Re: The Last of Us Online Was 'the Best Multiplayer Game' Devs Ever Played

@nomither6 "If it was so good then they wouldn’t have cancelled it"

Well if that's the case are you saying Fairgames/Concord are vastly superior in everyway as those weren't cancelled?

Is there a slight chance Sony management is completely lost and they cancelled a game with real potential and didn't cancel the certified trash? 🤔

Re: PS5's Fairgames Is a Free-to-Play Extraction Shooter, and It's Not Dead Yet

Juanalf

Everyone here and in the internet knows this game is DOA, we know we're going to be counting down to the day it's shut down yet Sony seems to think otherwise!

If the game's creator had no faith in it and had to run far away why would anyone else have faith in this thing? Plus first impressions mean allot, this game was worse received than Concord 🫩

Re: Site News: Where's Our Marathon PS5 Review?

Juanalf

@Sanquine "Why do you even care about the review score? Even if Push gave it a 9 you would do any mental gymnastics to say it’s dog *****."

I'm rooting for the game to succeed because this is Sony's dedicated live service studio (so that's their whole job) and even I think this is nonsense. So every live service game can't be reviewed at launch? Why is Bungie asking for money now if the full experience isn't ready?

Maybe all game companies should use this strategy moving foward, pinky promise that the game will get bigger and better later so sales aren't affected by possibly low or mid reviews... Well played Bungie 🫡

@OthmaneAD "Well done concord 2, now welcome marathon (concord 3) and horizon gathering (concord 4)"

While Marathon and Horizon will not set the world on fire I don't think they will be the historic flops that can match Concord. Fairgame$ is the only one that will absolutely earn the title of Concord 2 ✌️

Re: Sony Quietly Decided to Scale Back PC Ports Last Year, Insider Claims

@cragis0001 "So far 80% of titles to be published by Playstation in 2026 are heading to PC"

Those games were already made for PC so no point in canceling them now, you will probably start to see the effect with Wolverine and beyond.

"Even though Playstation themselves said porting to PC is like printing money"

Is going to print less money when the Steam console and the next Xbox are able to play Playstation exclusives, Sony has no choice if they plan to stay in the console market!
