price it's just not worth it. Supermassive never did better than until dawn imo, man of medan was too short and the quarry i couldn't get into it at all.

They'll bring state of decay 2 once it gets it's final update and starfield to PS5, people been saying they'll bring halo and gears of war for a literal year+ and it hasn't happened, literally makes no sense business wise unless they get game pass on PS5 because Microsoft still intend to make consoles, but why would they further kill their sales if they can't get game pass on Sony's platform?

@Dman10 well good luck to them trying to sell it at that price on pc 😂 i certainly won't be getting it i already played and paid for it years ago on ps4, price is absolutely absurd for an old game.

@somnambulance 7/10 according to the biased games media and you, Mirage just valhalla dlc repackaged as a full game, star wars outlaws is an insult to star wars and skull and bones is proof ubisoft do not care or listen to their fans, people wanted ac black flag sea of thieves not what skull and bones is.

You wanna talk about hate go look at Bethesda and how many grifters are after them at the moment because starfield didn't live up to expectations anyone who's played a Bethesda rpg knows the game could never live up to, this is not to say i don't agree with criticism of that game because i do.

Tencent should stay far away from this mess, let Yves sort his mess out himself.

Just don't understand how you can own Rayman, splinter cell, ghost recon, rainbow six and numerous other popular franchises and either ignore them completely or ruin them, just poor leadership and lack of understanding of what gamers want.

I certainly don't want assassins creed every year or every other year, definitely don't want rainbow six in it's current clown form, bring back vegas!

@RBMango exactly i mean what would missed if they shut down? They've either ran their franchises into the ground like far cry and assassins creed or they've completely ignored them like rayman.

Don't know why anyone would bother playing this trash, overpriced customisation just like overwatch and the worst content drop system i have ever seen which is something considering how much i detest helldivers 2 warbonds and destiny's rancid scam vault, blizzard expect you to make a new character each season pretty much making them worthless, making the story and game just a whole waste of time.

The campaign for battlefront 2 EA is better than star wars outlaws.

Ubisoft were hoping the name of star wars and the pet were enough to sell this rushjob of a game, shouldn't have been called outlaws in the first place because Kay is more of a goody two shoes type than the typical outlaw i.e deacon

This won't do anything, kids are born with a smart phone in their hands now, real parenting is non existent.

@1UP-HUSKY The Japanese literally complained to the point a JP politician took interest, westerners don't have influence to do that.

The game is a failure before release just like skull and bones and star wars outlaws, the stocks are at their lowest in 5 years after they saw steady growth for 10 , the majority I'd wager have zero interest in the game beyond watching ubisoft stumble around in the "shadows" trying to find any excuse to give their investors on why they've completely and utterly failed them.

It's still gonna have floaty Valhalla combat, be overpriced, be a wannabe witcher 3 and just the usual ubislop, the company has been ran into the ground and the games juat aren't worth the price.

They haven't reacted well to backlash, they've lied about the reception of the game and just went about it in the typical failing AAA developer way of bashing the gamers and calling them racists.

These few months won't do anything, they're doing an internal investigation into why they're failing when it's clear as day why, listen to your fans and your game will succeed, ignore/insult them and they'll take their business elsewhere.

This is why I am happy games like stellar blade and nikke release because they send me back to a time when games were much more innocent, now we can't even be "male" and "female" and beautiful characters are an anomaly now because all these things offend the "tolerant".

Sad that people can't have a choice in games anymore now we're all just forced to play androgynous, not very inclusive to me excluding the majority.

@GreatAuk yeah they're adept at making a perfect representation of Sam Witwer in Days gone, callisto and even the force unleashed games but give western devs a female face model and it's like pinhead did the dbd mori on them, perfect example is the mass effect andromeda default Ryder's, the dude is handsome like the face model but female ryder looks nothing like her face model.

I think games like this are great throwbacks to when people just enjoyed games and great games were abundant, i play nikke i like cute girls and I would play stellar blade if it went to pc but I'm certainly no cell saga.

Meanwhile if you go to dragon age keep to customise your inquisition world you are met with a plethora of choices to pick showing what you did in the other games, Failguard is such a sad joke you can tell it wasn't made by the same people, at this point cancel mass effect 4 because it's gonna be trash.

I'll play when it's on ea play and I'll play it like i played until dawn going out of my way to ruin everything because i sure won't be immersed in this Fortnite looking game, 2024 and they can't even make the city the game is set in an open world despite being AAA company.

People only need to go look at the twitter feed of the VA, if they hired someone respectful who isn't full of hate there would be less controversy beyond people disappointed it's not a continuation of Jin's story.

@Cloud39472 The difference is the hogwarts "controversy" was not due to the game it was because a vocal minority were crying over someone who had nothing to do with the game beyond probably collecting royalties.

There is a lot to cry about in shadows just like there was in outlaws for example the architecture has been found to be wrong and the combat is the same floaty trash ripped straight from valhalla, like you don't even need to play the game to see how floaty it is because it's so visual with it if you have any time in valhalla you've pretty much played shadows combat wise.

The last time they cancelled a season pass and released dlc for free was when unity came out busted.

Investors sat them down and gave the the hell's kitchen Ramsay experience that's what happened, pre launch ego has gone now replaced by fear and they should be scared because the response to this game and shadows has been rancid, investors are taking their ball and running away.

I really don't understand what they can do to shadows in a few months it's still gonna have trash valhalla combat, just gonna be a poor man's tsushima.

Well it's a single player game why is a psn account required? Also the game should be getting lambasted for only having one death animation like it's predecessor, don't care what anyone says the dude literally just falls flat on his back unnaturally it's trash 100% that wasn't motion captured because it doesn't even look natural it's like someone ran it through an ai program, how anyone could praise these new god of wars when it has such an awful animation?
