Here's the pattern, every game that gets released free on PS4 will eventualy get DLC to get at least some revenue from the PS4 PS+ users.
It apply to all the cases and makes complete sense.

Not a suprise but will still cause alot of controversy in the upcoming weeks with the whole graphics debacle.

I sorta agree with @Big-Boss this isn't a bomb, after all everyone that's subscribed to PS+ already has the game for ps3 but is still a great addition to the library.
I still want to know how on earth the control layout is gonna work for each button, after all bl2 uses every single button on the ps3 and all are considered essential.
I hope parties some cross play announcements soon, this could really work well with pan parties if its so.

Sony can't afford to to put the price too high because it and the average consumer won't pay for it but at the same time they can't set the price to low because they will lose support from publishers and they can't afford it do to their financial issues and its server costs.

The second bummer would be the fact that Sony won't put their games on both PS+ and PS Now so people don't think they are fine with paying only one of its services.

The sad thing is that this was the right decision even though all this people lost their jobs.
The worse part is that this will not be the last time.

I was expecting some Steampunk 4 Player Co-Op action similar to Left 4 Dead after watching the trailer, but it looks like I was wrong.

I've been waiting after beating the both the Original and Sonic Adventure 2.
I've tried all the Sonic games released after those except for Sonic Lost World and Sonic '06.

Sony went full stupid with this decision, I had really high hopes for a comeback with today news but I guess they are just to focused on their PS4 that they will just let it die. Killing a superior version of the console that can already be found pretty cheap at this point like you guys pointed out you can get the original one with few more games and a decent memory card for less.

Good now I won't need to to put some black tape on there when I finaly get my PS4.

Really loving that artstyle and this just reminded me of something, why we haven't seen any screenshots or footage of Borderlands 2 for Vita?

Right now unless they flip the table on Nintendo's face and show they have something to work this around yes the Vita is going to die slowly even with that attach rate of 10 games per console.
RIght now the Vita only the only thing they have on the table are Freedom Wars and J Stars Victory and that's all we know for 2014 unless Gravity Rush 2 comes out this year, the only series I can think off that might save the Vita is Monster Hunter but they are really hugging Nintendo after that shady timed exclusive deal they made with them.
Without all that being said, these might give Sony a reason why they shouldn't sell overpriced Memory Cards instead of using SD cards on their handhelds but maybe I'm talking a bit ahead of myself, lets just wait and see their Thursday conference and see how well all this turns out.
PS: Don't get me wrong I don't hate the Vita its just already to late for a comeback at least on Japan with that being said I still hope they bring PS Vita TV to the West,
Thursday it'll be Sony's last chance of redemption

To tell the truth the only divisions that still makes money for Sony are the gaming, music and movie divisions the others even their smart phone division are having problemns right now and that's what it has always concerned me about Sony.
If the other Sony divisions don't get their stuff together it might affect the others that are doing good for their lack of revenue even cause them a slowly death, believe it or not the PS4 can't tank all this damage alone.

Beating Borderlands 2(AGAIN) with a friend with the mechromancer.
Just when I thought Krieg was OP, just discovered that the mechromancer can shoot people without actualy seeing them xD

After hearing that this one has 4 Player splitscreen I'm really thinking about giving this game a try.

I think this is how all the DLC should be done, not giving consumers just few map packs or selling costume skins.
This is a complete sidestory, a new chapter, new characters and maybe new even new mechanics, I would gladly pay for the 15$ if it weren't for the fact I returned my friend his copy of the TLOU.
I may rant on a thread of all this DLC scam the next time it makes me angry.

@ShogunRok It looks amazing, this game was really meant for strong hardware on the spec side so it felt a bit dull playing it on the WIi with all the inconsistencies and lackluster visuals made it a bit dull but the gameplay and the Murasame Castle section made it at least enjoyable with all that problems fixed and with all this improvements coming throught this game might be one of the best on the Warriors series.
It'll definitely come eventualy to the west f Samurai Warriors 3 for the Wii made it to the US/EU this one will come for sure.

At a quick glance I could identify 14 characters that didn't appeared on Samurai Warriors 3 and we are missing Hideoshi's side that is considered the one with the biggest cast of characters after Nobunaga's death.

With Sony focusing with the ps4 this might turn out to be true, but they indeed still have some time to pull out a comeback, just like Nintendo with the 3DS, just release Vita TV con the states and they might be able to grab some sales

I might get the game on PS3 at a later point, afer all its only 25$ on Amazon.

After playing the demo on my PS3 my hype died down slowly as I just killed almost everone my smashing the Triangle and pressing L1+Triangle in the end of each combo in both story and online. The combat mechanics looked a bit more dynamic on J-Stars Victory VS I don't know why :/

Good to hear you guys are also getting Bioshock, its really an amazing game completed it on Monday on a rush and really tempted to give 1999 mode a shot.

I might give it a shot but I may never get this unless Square Enis releases a FFXIII Collection.

BATTLE OF Z, I want it so badly but I really hope they release a demo for PS3 before jumping in. I'm really picky with mechanics and overall feel in fighting/brawl games but it should be good if J-Stars Victory mechanics are really based on this game.

Mistake? yeah, they should never focus on one plataform/product or the others may be disregarded and even forgotten by the audience.

WHY ON EARTH IS PSP SELLING MORE THAN PS VITA TV?

I currently have 2MBPS, so yeah I can only play online when I'm the only one on the house using the internet and when I'm not uploading college files or downloading.
Kinda hard to play online with all these limitations and cloud gaming isn't even an option for me.
