@-Sigma- totally feel you. Battlefield seems like a lost cause, and I don't know how much work Embark can do on The Finals before its supposed end of year release date but I can see it growing stale pretty quickly with the current content it has.
Helldivers do be looking amazing though goddamn

Aliens Fireteam is a very fun co-op tps and mafia 2 is the best mafia game imo, just a terrible remaster.

Wasn't the best of games or even a great monster hunter like in the few hours I played the trial but it was good fun with the jump pad and all.

Iac it's worth trying

Been on it for about an hour or so just customizing and played one match.
I love how they gave us 10k so we can actually deck our characters out, a lot of other games forego that.
Currently just hard to navigate and decide on how to use all the items and whatnot.
A shame we can't remap buttons.

@Nepp67 demo's only 20 minutes tbf. There are 4 locales and quite a bit more to the game after it. But that's fair, to each his own. In my opinion Judgment is actually the worst of the yakuza series. Grew quite annoyed by its combat by the time I finally deleted it.
Was so disappointed I didn't even bother with Lost Judgment despite reading it's much better.
Also didn't they discontinue the judgment games? Because they couldn't release on pc?

I was disappointed by the fact the story wasn't the same as the anime, and it was just quite bland to begin with.
The worst RGG entry in my opinion.
I'm sorry you couldn't like Ishin as much as I do man, done nearly half of the subquests and I'm having an absolute blast.

@Tharsman I'm playing Ishin right now and think it's the best one I've played yet. So I would recommend it if you don't wanna play any 'yakuza' games.
Doesn't have turn based combat though.

I'd like that as a prequel to the Kakarot game. Not the biggest dbz fan but I immensely enjoyed it.
I think they did parts of it as dlc but I want more.

Finished it yesterday and I do believe I had a better time with Spider-Man and Miles Morales despite not even liking the first game all that much to begin with.

I appreciate the replies y'all, I played this game back in august 2021 and bought the deluxe that came with characters that weren't default iirc (because the standard wasn't on sale) and found out later that I'm at risk of losing the characters I paid for. That didn't sit quite right with me BUT I did immensely like the game.
The environment and audio was pristine, one of the few PvEvP games where I was terrified to be out in the open. And yeah I missed hella shots as well, even from point blank range, despite being of the belief I'm pretty decent at shooters haha
I'm looking forward to trying it again because I did like my short time with it and I'm sure it's gotten even better since.
I'll try and see if I can find some folks to play it with on xbox. Happy hunting 🫡

Also the fact you can lose your character by dying put me right off the game.

Initially it was interesting to read some discussion on the dragon's origin and whoever the swordmaster was for the woman whose name I forgot.
But yh even that died down, not releasing any dlc didn't help the cause.
I forgot about the Tree Sentinel until I was already way overpowered 😂

I completed it and thought that even if you master the parrying it's still as one dimensional as every other game.
It's good but not as great as the other fromsoft offerings imo.

Ugh this game's such a miss.
This game very much reminds me of Somerville in the way that it looked nice, and had some nice material to work with but just missed getting the most out of it.
