Instead of Sony having that studio remake/remaster something that's useful and needed like the original infamous games they remake something that plays perfectly fine on PS5 and imo looks inferior to the original!

I give it a near 0% chance Microsoft does exclusives again! Them locking games behind a $1'000+ console would guarantee they never make a profit ever again, add in them allowing other stores and yeah exclusives are never coming back.

It may be boring and you may see it as a trend but is as accurate as we'll get when seeing a games health. We were able to see in real time many games slowly dying with an announcement of the game shutting down following close by.

If PC only gamers aren't happy with this decision they can thank Microsoft and their next Xbox. Can you imagine seeing videos of the new Xbox playing TLOU, Ragnarok, Wolverine, Intergalactic! They had no choice but to end support (not even including Sony making little money from the PC ports).

I'm very selfish, I want the next PlayStation to be ready when the next Xbox is ready. Why would you give your trillion dollar competition a 1-3 years head start? Yes Microsoft is far behind but it only takes a fluke for something to go viral and catch on in the mainstream.

I'm rooting for the game to succeed because this is Sony's dedicated live service studio (so that's their whole job) and even I think this is nonsense. So every live service game can't be reviewed at launch? Why is Bungie asking for money now if the full experience isn't ready?

Maybe all game companies should use this strategy moving foward, pinky promise that the game will get bigger and better later so sales aren't affected by possibly low or mid reviews... Well played Bungie 🫡

While I admit I'm rooting for the failure of Fairgames and many other live service games Marathon is one I actually hope does well.

Sony already spent billions (massively overspent) on this studio and were brought in specifically for Live service multiplayer games so I don't see a reason to root against the thing they are good at 🤷

I would love to interview the guy and ask how far and wide the conspiracy goes. So Rockstar paid everyone in the internet, including everyone on this site to call the game trash even though we secretly loved it according to him? 😑

It was a great business decision to keep single player games exclusives (like before) and anything live service goes everywhere. Is so good that I refuse to believe Hulst was even in the building when the decision was made 😁

I'll take anything with the infamous name attached to it. It can be remasters, remakes, sequels, prequels give us something with this IP Sony!!

I think the upcoming Steam and Xbox consoles is the main reason why they are scaling back, it would be a disaster if Microsoft announces "Wolverine and TLOU 3 now playable on your new Xbox Series YZ!".

While Marathon and Horizon will not set the world on fire I don't think they will be the historic flops that can match Concord. Fairgame$ is the only one that will absolutely earn the title of Concord 2 ✌️

I'll take absolutely any protagonist in the GOW universe new or old that's NOT Atreus! Playing as a sentiant Leviathan Axe would probably be preferable.

Is going to print less money when the Steam console and the next Xbox are able to play Playstation exclusives, Sony has no choice if they plan to stay in the console market!

This may be yet another black eye for Live service games but we have to remember that Fairgame$ is on it's way to turn the industry upside down and change how we view video games moving foward 🙏

I think Playstation should take inspiration from this and do their own shake up, when someone on top makes crappy mistakes he should be held accountable.

You have to believe Hulst knows what he's doing, he had to close Bluepoint to ensure Fairgame$ survives! You know the game Jade Raymond was so proud of she left the games industry all together, surely that means it will be a massive hit 💪

Absolutely not! just like both versions have a different voice actor for Kratos they should both play differently, they should be treated as two separate versions of GOW in the same universe.

In 2026 a game on PS5 Pro running at 720p and not even 60 fps is beyond the pale, absolutely no one should buy this till they basically fully finish making the game. Even if everything else is 10/10 😒

Yes day one to all three if they are released separately or together! I'm also happy they got the original Kratos voice back, he captured rage filled Kratos perfectly. They can leave Christopher Judge just for the newer games!

Also for the first time I hope this isn't a 1:1 remake, I hope they add more stuff and change things around so it feels fresh even for people that played the original games hundreds of time 🙌

There was once a time where the Show was the best looking sports game on the market, clearly those times are way in the past!

Ever since it went multiplatform it seems the time they spent innovating is being used to port and optimize the game for all the platforms.

I got the day one edition disc at regular price and it came with the download code for Metal Sonic, so many people didn't even have to pay for it.

Compare that to the $30 season pass of crossworlds, it's safe to assume there will be more seasons.

I didn't buy it because I'm waiting for all the dlc characters to be bundled with the game! Sonic All stars & Transformed I bought on day one because I knew I was buying complete games 🤷

Fantastic game I got the platinum for both PS3 & PS4 versions with only the PS3 one being an 100% platinum. I was never able to get 7 players to go to the stadium for the remaster so mine is stuck forever at 99% 😮‍💨

I have and all most of those games are great and so is F! Also those games you listed are main entries and F is a spin off by a different studio, you should have had different expectations as it looks like you though it was Silent Hill 5 you were booting up 🤷

The battery life has a easy solution. I bought three 8880mwh batteries on Amazon for $7 each and a 3000mwh for the Dual Sense edge. The 3 Dual sense now last me about 45 hours each and the Edge about 9. It takes about 5 minutes to change each controller, the only real problem is strick drift ☹️

Unfortunately this was the best case scenario, it would have been worse had one of the other bidders won. I was still hoping that Sony would come in for the save, a Batman game overseen by them would have been sick!

Had to build a whole PC specially to play all the PS3 games I love! Though You better believe if they get them running on PS5 with trophy support I will buy all of them!

It is odd Ghost of Yotei isn't nominated for goty but let's be honest it wasn't going to win anyway 🤷 E33 is this year's Baldur's Gate 3 so I expect it to win everything it's nominated for!

Better late than never I guess as soon people will be able to play most PS5 exclusives on Valve's probably cheaper console, it's a horrible look.
