Re: Feature: Is Fallout 4 a Broken Mess on PS4?

Alpha

@Swiket Really? How so? I was actually worried about the PS4 version being like the ps3 version, but I bought it anyway cuz at the time I was not in possession of a Xbox. But I thought it would run better. What is going on with it?

@ShogunRok dude you just skyrocketed my hype tenfold, u really am excited for this game so dang much!!!! XD
I keep thinking of questions about how the game is and how it controls and such. Like how it feels compared to fallout 3 (like how 3 and NV had no head Bob at ALL lol) but I'll find out when I pop it on once I get it tomorrow in the mail. Thanks again man for answering my questions. Loved reading the review!

@ShogunRok Alright sweet! I'll show her what you said. Never said anything about the review copy lol jk. And I LOVE to hear that you can play it still after the main story. Sounds better than Fallout 3 but at least they added dlc.

Another question, gun gameplay out of vats, what would be the closest thing you could compare it to? And what of the season pass? Did they announce anything yet or spoiler free as possible did you see anything that could be future dlc like an open area that looks like it could be a placeholder for stuff? Are there easter eggs? Creepy random events like in Fallout 3. Or creepy missions.

Re: Review: Fallout 4 (PS4)

@ShogunRok Here's a question, can I have the review copy you played? XD

No but seriously my girlfriend is wanting to get this, and I was thinking of helping her get it. She has only seen gameplay of Fallout 3 NV and 4 but never has played any but 3. She has also played Skyrim (a LOT) so do you think she would enjoy this? Cuz she is unsure what to get, The Sims 4 expansion, of Fallout 4. It seems obvious to me lol. Just would like an opinion. Lol

Re: Rumour: Two of Your November PlayStation Plus Games Have Been Leaked

Alpha

@get2sammyb There is room for improvement, and the funny thing is, as bad as the UI for the PS4 can be at times when looking for something and not being able to find it (communities) the Xbox One UI is worse. At least they are changing it. Will it be any better? Lets hope so. But seriously Every system has there ups and downs.

Its funny you guys are saying that the Xbox has good games, while your sister site purexbox.com are saying that their games with gold games suck and the PS+ Games are better xD

Re: Review: Corpse Party: Blood Drive (PS Vita)

@get2sammyb The first one was amazing, i had to beat it. I gave up on the second one, cuz it is completely different. However i was waiting for this. Looks like i will for a price drop too cuz of loading times.

Re: Massive 20th Anniversary PlayStation Store Sale Hits North America

Alpha

@shogunrok don't forget to add that on the sale you get more of a discount if you have PlayStation Plus. Final Fantasy XIV is just $9.99 if you have PS+ instead of $11.99. Still really good sale.

I'm thinking on what to get but I at least know three things I want, Diablo 3 on PS4, Peacewalker on PSP, and Final Fantasy XIV. There are possible others too but I'm sleeping on it all instead of jumping the gun. Lol.

Re: Talking Point: Should More AAA Titles Adopt a Service Approach?

Alpha

Really depends on the genre and how fun the game is. A crappy game that you didnt like playing through once, this wouldn't make me play more. just download it, play it again for like 5 minutes then never touch it again, however.

If its a game like Dark Souls or The Witcher, or GTA, or something else, then yea im all for it. GTA and the Witcher are doing this, and it keeps making me come back to them.

So this is really more based on Genre and/or player preference.

All in all however, i think yes they should do this more. This is how DLC should be in my opinion.

Re: Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Looks Visually Stunning in Its Newest PS4 Trailer

Alpha

I truly cannot wait for this game at all. Its going to be amazing. I hope the preorder for the collectors edition comes out

@SteveButler2210 If you want to get caught up on the main story without getting stuck in Filler City i would recommend playing these games.
Note: all games are actual story based, so 2 games will be omited from this list.

First Series: Naruto
Naruto Rise of a Ninja (X360)
Naruto The Broken Bond (X360)
Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm (PS3)
Note: The X360 games are more RPG than the storm series but makes you feel closer and being an actual team. They were good Xbox Exclusives. But Naruto Storm probably does it a bit better as a term of looking like closer to the show.

Second Series: Naruto Shippuden
Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 (PS3)
Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst (PS3)
Note: Full burst has dlc bundled in that is pivitol to the actual story, so i would recommend that instead of the original version of Storm 3. Also these games play more like a old PS1 title in story mode like Final Fantasy VII, with the background thing. Its really cool in my opinion.

All these games are relatively cheap too. Specifically online stores like ebay.
